Dear sir, i have purchased a phone from yu company (yureka plus) on 15 october 2015 through amazon.in but i received a faulty phone. I have contacted the yu customer care telling about my issue and they said your phone will be replaced by us but no further action has been taken from their side. Whenever i contact them they just told me that you will receive a call by our technical team but till now i am not getting any response. They are just trying to neglect our issue. And i am very hopeless regarding this issue that i am not getting any service. And now they are not talking properly as when i call they just cut my phone call. Detail about my issue: date of purchase: 15 october 2015 Model no- YU5510A Name- Rabindra kumar padhi phone- [protected], [protected] email id- [protected]@gmail.com delivery address- at- DAV public school, unit-8 campus, post- nayapalli, khorda, odisha-751012 current address- c/0 Rabindra kumar padhi, rabi electric, kamala kant road, pahari mandir lane, opp. durga mandir, ratu road, ranchi, jharkhand- 834001 colour- moondust grey amazon order no[protected] I have contacted the amazon for complaining regarding this product and they told if you you will provide us a DOA letter by the company then we will refund your money and will return your product. so i have already sent an email regarding this for DOA letter and also i contacted them for DOA letter but they said we can not provide DOA letter as it is not in our policy. DOA letter is a letter which is an approval for returning the product after the returning policy is expired by e-commerce company. In this regard also the YU company does not help us. So we are very helpless regarding. The company's behaviour seems like they will not replace our product. SO NOW WE NEED YOUR HELP. PLEASE help us !     My name is ganesh, i bought euphoria mobile before 3monthes.After 3 monthes speaker was completely not working, at that time i complained to yu care after regurarly contacting and quarrelling they replaced after 20days.And that replaced mobile will go power off automatically within 2min, then i again contacted to yu care, Now from 1monthe they till now not dispached another, by saying 7days they cheeting from 1monthes.I am not understanding what to do now please contact me or them soon.my detail are below.

      I purchased one of the yureka products in the month of Apr'2015 and as i have started facing MIKE issue from last 2months now. I have tried to get in touch with Customer Care services through Phone, Email and also personannly visting the Customer Service Desk but till today i heven't got my problems resolved.
      Every time Customer Service Representative request me to provide some details and give false commitments and nothing happens ahead.

      I would seek help in order to stop this fraud services atleast to the customers who are blindly opting for this company products.

        Dear Sir,

        I dispatched my phone on 24th October for repairing the phone screen to Yu central office in Delhi. It reached there on the 3rd of November as per as the courier information. After that, the email support team stopped responding. They have not replied to any of the 8 emails I have sent them. It has become really frustrating. Their customer number is an ISD one, and it cost me 8 rupees for just 17 seconds, during which I didn't get a response. I am losing my patience with this type of response. Please help me. I would like Yu mobiles to return my phone as soon as possible. Something is always better than nothing. I have lost faith that they would repair it and now, my only hope is getting it back.

          My device display got broken. Contacted service center to replace the display. As the company have pick and drop facility, they collected my device on 15/10/2015. At that time they guarnteed me the device will return within 15 days. But now more than 25 days they are not replying me properly also. When i am calling to their customer care they are saying now they can't return my device to my area and they want an address outside kerala. Whenever i called them they will give silly excuses. My complaint has registered with them on september month itself. My complaint number is 1349334. After collecting the device they are saying we can't return the device.When i will get my device and how i will get, they can't tell it properly. Very bad response from the executives also regards, vineeth sagar [protected] [protected]

            I ordered YU Yuphoria handset from www.amazon.in on Tuesday, July 21, 2015. After using the handset for few days i encountered that the mobile phone speaker i not working properly, then i contacted YU customer care service[protected], and they replaced the mobile handset. Then after using the replaced mobile handset for few days i encountered that the front camera is not working properly. I again contacted YU customer care service i told them to provide me good workable handset or a different model of YU mobile handset. But they told me that they are going to replace the mobile handset once again. I don't want to have another defective mobile handset once again. Please take necessary actions. Desirable resolution:- Refund or Workable handset with no defect.                 I have bought a YU-Yureka device through online purchase at Amazon.com
                The device was operating fine till its Operating Software was not updated to Android Lollypop 5.0 version. After updating to the latest OS, the device started troubling me very frequently
                Then I launched a complaint through email to Yureka customer support. They first asked me to troubleshoot the problem at my end, then to re-flash the device OS, that too by myself. I have done as advised by them but the problem remained unresolved.

                Then they said to replace problematic trans-receiver (the Yu-Yureka Device) with new one. I received another trans-receiver, though it was not new but repaired one but I accepted it and returned the problematic one to them.
                Before It, I could know the device working status I got to face a new problem which was related to battery. The battery of recently received device was not getting charged. If I insert the same battery to another device, it gets charged well.

                So there is a problem with another trans-receiver also.

                If, I count, I would have wasted more than 2 months just in struggling with the frequent problems of the device, writing email to Yu-yureka, calling their customer support. Seems I don’t have any other job left.

                I am launching the complaint here because I don’t find another way for once & forever.

                If required, I would be able to give the whole correspondences of complaints reported by me.

                Please help me.

                  I have purchased yu yureka mobile from amazon.in on 12 feb 2015. the phone was shipped by 16 feb 2015. since i purchased the phone, i am facing issues like overheating, proximity sensor issue. till date when i call their customer care center, they are saying that they are releasing an update! in fact yu is making us fool. i cant even pick up phone properly when someone calls me.

                      I Had purchased Yureka mobile around April 15, the service of micromax (Yureka) is pathetic.The phone is with them and its going to complete two months and still waiting for the phone to be repaired.

                      It was replaced first time after a month, but that was also dump phone. Again they replaced but not worked even for a single day.
                      Now, they are asking for another month for replacement and they are giving excuses of company policy every time.

                        Hi,

                        I called yureka customer care to replace my yureka mobile.I also returned battery, backpanel and headphone with phone.
                        After 1 month and many calls, I got new phone after paying INR 3000 but it was without battery, backpanel and headphone.
                        I called them again to return my phone accessories but they denied to return and told me it is not the part of our process to return any accessories.
                        I was not expecting so bad response from such a big mobile company.
                        please try to resolve this issue.

                          Dear Sir, Yureka has bad, , , actually worst service i have ever faced. I had so many issue in my phone so i mailed them for replacement. i m surprised that they replaced my phone by the phone which was replaced by other customer. the phone they give to me is worst than previous one. I am unable to install some third party application. so i am frustrated with this phone and from so poor approch of yureka . So i Want my whole money back.

                            My Name is Sachin Jaiswal. I had purchased YU Yureka handset in feb'15. I have faced major issue in my devices like, Call Disconnection, App Drawer Hanging & Proximity sensor related issue. I have done all the required things that had suggested by your customer case like Code *#*# 7769#*#*, Hard Reset & send CM12 software download link etc. on multiple times in my devices but after all issue got not resolve then your customer care said his replaced my device with new one i had confirm more than three times the same things as you replace my handset with fresh device & your Technical/Replacement & Customer Care team said Yes handset will be replaced with Fresh Handset. then I agree to do the same.
                            after 10 days process you have sent to me a Repaired & Damaged Handset behalf of my Fresh Handset. I have sent 9 picture of my fresh devise with my Mail ID which is Sachin.[protected]@gmail.com.
                            I don’t want to this repaired device because replaced handset roughly used by another person before and same issue pursuing with this device as well as Call Disconnections & Proximity sensor issue. So, please pick your Repaired & Damaged Handset from me & return My Fresh Handset to me as soon as possible. I will pay & repair my handset form local mobile repairing center.

                              I Purchased YU YUREKA from Amazon on 14th March.After 6 Months my phone was not working well, whenever I plug in the phone for charging it does not charge but it reduces the battery.So I called yu Care they asked me to go to a service center near my residential area but there wasn't any, even i had gone several places to find the yu device i din't find it .I think It was invisible so that nobody could find it.Then I called yu care again then they asked mo to go to micromax service center .Micromax service center was also difficult to find it took me 3 days to find an authorised center.Then they said we will send the phone to yu company and i will get the delivey at my doorstep within 10 days after but i din't get it then i called to yu care again then they said your device hasn't repaired yet you can ask again after 15 days .
                              That's why India is not progressing Because of these companies'

                                I bought a phone through E-bay on 27 July and i filed a complaint of screen damage of the same on 27 Sept to Yusupport After reminding them may times my phone was picked on 3 Oct for repairing and it was promised that i will get it back wihtin 10-12 days but i have not received it yet. I called Yu support customer care many times and also wrote mails to them several times but evrytime the answer is within 24 hrs will get the response. but no response yet i m really frustrated now wasted lot of time in calling them.

                                  After complaining several time YU has now started to call me from unknown numbers and abuse me. My ticket number is 1418795 and I have been asking for a battery for over two months with no response from their side. Today after I made a complaint in consumer complaints they are calling and abusing me. Dont worry YU il get my things done soon. I have the recording of your executives.

                                    I complained about my ticket id:1418795 and finally they generated waybill number for yuphoria battery. But even after one week they are not dispatching the product. . For buying this one battery I have been waiting for over 2 months and still no responce. Kindly look into and do the needful.                                       I got new phone from Amazon i.e Yu Yureka Plus. I had speaker problem with this new purched phone. Still I used this phone for 1 month & After that i gave the phone to Customer Care in kolhapur location. They Sent my phone to Pune Branch. After 2 Weeks i Recieved Old Used Phone As a replacement with No new bill or Replacement message. If Still Problem presists what to do with this used phone & with no warenty Card of new phone.

                                        I had ordered for a replacement of my device yu yureka since it was under warranty and after waiting for almost 2 weeks i get a used phone as a replacement which i could have been happy with if it would have at least started. the phone does not even start doesn't charge doesn't even respond (HARD BRICKED PHONE) and when contacted the customer care, they told me to apply for another replacement i did its been almost a week now i was to receive a call back...but i haven't this happens after me waiting the initial 4 days fr a call back the 1st time around and then another 2weeks for a hard bricked phone to be delivered to my address and now i am supposed to repeat the entire process again...not only have i wasted almost Rs. 100 in recharging my sim so that i can talk to their customer care, i have also wasted hours waiting...please help!!!
