Dear All,
I bought a phone which is Yureka- Moon dust grey (IMEI 1: [protected] &IMEI 2: [protected]) from Amazon.com. After using it for 3 months, i am facing several problem related to software and Hardware too.
When i complain for this on Yureka Support Center, I am not getting any kind of satisfactory reply for the same. Even they are not forward the complain for any further assistance. They only open tickets regarding my issues but not working on that. Every time they raised a new ticket.
i.e.
Ticket ID- 1734878, 1745558, etc.
Earlier they told me to provide the full support and commit for the replacement from my address but now they are not ready to pick the phone from the same given address and Mr. Rohit (Customer care executive) told me that the service is not provided in your location. when i check the same on internet, it shown the pick is available on my Pin code.
So i want to register a complaint against YU Televentures, a subsidiary company of Micromax Informatics.
Kindly help me and do the needful.
