I Had purchased Yureka mobile around April 15, the service of micromax (Yureka) is pathetic.The phone is with them and its going to complete two months and still waiting for the phone to be repaired.

I called yureka customer care to replace my yureka mobile.I also returned battery, backpanel and headphone with phone.
After 1 month and many calls, I got new phone after paying INR 3000 but it was without battery, backpanel and headphone.
I called them again to return my phone accessories but they denied to return and told me it is not the part of our process to return any accessories.

I got new phone from Amazon i.e Yu Yureka Plus. I had speaker problem with this new purched phone. Still I used this phone for 1 month & After that i gave the phone to Customer Care in kolhapur location. They Sent my phone to Pune Branch.
