Dear sir,
i have purchased a phone from yu company (yureka plus) on 15 october 2015 through amazon.in but i received a faulty phone. I have contacted the yu customer care telling about my issue and they said your phone will be replaced by us but no further action has been taken from their side. Whenever i contact them they just told me that you will receive a call by our technical team but till now i am not getting any response. They are just trying to neglect our issue. And i am very hopeless regarding this issue that i am not getting any service. And now they are not talking properly as when i call they just cut my phone call.

I have contacted the amazon for complaining regarding this product and they told if you you will provide us a DOA letter by the company then we will refund your money and will return your product. so i have already sent an email regarding this for DOA letter and also i contacted them for DOA letter but they said we can not provide DOA letter as it is not in our policy. DOA letter is a letter which is an approval for returning the product after the returning policy is expired by e-commerce company.
In this regard also the YU company does not help us. So we are very helpless regarding. The company's behaviour seems like they will not replace our product.
SO NOW WE NEED YOUR HELP.
