My mobile was faulty and i took it to Micromax service center nearby as advised by Yu support.Ref--S[protected] but micromax told me to wait for 1 whole month to wait for replacement and i have been waiting for a very longtime to get replaced.Poor after sale support from Yu.Contact-[protected] email [protected]@gmail.com

    Yureka company is doing fraud with me from last 7 month.only damage & died device replacement has been done for 8 times. I am continuously requesting to company but my problems remains the same. they are not taking any action in my case than I call company we stay on line for 59 min. and as usual they cut my call.they used to send me mail for waiting for some time.and tell me to take any action, that i want to take against them.and when i asked them to talk to their seniors they reply that it is not their policy. Custermer care center call chargeable call. we are west my rupees 8000 in calling . plz take some action try to solve my problems in favour of general people.       I bought a Yu Yuphoria phone from amazon in July . It was a faulty piece because its touch screen stopped working in 3 months and there was a weird line surrounding the display of the phone. I called the customer care no. of yu but they didn't responded well . they said that they would replace the phone hand to hand but no one came to replace it and then after waiting for 1 week they said that i have to give my phone at a service center to get it replaced . so i gave the phone at a service center of micro-max in udhna area . they said that the phone be replaced and will be delivered at my home in 7 days . so i gave it and also filed a urgent replacement complain but after 10 days they are saying that it will take more 20 days to replace the phone . i m complaining about this phone since 1 month before giving it in the service center but these people are not responding . now i m having problem because i don't have a phone and in my job i need a phone compulsorily . so i want a complete refund of my product as this company cannot provide proper service and proper cellphones . please help in this process . my name is bhavesh and my contact no. is [protected], and [protected] . i m sending the invoice for details

          I had raised a complaint regarding my battery draining issue and touch issue. they said they will be replacing the mobile within 3days . But it had been more than 25days i didnt get my waybill number. when ever im calling them they were saying it will be resolved in 2days and your waybill will be generated. but so far i couldnt get any proper response from them this is so stuipd service i have ever seen. Please dont buy this mobile.
          Yes you are write bro, i also submitted my device 1 month ago yet i haven't received it.

            I Nidhhi bahmani bought yu yureka phone 1 year ago and it got damaged(display broken) i filed a complaint to yu for repair of my phone on feb 2015. They had policy of 15 days for replacement. They say within 15 days we will replace it by charging only Rs 3000/- but its been 8 months now i didn't get my phone yet and they are harassing me regularly and say that u should wait and wait.. I do call them regularly but they won't care. I m harassed and now I’m thinking of giving them a legal notice in a day or two and drag them to the competent court.               Not giving good battery backup after replacement also and have done flashing and factory reset but same problem is arising again. Got broken phone from company as having scratches on camera and one edge has been got bended and some scratches are there on body.

                Hi, I bought yuphoria mobile before 6monthes. from last 2 month phone battery was not working, at that time i complained to yu care after regurarly contacting and quarrelling they are responding and very time I called customer care executive told me to it will take 24 to 48 hour but from last two months their 48 hour is not completed. My phone is dead from last two months, now suggest me what should I do.

                    I am sending request to yureka that my phone is dead but no one responed to me ASAP. Now replacement waybill generated but it shows only pick up of my old mobile . Contact to CC they told me that you have to submit mobile first then we will send you new mobile. CC in Nashik maharashtra not working for yureka... hell of Service ... No more choice of yureka... Please help me to get it fast

                      I rahul pandey bought yu yuphoria phone 3-4 months ago and it got damaged(display broken) i filed a complaint to yu for repair of my phone on 8oct 2015.                         I have After I upgraded to lollypop 5.0.2 hell of bugs, during call caller won't be catchup the voice, camara, screen etc etc, I am not at all able to receive any calls, screen becomes completely black during calls.                             My yureka mobile phone is not properly working.I called customar center they tolled me thay haven't any service center.They told me follow many procedure to change software.

                            Afrer all these methods failed they told me to send my device to yu support center which is in delhi .They also arrange a dtdc courier pick up.As they mention they send me new device within 15 days after getting my device.


                            I send my device 20-oct-15 and it successfully delivered to yu in 21-oct-15 by this tracking no.: v25666042 in dtdc


                            after this i call them several times(nearly 15times) they always told me they already despatched new mobile to me.Just wait for 15 days. But they never told me what is my receiving tracking number or waybill number or any shipment number


                            in 20-oct-15 they mail me and told me i send them a wrong imei number but they confirm me they received my device successfully.

                            Even now no shipment number is generated which is confirmed by them.But even they told me you got your device with in 15 days from today.

                            Also i want to submit my supporting documents.

                              I update my yureka phone last week to 12.1update BT after d update I am facing problem of lock screen poping in any function I perform.also I face a problem abt phone n that is it frequently jumps to home screen or lock screen and each time wallpaper gets changed

                                I have sent my damaged display to the company and it has reached there on 19th October. On Nov 8th they have generated a new way bill number. But till now the new replacement has not been dispatched from Gurgaon, Gurgaon District, Haryana. I have called the YU customer care at least 15 times till now but every time I call them they just try to assure me that phone will be delivered to me VERY SOON!

                                For the delay in delivery and for the mental torture they have given to me, I will go to court. I need some help here regarding HOW TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT ON GRAHAK SURAKSHA.
                                ANY HELP is welcome.

                                Also this should be one of the testimonies which should tell you HOW BAD MICROMAX's CUSTOMER SERVICE is.

                                I shall not make the same HUGE MISTAKE of buying any product from Micromax.

                                  Hi, I called yureka customer care to replace my yureka mobile damage screen. I also returned battery, backpanel and headphone with phone. After 1 month and many calls, I got new phone after paying INR 3000 but it was without battery, backpanel and headphone. As per their courier company (Delhivery)submit all things to the yu service center. I called them again to return my phone accessories but they denied to return and told me they dnt recive anything from Delhivery & it is not the part of our process to return any accessories. I was not expecting so bad response from such a big mobile company. please try to resolve this issue. Regards Dinesh kumar

                                      Hello

                                      I am an user of Micromax Yureka plus phone . I had purchased this handset ( YU Yureka Plus- Alabaster White ) on july 24th 2015 from amazon.in, and i am facing issues since the day i got my phone.
                                      I contacted amazon.in as well as yureka plus customer care center and they assure me an assistance but even after resetting the phone several time, the issue was unresolved.
                                      After calling numerous times, they took my complaint and got my phone replaced with a new handset.
                                      I was beyond happy with a new set, thinking that the problem is gone. But it was my misfortune to think so. The phone came with the same issue and i am assuming its a default problem in yureka phones.

                                      I again contacted amazon.in and they asked me to contact ( yureka Company people) in order to get my money refunded.

                                      I did the same and contacted ( Yureka helpline ) They rejected my plea and told that they cannot give a DOA certificate which will help me get my money refunded from amazon.in . I am feeling helpless. Please help me out of this situation.

                                      I am an employee, hence i do not have enough money to buy another handset worth thousands.
                                      I request you to please look into the matter and help me as i am feeling disappointed after this incident.
