It's been more than 3 months still I have not received my refund I have provided all the details including my bank details.

yu i not get my refund till now for my yufit now what you say 3month and more day complete and i call every two and you say wait hours higher team call you and call never come you want to give my refund or not for ticket id is 1408355 and contact no is [protected] this is too much now and dont force me take legal action against you

      I have purchased yureka plus from amazon on septembe, after two month i got update, when i install, it restart at logo page continously.so i sent for replacement through yureka plus authorized service center on november 7, 2015 (carwin mobiles, thanjavur) but still now i didnt receive my mobile back.already two months gone every time i contact customer support they reply only it is process.my jobsheet no:*s[protected]*

        My micromax yureka mobiles lcd has been damaged, i gave to repair in micromax service center on-3.12.15 they provide me the job sheet no-s[protected]-20625329 ( reference ticket id: 1735235) its more than a month i dont know how many days it takes to repair a mobiles lcd, i called so many times and mailed to them as well, everytime they responding that give 15-20 days of working time..I m just so upset with there service... Please do the something, , thanks lalan

              I have bought a cell phone named yu yureka AO5510 on 18.03.2015 and from november-2015 it started to restart by itself around 30 times in a day. I complaint about this to Yu care and after too much calls and follow up they agreed to replace it on 01.07.2015 within 7 days. But till date there is no replacement even after around 200 calls and many e mails. Request you to please look into the matter resolve it.

                  I bought yu yuforia android mobile from amazon. in shoping site. but after some time i faced problem in front camera. i requested to service center to replace my mobile several times. first they ignoring my calls. and sometimes used to talk very misbehave. THEN instead of helping me they gave very silly response to resolve my issue. then i returned my mobile to Service center of YU on[protected]. after that i call many times to service center but always they are saying we will dispatch your mobile very soon. but till now i did not get any positive response from campany. ther are giving new date of dispatching.

                    Hi Sir, My mobile open in recovery mode after update then, I call Customer care they suggest me to flash my phone and give me a software link, after download software, I have flash my mobile, after flash complete my phone is dead. I have call customer care they told me that, they change my change with in 15 working days, I have registered my complaint in 6 Dec 2015. But, they give me courier no with in 8 day but i have still not recvied any courier or any other information.

                      Hello, My phone Yureka AO5510 was updated by cyanogen 12.1 update after updates my phone started hanging, restarting issue, poor battery back, heating issue and phone automatically switch off and did not restart. Phone also did not recharge by charging continuous for several hours. Phone is under warranty and we are facing difficulty after software updated. A replacement order generated on 17 November 2015 wide ORDER#:DL[protected] WAYBILL#:[protected] for yureka trans receiver but company not replacing phone intentionally till date. They also lying one after another and giving false assurance to me.

                      My phone Yureka AO5510 was replacement vide ORDER#:DL[protected] WAYBILL#:[protected] generated on 17/12/2015 for yureka transceiver on dated 22/03/2016 but replaced phone not charging from day one . Company's service very bad and trying to hide excuses and not resolving my problems.

                          I have purchased micromax yureka from amazon.in .after 4 months it get switch off.After showing to micromax service center they said it takes 30 to 40 days.but it is still in service center in new delhi about (75 days).when we call customer service number they tell it takes 15 days more.after 15 days they tell again 15 days more.After that they disconnect our call.my job sheet number is N[protected].my contact number is [protected].we are still waiting for our phone.

                            Sir, I am frequently calling in YU yureka service center, but they not giving me exact response.I am facing so many problems with my mobile like when I am using my mobile, any operation is going on in mobile, then certainly my screen is black for two minutes, this will happen for two times, tjenafter this, my mobile is hanging very frequently, and the heating problem. Kindly help me, they not giving me any response, they are only saying do like this, do like that but the problem I SAS it is.

                                  My phone is yu yuphoria . This phone was previously replaced once on 24/12/2015. They provided me used phone with worst condition. That day itself i asked for the replacement of the device. According to their replacement policy a waybill number should be generated within first three days which helps to track the delivery of the device and the device should be delivered within next 10 days. But the first replacement of my device took a month to complete.Even after that they provided me a damaged product. For the second replacement which was requested on 26/12/2015, the waybill number itself is not generated till now. Their customer care number is [protected] . I m contacting them since last 5 days everyday they are giving me the same excuse that the waybill number will be generated within 24 hours. But no process is started yet. I have requested for replacement of my another phone yu yureka . Even this phone is supposed to be replaced. ...I request you to please help me get my devices replaced as soon as possible.

                                  Its over 2 months I opted for replacement ...still the phone is not delivered ...they are delaying the delivery after every 10 days giving the same excuse of technical issue every time.

                                      I have bought a Yureka phone online from Amazon on 18April, 2015. Phone is working very badly it got switched off and restart automatically, battery drains within an hour, start discharging while putting over charge, heating while using for just 10 minutes, screen lock is not working now, hanged and some time stop responding. Tried to contact consumer support on call and over mail a number of times but didn't get any solution.Ticket id logged by them is 1928091. They are not taking care of issues and even not providing any solution.cant understand what should I do.

                                      Ticket no. 1928091, I have sent multiple mails regarding the status of the request but instead of resolving the issue my number is blocked.

                                      They provided me a waybill number[protected] on 9thJanuary, 2015 so I get in touch with Delhivery (Courier partner) and get to know no such consignment has handed over to delivery.

                                      I tried to contact Yureka Team but my number is blocked.

                                      Neither they are resolving the issue nor even responding.

                                      Please someone Help !!!

                                        Sir, I gave my phone Yuphoria to customer care of micromax faridabad Ballabgarh on[protected]. And they told me that my phone will give back to me within 17 days. But after that i call on[protected] but they dont give me any info regarding my set just they told me that my handset will come in 15 days. But I again call on care of yuphoria and micromax on 2-1-2015 but they still told me that 15 day more taken . I call many times and all time they told me that my phone will came in 15 days they just manipulate me. So plz help me to give my phone back.
