I have been facing many problems with my YUPHORIA mobile, I have compained about this foYU Care through email msny time but they are not responding to my dmails....

I bought this device in Oct 15 and from the first day I am facing problems in making internet based calls from this mobile (Whatspp, IMO, Hike etc). The problem in this mobile is when such calls are made the mic and speakers do not produce sound. When u make a call the other party see and hear their mobiles ringing and answer the call but you cannot hear them. Likewise when some one calls u on your mobile it rings but again mic remain muted....

The company is not providing my phone swap it has been already more than 3 months since my phone is dead all time when calling they say that it is technical issu...
