Recently, Mr. Bankatesh Chaubey call me that they have got my losted/stolen mobile. Mr. Bankatesh chaubey wanted to return my mobile. He told me that he will returned through courier. he wanted courier charges approx Rs 1300 (500 insurance and 800 courier charges). I have deposited Rs 1300 in his account no. [protected], Central Bank of India, Branch Buxer market ( IFSC - CBIN0281400).
After that Mr. Bankatesh has ignored my calls. again i have send SMS regarding courier. then Mr. Bankatesh chaubey reply my sms and given me courier name - Skylark courier pvt ltd and Tracking POD no.[protected].

But i could not received my mobile till yet. He cheat me. I call him continuously ...
after some days Mr. Bankatesh had send Courier candidate name Mr. Pintu, mobile no. -[protected].
I call him and sms to Mr. Pintu. after that he also not attend my call .

I hopeless...please help me

      Mobile under warrenty sir i bought yu yunique mobile from snapdeal on 15th nov . after using 1 month and 10 days it is dead now. service centre not providing service now they are unable to flash software in it. now i turned to yu televenture customer care. they promissed me they will provide replacement in almost 19 days gone from the waybill generated...

          I bought this device in Oct 15 and from the first day I am facing problems in making internet based calls from this mobile (Whatspp, IMO, Hike etc). The problem in this mobile is when such calls are made the mic and speakers do not produce sound. When u make a call the other party see and hear their mobiles ringing and answer the call but you cannot hear them. Likewise when some one calls u on your mobile it rings but again mic remain muted. Sometimes when u put on call to speakers u hear voice of other party but not all times. I have made so many complaints to YU reg this problem but they have one stock reply that they do not render assistance for third party apps without realizing that problem is with their hardware/software which needs to be fixed. WhatsApp is being used by million of people worldwide and if issue was there with their app it would have made headlines by now. Yu Play Forum is full of such complaints but Yu remains adamant on this issue which is not liked at all. Yu should recall all mobiles if problem is with their hardware on Yu 5010A or update/upgrade software immediately.

              I have Yureka mobile. Three months ago i registers a compliant for display damage issue at yureka customer care. I have sent my mobile to them for repair purpose. But my problem is not solves yet. Now my number is also blocked by them so it not possible to call them.

                  Hi, while i have given my yu yureka to micromax service centre. its touch keypad not working, after 18 days i got my phone while i am trying to use i got two more problems 1) hearing speaker is not working ( sounds comes like sparking while talking 2) Head set is not working properly. When i checked IMEI no. i got different between old and new one. even we can't say that its new cell phone because its look like old only . Again i went to service centre but they told me that now they can't check yu yureka at all because now yureka comes separately. Then i try to contact at 20 times on [protected] but i can't able to contact, now i don't know really what to do. Even i try to contact so many numbers which is i got in website but till now i didn't get any solution of it. This is my contact number:-[protected] i hope will get some positive response.                       I bought YU euphoria online through Amazon in Jun 15. In oct, I found display issue in inner side of device. After discussion with YU care, I submitted my device on 07Nov15 at Kalyan (Thane-mumbai) service centre for replacement. Afterthat, I have done many followup by call & via mails. As of now I have not received my device & reply from YU care is not satisfactory. Regards.

                            My name is b raghavendra raju([protected]) .The phone's WiFi, Bluetooth, tethering, radio, internet is not working. And lately the phone is not switching on. I have called the customer care and they said they wil provide me a replacement and a waybill was also generated two and a half weeks ago, but the product has not even reached the shipper even after two and a half weeks. When I called them they assured me of replacement in two days but I haven't received the phone even after 4days. I am tired of calling them they don't deceive the call. Please provide me a replacement of my phone .
