Dear Sir, Again I would have remind you that my mobile was water damage, as per your suggestion I had send my Yureka device on 22 Sep. 2015 by DTDC Courier whose docket no is : D23858734 and device reached to your office on 26 sep 2015at 02:50 pm received by security guard and receiving given to DTDC courier by Company stamp. After wards I had contact so many times with customer care executive and every executive assured me that my device will reach to me with in week but still know I didn't receive my device or any call by your side. Even you neither generate the way-bill till now nor you send me by mail. So please explain me why you are taking so much time for replacing the mobile. If you didn't replace new device than please provide me my damage mobile. Or should I go to Consumer Court for this matter. Thanks & Regards, Israr Ahmed Khan [protected]

On 18th, Dec.2015 but Yet I am not receive any product.please investigate where my stuffs.and how many days you will take to delivered my product at my home.

    Hi good evening, As i mentioned above myself Viresh M H using Yureka plus (yu5510) android mobile since from last four months. Since from the date purchasal im facing too many problems with my device like heating issue, heavy battery drainage, device gets too laggy etc etc. Regarding these problems i have talked to YU customer care and did all trouble shooting which they suggested me but even doing so i dint got any resolution. So finally on 30th november i have given handset replacement request to YU company through mail, unfortunately till today they havent responded to me and i dint got any way billl no. yet.. Daily im calling customer care but those people daily tell me to wait. So its been enough waiting. Its seems they dont gone solve my issue.. So im requesting you to help me in this regard so that i can get replaced device. And also request you to take legal action against YU televenture company. Hope you people will solve my issue soon.. following are my address n device details..       Dear sir Please not waybill number[protected] is generated on 01/12/15 by you. The mobile set not hand over to courier company after long back. In this regard my every day request to you customer support from 05/12/15. However they are not taken any action Please expadite the same so I can get the hand set.

        Hello sir i m gaurav from bilaspur chhattisgarh. sir i bought yu yunique mobile from snapdeal on 22th oct. after using some days (25-30days) it is dead now. service centre not providing service now.. now i turned to yu televenture customer care.they promissed me they will provide replacement in 12 days. they generated waybill on 13 dec..sir when i call to them they always said wait for some time..but not dispatching it, my Reference Ticket id: 1740357 and waybill no is[protected] of delhivery.com couirer services.please provide me replacement (new yu yunique sealed unboxed phone)soon.           Purchased the product on 18th Feb 1015. It was having lot of issues like camera problem, battery problem, etc.and customer care people received the phone on 5th Nov'15.I got a replacement device on 2nd Dec almost after one month but they didn't send the battery with it. I have been following up from around 20 days and on 15th Dec they sent the have mentioned that they sent the battery through Delhivery Couriour Company. So sad to say when i checked with the courior company they mentioned that YU people have not handed over the product for delivery yet where as they have mentioned that it will be dispacthed within 2 working days. I have been feeling so stressed up with the treatment from the YU people and want my complete money back instead of the mobile. The stress and pain they have given me will not be healed after getting the money back but i don't want to continue any sort of relationship with such fraud and cheat company. Please help me in this regard.

          Boss i have already shared the concern at [protected]@yuplaygod.com but from there also from last 2 days not getting any response. This is really a fraud company who does not care about customers. No one is their to listen to the customers. Cheater company and company people.
          Inspite of repeated follow ups there is no satisfied response from the Micromax side. They are just trying to linger this intentionally so that the warranty period will be over by the time I receive the product. There is not much which can be expected from these fraud Micromax people. I need my money back. Please help me in this regard.

            My mobile YU Yuphoria which got a problem recntly in the month of november, i returned to the micromax care centre. I have handed over my device on 3rd November 2015, but till now i didn't recieve my mobile, still how, many days i should wait for my mobile. Even i dont know the status of my mobile.               My phone yu yureka i have given my mobile in rudra agency in hyderabad on nov 3 i have not reseived my mobile back. when i am calling to servies center of micromax they are saying it will take 15 days but they are not giving on that date i have already call many times they have given 2 last dates but still know they have not returned my mobile

                      I have purchased yureka plus albestar white from amazon on sep6 2015 and the orderr id is [protected] my phone is dead its like a dummy set in my hand...it is off suddenly in midnight and the service center boy said that it has a software issues .. So please take my phone and replace or repair.

                        Hello, I'm facing some problems in my yu yureka device, I have informed this to that company by mail and call, they written that "we will revert you in 2 working days" but there is no response and reply from their side.                           BEWARE GUYS...THEY MAKING FOOL OUT OF CUSTOMERS... wonderful YU...you are all set to make Indian customers fools again...The strategy that you people opted is to sell bad quality product with low price(which is actually not low for these electronics component)...this is not the first time i have faced issues with the yureka customer services...I was yureka lover...the day i bought that phone i have started facing problems...in fact within 1 months yureka changed my new phone with the refurbished yureka hand set...now its been 2 months i am facing issue with my phone but these guys just making excuses and they have given me fake details to track my phone with the courier services...you guys are fraud...i am entitled for the warranty services but you all making just excuses...I WILL SUE YOU YU...your so called order number ORDER#:DL[protected] and ticket ref:-1713194

                            I bought a yureka phone of the company and broke the back panel as apart of regular wear and tear. I ordered a new back panel for my phone using email and yu customer care phone number on 10th of November and they promised me to process the order within 2 days and deliver the order within 7 days. But I received no updates till 17th Nov which was estimated date of delivery. The courier airway bill number yu televentures provided gave me the information that the order has not been despatched from yu televentures till then. I call the yu televentures customer care thrice and they gave me no updates on the process. Finally I received the order on 24th november and it came out to be a back panel for a different model. I intimated yu customer care for the same issue and they promised to dispatch a new back panel for me in next 2 days. I checked continuously for one week and no courier order number was generated. I called yu customer care again and they told me to wait for few more days. Now the courier order number has generated on 9th december but the order has not yet despatched from them. I have already made payment to them and have no clue on when the order will reach me today even on 18 responsible. The yu customer care representatives have caused me a lot of mental agony because of their false claims to deliver in the specified time frames. This has happed atleast 3 times to me and I am unable to use my phone freely because of lack of proper back panel.

                                        My YU Yuphoria device screen stopped working automatically and when i contacted with YU customer care they took almost 3 days to provide me a replacement i got my way-bill no. 28th November since then they are fooling me asking more time but the device is yet not dispatched from there side. i called them more them 50 times and spend more than Rs 200 on calls but whenever i asked about my product the person sitting there holds my call for more than 3 min and ask for time. at starting they asked for 48 hours then after 4 days then 7 days now yesterday they told me i have to wait for 10 days more after 10 days it will a month but i have nothing. this company cannot deliver their after sale service and such companies must not operate in our society.

                                        after that web bill and ticket id got generated on 7th novemebr 2015

                                        but delivery not done to me
                                        even i contacted to courier services and yu care and according to them area comes under "No service zone"
                                        after that i am calling yucare center continuously and in response i always getting same answer
                                        they are
                                        1.please hold let them check
                                        2.we will resolve this issue ASAP
                                        3. we are facing some technical issue and our technical team are working on it
                                        4. we escalated your issue and we resolve this issue in next 48 hour
                                        5. you will receive mail or call from yucare for same
                                        6. we understand your problem
                                        i don't know what is going on why they are not resolving a simple issue of just delivering my yureka device to me
                                        i almost called them 20 times but nothing happened
                                        its really very disappointed me regarding yucare service
