      Hello sir i m sukhdev from gurdaspur, punjab. sir i bought yu yunique mobile from snapdeal on 6th oct. after using 1 month and 14 days it is dead now. service centre not providing service now they are unable to flash software in it. now i turned to yu televenture customer care.they promissed me they will provide replacement in 12 days almost 16 days gone from the waybill generated. they generated waybill on 23 nov..sir when i call to them they always said wait for some time..but not dispatching it, my complaint ticket id is 1690354 and waybill no is [protected] of delhivery.com couirer services. sir i belong to very poor fmily i m post graduate but unemployed yet so i need my device very badly..bcz i need a smart phone for my career making..please provide me replacement soon. thnx in advance sukhdev cont [protected]

        Ticket Number-1599941 My email id- [protected]@yahoo.co.in I bought this device on March 2015. First time I had this problem was on June 2015, from then I had continuously contacted them regarding my problem. After so many conversations they told me the device is dead. So it should be replaced with another refurbished device. I sent them details they proceeded. After 1 month when I sent them my phone they even not cared enough to send the refurbished device. I have mailed them called them alot and then after almost more than a month of sending my dead phone they have sent the refurbished device which I received on mid of August. So for almost 3 months I was not having a phone even after buying a new phone. Then again after using it for almost a month this phone also showed irregular working like display automatically collapsed while using it. The screen is becoming white and black, and after few weeks the phone is not displaying anything. I contacted them again on October. They again started making fun of my problem. After saying they will replace it again. I have mailed them many times but they are saying my issue is under process. Now it is more than a month but not received any positive response. So, much frustrated, irritated and feeling helpless. They have crossed all the limits of frustrating a peace-full customer like me.

          Due to broken display issue i called YU customer care on Nov 9 2015. They said i need to pay Rs. 2999 and i agreed to pay also. Current device which i'm having is second replacement, this had some issues so there was a existing ay bill number generated. YU said they will cancel the existing way bill and generate a new way bill fro pickup of broken device and after picking one more way bill for replacement device. I'm still waiting for way bill generation for my display broken device pick up. Below are some of tickets created 1713383 1713734 1703158 1713383 I've been calling from begining.Till now i didn't get any response. first two weeks i use to cal once in 3 days they gave deadline of 3 days. but from last Monday i'm calling everyday your response is we will escalate it and resolve it today only but till now no response. If you unable to support please do response in mail, i'll take it forward in consumer court. don't make me wait till i die to get way bill generation for display broken issue. Being a mobile company it's shame from your end saying from last 2 weeks due to some technical issue you were unable to generate way bill no. Your intention is like extending the time line and make customer suffering. Till now no response from the customer Support. I Deeply regret in buying the this phone since issue is with YU side and i paid for the phone along with warranty so they hav eto componsate these days taken with warranty period extension or some other possible means.

              I had purchased Micromax Yureka in March 2015. The phone stopped charging on July 29. I dealt with the unresponsive customer care who would not debug the problem. I received the replacement on Aug 25. One month after the issue. Then the new phone stopped charging on Nov 22. Again, the same issue with charging jack. The Customer care is unresponsive, cutting calls, not helping, totally uncordinating. Its been 15 days, and I have not recieved response that theyw ill provide replacement. Also, one of the customer care executive was blatantly rude.

                    From last 8 months i am repeating the same. Where is my phone. I did all the things which you asked me to do. I sent my phone to the Maya Puri address and got your confirmation. But that day you are telling me the same thing. "We wil sent you the way bill no. once we sent your phone" But it has passed 8months, but i am still waiting for my phone. Please resolve my issue.

                          JOB SHEET NO.:[protected]-20109468 dated 04/11/2015 I've sent my device on 04th of November by hand from service centre m/s shree ganesha telecom shop no.-04 ground floor juliet and sons avenue, naroli road, silvassa, gujrat, pin no.396230. My handset is AO5510 model no. had display blank during incoming and out going calls .Service centre told me that i will receive my cell in 15 days with repaired but still i didnt received my cell .its almost a months .Whenever i call for its helpline i will be said that it will take 15 days more to receive my cell. please look over this Regards Rahul savant.

                          YU Televentures customer support is worst i can say, because on 15 NOV 2015 i sent my Yureka Plus for repair, now its 38th day i haven't got yet my device. And i spent 400rs mobile bill to talk and every time call i received same answer saying another 15 days. I am feeling very sad about this Indian company. YU Televenture is not taking India name to high. instead of taking down indian value. If a CEO doesn't know how to give a proper service to the costumer he is not deserve to open a company. All YU people's are making fools the costumers. Final suggestion is to YU is close the company and go and learn about service in Xiomi.

                              Dear All,

                              I bought a phone which is Yureka- Moon dust grey (IMEI 1: [protected] &IMEI 2: [protected]) from Amazon.com. After using it for 3 months, i am facing several problem related to software and Hardware too.

                              When i complain for this on Yureka Support Center, I am not getting any kind of satisfactory reply for the same. Even they are not forward the complain for any further assistance. They only open tickets regarding my issues but not working on that. Every time they raised a new ticket.

                              i.e.

                              Ticket ID- 1734878, 1745558, etc.

                              Earlier they told me to provide the full support and commit for the replacement from my address but now they are not ready to pick the phone from the same given address and Mr. Rohit (Customer care executive) told me that the service is not provided in your location. when i check the same on internet, it shown the pick is available on my Pin code.


                              So i want to register a complaint against YU Televentures, a subsidiary company of Micromax Informatics.

                              Kindly help me and do the needful.

                                I have bought a YU Yureka device from Amazon India on 12 March 2015. The IMEI no of the device was [protected] The display of the device had been broken and I requested their customer service to repair my damaged device on 31 May 2015. After repeated pleas the company collected my device through DTDC couriers on 12 October 2015. The company had not responded to any of my mails or acknowledged the receipt thereafter even though the courier has confirmed the delivery of the device. I request the return of our repaired device.

I don't know what type of process you follow but my data cable replacement process has not yet been completed which started nearly 45 days ago. My registered number is [protected].
