      I have registered for replacement of my phone on 26/11/2015 but till date i have not received any kind of replacement. the waybill no. for replacement is[protected] and for earphone is[protected] which i received on 28/11 according to their policy i have waited for 12 days for delivery but till now they haven't delivered. I am contacting them daily but they give just an excuse that there's an technical problem in system but i don't think so cause the company like them can't afford a problem for such a long duration and i even can provide you the emails in which you can see all the fake promises by them.

        I bought a yu yureka. I had to call yu customer care as my yureka got hard bricked. They said that they will pickup my mobile in some days and replace it with a new one. I am waiting from a month and still no response from yu. I sent several emails and called yu but every time they just postponed it. In a few months the mobile warranty will become void and then it will just be a rs9000 paperweight Plz help

            My Jobsheet number is - S[protected] Submitted my mobile on 7tt Dec 2015 Handset is in warranty. Now 25 days gone and i didn't any proper response from YU guys. Whenever i am calling them, they are saying it will take 10 more working days for this. Now i have some question-- 1. How many 10 more working days they need - i dnt know. 2. Will i get my device back- i don't know. 3. My warranty is getting expired and in-case they send me a faulty handset will they take responsibility for that- i don't know. 4. I called them multiple times, wasted money and time- no output.

              My Yureka device faced some screen blank problem recently and when I called Yu customer support I was happy as they said they will replace my device. Its been 3 weeks since then and they even haven't sent me Web Tracking number. I Called more than 10 times and every time they respond with same answer that I will get tracking number withing 24 working hours. I am fed up with the service of Yu and really don't know how to deal with this. They seems to fooling every customer and there's no use of calling them.

                YU company is cheating me by telling that they will replace the repaired device by a new one since one month. The customer service from their side is very bad and they are not responding my mails too. They are not giving me POA letter which i asked for.. No service is received from their side for my problem.

                  Respected Sir I purchased a mobile handset on 12th february 2015 and got some trouble on 26th novemeber 2015 . Company claims door to door service and replacement under within 12 working days. But still i am waiting for the replacement already its been over 1 month. YuPlayGod is the indian company and i made this decision to buy its product cause to support your initiatives "MAKE IN INDIA" . I had better and trustworthy brand in option but were not indian comapny so i went for YuPlayGod . Not only me but many people likes me yelling to this company for their resolution but indeed no authorities and responsibilities shown by the company . It may sound a very minor problem to you but indeed it was somewhere helping growing your initiatives "Make in India" . Please Take some serious action so that it will setup an example for those who think Indian consumers/customers can be fooled . No more fool, Indian Society are now not going to spare a single corruption . Expect best by your side sir .                     I purchased a yuphoria mobile from amazon.in, after few days its start showing touch issue so request costumer care team to solve this problem, they took 2 months to solve this from after 2 MONTHS i got different device from YU Televentures without back panel and without registered IMEI so second sim -slot is not working they already took 2 months to solve my first problem and after that they again send me a defected device i want my money back or a new well working device with 1 year of warranty

                      I filed a complaint regarding my hanging issue on the YU helpline number[protected]. The Yu executive took my request of hanging and told me some troubleshooting steps which didnt seem to work on my faulty device.the date was november 29th. after some days and 100's of calls they accepted to replace my device and told me that they would generate a waybill for the replacement process.after much phone calls they generated the waybill on December 20th . i also have the mail from YU as an evidence. they requested me to wait for more 3 days and they assured me to solve till then but today is 7th day and there is no solution from the Yu side. I have submitted the phone to micromax authorized service center namely m/s cell point, court road ambala city haryana 134003 .                               I gave my yureka plus to micromax service 2 months ago and they said the phone will be delivered after a month.Thats a huge time 1 month but even they failed to deliver the phone 2 months later also.i gave my phone in micromax care malakpet hyd and I visited even today and they are saying that the phone is still now in the repairing process and it takes some more time.i gave my phone on 28-10-15. and today is 24-12-15

                                I have purchase yu yureka device in march 2015. From that time I am facing many issues in that deviceevery time I will call customer care they told me resolutions and I do that but from last month I am facing many issues in my phone & I email them & call them on daily basis when problem does not resolve they send me a email on dec 14th that your complaint that your case has been forwarded to our concerned team and you will get the waybill number with in two working days. this is the Reference Ticket id: 1749296.But till today I didn't get that & now they are not responding my emails If I call to customer care every executive told me different things. Please help me to replace my handset or to refund a money ASAP.

                                    I had bought YU Yuphoria on 14-June-2015 then I started encountering a severe problem of non-booting of my phone(It was not getting ON). Then I contacted customer care service of YU Yuphoria on 7th Nov'15 through their FB account and then mailed my complaint around 17th Nov'15, then they advised me to visit their service centre in Pune. After that I visited their Service Centre in Pune in Patil Plaza, they refrained to take my complaint and insisted to call back their customer care service centre and its now two months but still my phone is dead and waiting for help.

                                        Hi, Just want to inform u that I am facing problem since 2 months with my yureka phone, however still to have solution .the supports are really pathetic . I have raised mine 1st complaint on 8th November 2015 for replacing the phone however they sent damage phone and again I raised request but this time they are saying we have sent proper phone you have to change the battery so I had to raised request for battery on 18th November 2015 and same received on 30th November 2015. after inserting new battery in new phone that they have sent on 16th November I am not able to ON the phone. when I called on 1st December to yureka about this incident they were saying we would look in this and yet to receive my phone . whenever I was calling there they were continuously rambling here and there with words .I want solution a.s.a.p
