    I replaced my Yureka device in month of Aug. but after replacement they gave me faulty product. It is not getting charged. When I again filed a complaint about it they agreed to replace it again. but since then they are making excuses and it has been 4 months they have not replaced it. my ticket no is 1189597.

      I have battery issue in yuphoria and they kept asking for doing formalities and didnt give new battery so I asked them for new battery and said I will pay. They connfirmed it and gave ticket num:1418795. But they didnt respond and send battery even after 25 days. Every time I call them they say sorry and ask to wait but dont give any proper response.

        Dear Sir, I bought a Yu Yureka mobile on the month of may this year with the trust they have given while they launched the device. They made the promise of giving Updates every Month for two years. Even though it was not happened, we are not even getting Bug fix update for the normal use. The device has lots of bugs, we the users not able to use the device as others do. Please take an action for this.

          I reported a complaint in 16 august, buy mail they tell me to send information . I send the all information. Then they said u will receive a canal from aur technical department but till now I didn't received any call from there. I called again 5-8 times but there was same answer. They will call me in 24-48hours but there was not any call from there I received

MOBILE NAME:- YU YUPHORIA IMEI1:-[protected] IMEI2:-[protected] when i go in micromax check point in magarpatta city mega center hadapsar Pune 411028. this branch in one technical advisor told me i not responsbilty take this phone. because this is yu yuphoria mob not a micromax. yu play god and micromax both are not provide me genuine service. i safring in problem plz take a action fast.

              I had purchased Yu Yureka mobile (Moondust Grey) through AMAZON website and received the mobile on 29/04/2015 at my office Nehru Place, New Delhi. After that during May 2015 I joined Lucknow. During my tour on 14/09/2015 the display of above mobile not working and not showing pictures. After that I contacted Yu Yureka mobile customer care number [protected] and booked complaint of my above mobile and given complaint number 1350779 as they are saying that for this mobile door service. I again several times contacted over phone and as per telephonic conversation I submitted Invoice copy and photographs of my mobile to the customer care through E-mails. After that several times I contacted to consumer care number and paid telephone charges as well as I submitted several E-mails regarding servicing of my mobile. On 19/09/2015 I received E-mail from Yu support and got Way bill no.[protected] of delhivery courier for pick up my mobile. On consumer care they informed that after receipt of old mobile set they will replaced with new one immediately. My mobile set pickup by the courier on 22/09/2015 which reached and accepted by the company on 30/09/2015 after that they generated way bill no.[protected] dated 01/10/2015 for delivery. I several times contacted Delhivery courier than they informed that the company not handed over the mobile set till 07/10/2015 noon. The courier company informed to contact merchant. After that I contacted again to the consumer care, but no use. They are only assuring not giving any reply over my E-mail or telephone. Due to that I am suffering a lot and company is neither responding nor delivering new Yu yureka mobile set. I am completely dissatisfied with the services of that company as I had purchased the mobile due to brand name Micromax, but the mobile was use less and very poor customer care services. After that I have neither received my new mobile set nor any reply from yu yureka service center. I contacted Delhivery courier company than they are saying to contact your merchant. I contacted consumer care over phone on 14/10/2015 & 16/10/2015 than they informed that some dispute between your company and courier company. Due to that I am suffering and my Yu Yureka mobile not delivered to me. I am completely fed up and purchased new mobile set due to urgency. I had purchased this mobile from prestigious website www.amazon.in, but feeling very bad due to services of Yu Yureka service center. Till today i.e. 20/10/2015 service centre not delivered my mobile and taking rest. What a company? Now I am thinking to lodge FIR and case in consumer forum. Please advise.                   I had order Yu Yunique 8GB on 14 october 2015 from e-commerce Snapdeal.com. i got the product on 16 october in afternoon. From the day i unboxed this phone i m facing alot of problems in phone .battery drainage problem heating problem, phone contacts are been deleted without any permission i had called yu service centre for service they are providing .they only said that it is not any hardware problem just hard/soft reset your mobile .i had followed this step but its not working. Than i had visited yu service centre in my area Sirsa (125055) but people there on service centre explained their problem that currently they are not dealing with Yu products so you have to call yu brand for doorstep pickup of your product .idont know whether they had forwarded the request of replacement or they had just stucked. My snapdeal order number is in screenshot which i had attached . My contact number is [protected] . Kindly look it into the problem as soon as possible .

                        I purchased mobile on march-5-2015, order no id[protected] by amazon, my mobile had problem of no incoming, or out going voice, i complain many times to technician of complain, they suggest some process but there is no solution of my problem, they give me complain no-1403051, 1431079, 1403051, 1474123 and giving answer us we call to you in 48 hours but found no results, staff giving customer care centre no & address but center was closed from many periods.yet my mike problem is not solved or not replaced phone, dear sir, madam solve my problem

                          My Yu Yureka reboots in every 5 minutes or so especially when connected to Wifi. Called the Customer support 8 days ago, all they did was sending me a remedial mail which didn't help at all. i have sent them a mail again today conferring this problem among others! but they are yet to take any action. My complaint Ticket Id is 1439261.

                            I bought Yureka on 26 Feb 2015 from Amazon.
                            Order No #[protected]

                            I am facing 3 problems:
                            1) Whenever I use my earphone to call somebody, they are not able to hear me. At first I thought may be its the network problem. Later on again when it happened I found there is some problem with the microphone. So I asked Amazon Customer Care about it. They told me to contact you for replacement of the earphone.

                            2) My battery drains very fast even when I am using very little. Today I charged full 100%. But with min use within 3 hrs it reached 15%. I think the battery is weak.

                            3) Now whenever I connect my headset the sound automatically goes down to vibrate mode. Even when I increase the volume it again goes to vibrate mode.

                            I mailed the customer care and also called their number but still no response. I am very unhappy with their service...

                              My YU Yureka Plus device... It heats up like a frying pan all the day long... And makes me uneasy to use and carry. Due to extreme heating, It lags much like a Samsung duos smartphone. In previous 2 days, it got hangs for several times... I'm fed up of these two major problems... Also... No updates has been sent since my ownership of the mobile...i.e. 27 july, 2015. Also the battery discharge at a drastically fast rate during phone heating & lagging period. Even the battery doesn't provide a standby time of 8 Hours during the normal usage of thr device.Otherwise the phone is overall good besides these problems. The phone heats up too much & lags consistently on using wi-fi and on playing games... If YUplaygod care can do anything about this, I would be glad to here it. I hope u care your customers.

                                i have mike problem, out going and incoming voice not come, i talk company technician for solve, they suggest many process but not solve my problem, there is no service centre at surat. once a phone is coming from [protected], he said this phone is made by philips company so he gives me philips customer service centre number, then i contect service centre, they said this is philips service centre .this is wrong information.now what can i do to solve problem or replace the phone or money back ? thanks.                                 company said to replace my phone from last week but i am not received yet, so plz, replace my phone as early as possible or return my amount

                                    This is regarding the complaint # 1454499, which was logged on 9th October at 4:12 PM as per the representative Mr. Mayank. He also told me that the SLA to call back the customer is 24 to 48 working hours, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) are the working hours. It is more then 48 working hours but i have not received any single call from YU- Yureka. Is this kind of service is provided by YU-Yureka? How can a customer believe on YU- Yureka? Or should i go for the consumer court for the same...

But it is also correct DAT they r not paying attention on my problem...my phone is facing so many problems from a long time...it may more than 1 month...but...they r giving me time but not exactly...when they will pick up my phone... If I call them TT hey told me...we will pickup very soon...but when I called them..after two or four days dn..they repeat again
