This is the worst company I ever seen in my life. This phone I bought four months back (June) and now the phone is not working. Its continuously heating. The touch sensitivity of right hand bottom is not functioning. I have contacted the customer care executives more than 10 times and the are not giving any proper response. Each time they will reply like they will contact within 24 hours but as of now I haven't received any reply. Now carrying this phone is just like carrying a bomb it will exploit any time. This is my kind advise friends don’t buy any product of this company. This is the worst company in the world. The are not giving any importance to customer.

    HI..

    i have already raised my issue through call.
    your customer care executive gave me the complain no- 1186550.

    MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING and unable to BOOT.
    SEVERAL time I have already raised the complain and they assured that you will door step resolution and the phone will be replaced.

    Also the battery charger is not working and phone not accessible through cable to PC.

    Please give me fast response and resolution.

    At my first call, your executive told that they have 48 hours TAT for complain.

    IS it a right thing??

    Why you have such a poor customer satisfaction unit ??

      Sir I purchased Yu Yureka handset before 5- month and now camera of my handset not working properly when I click any picture of page it not show clearly and earphone also not working. When I complaint via mail they send a mail related guidelines to solve problem and did it but my problem had not been solved.

        I charge my handset with adaptor but after one hour my handset goes dead and gummy like liquid comes from handset I am calling customer care from three days continously but one lodge complaint another told it does not come under warranty so I want to replace my hanset or return my money my registered mobile number with company is [protected]

          Contact details [protected] I have purchase Yu Yuphoria Phone on 1st June 2015. Within 3 month the battery has swollen and I cannot use the phone as there is chance the phone will explode if I use it. I have lodged the complaint on 24th September on customer support number[protected] and emailed all the details on [protected]@yuplaygod.com. Reference number 1389961 I have receive there revert on 25th sep that they have raised the issue to the concerned department and that department will get in touch with me for further action. As on 5th October 2015 nobody has called me or I have received a new battery. On calling them couple of time have received the same revert that the department will get in touch with me Called them on 30th sep, called trice on 5th October and was kept on hold for 5 min, 16 min and third time techsupport told me t wait for more 24 hrs. Really frustrated with the customer service and the phone

            I gave my phone Yu Yureka for service 2 months back. they promised me that they will give my phone within 10 to 15 days. after 20 days, I started calling them and they told me that they have fixed my phone and they will send my phone soon and i will receive it within 2 days. so, i called them after 2 days they gave me the same reason. After a couple of same cause at last i thought i will talk to them harshly and when i did they gave me a tracking number of dotzot couriers. I checked it in the website and it said the number is invalid. So i told them that the number is invalid, they told me the website of dotzot is down and they also told me that DTDC cant come to my home. But there are 4 to 9 offices in TVM. Then my Aunt called them and they told her that the phone cant be fixed and they will send me a second hand Yureka. They said this 3 days back and still got no response from them. I didn't use my phone for 2-3 months. So What can i do? Please help me I will surly appreciate

              Sir,
              I try to connect many times to Yureka customer care they never respond.
              Many mails send and make phone calls to customer care care but they did not respond.

              Problems which face-
              1- Back camera of my Handset not working properly.
              2- Heating Problem.
              3- Earphone not work
              4- Handset hang many times.

                I have given my phone to yureaka people for repairing ., the issue was with battery, charger and transreceiver.
                I got my phone after 15 days but they have not sent me battery n charger along with it.

                I called them and update the same. their supervisior said that we will get back to you withing 24 hours . but as i expected they will not call or email me .

                I want battery and charger which is under warranty .

                  Issue is :- 1) Dust in the Rear Mirror due to which images are getting blurred. 2) Operation of handset is somewhat highly lagging. 3) USB cable is not frequently detected in the handset. Even the connection is losing many times during the charging. 4) Video Recording not working. While pressing Video Recording button, it just switches back to photo mode. I have tried following steps :- 1) Hard Reset the device. 2) Clean the glass over the rear lens properly. 3) Tried using different USB cables with my handset. Issue still exist. Every time I call them (While on mail, they are such busy in launching most worst handsets in Indian Mobile market that they even don't care to reply...), service official repeats only one line "YOU HAVE TO PAY 5999/= IF YOU WANT SERVICE FROM OUR SIDE. YOUR MOBILE HAS INTERNAL ISSUES. WE WILL REPLACE THE DEVICE" . I asked for the document if anywhere it is written that Consumer has to pay 5999/= in regards to the replacement. They responded that this is internal policy not to be disclosed. This is the answer even before seeing or analyzing the device. I have all the recordings and mails that the officials have sent me. ( They all uses "DEEPLY REGRETTED" in each mail but don't mean them at all). Not only me thousands of YU customers are not happy with this service they replace with refurbished handsets which are defective so i urge you to support me and necessary action be taken on them

                    My phone is not charging, but it is not problem of my battery since my battery got charged when i try to charge tha battery to my friend's yurekaa. I had got similar bad experience from customer support even if my phone is in warranty period.when i called you, you wasted my time and money (6/min) for unnecessary hold.When I explained him about the problem, he promptly asked me to use any other charger instead of the supplied one. Then I told him that I used multiple chargers and I was able to charge other phones with those chargers. At this point, this guy has put my call on hold and after resuming the call he stated that I should do some troubleshooting by fully charging my mobile and doing the factory reset from Recovery. Next day I tried you again.then they said to send the image of my phone battery, port, and invoice etc, I did all the things what they said, Next day I tried you again, then they said that my pictures that i sent have no much clarity .I fed up with this phone.Please provide me a solution and save my time... ch*t**a company vapas le jao ye dabba phone hai ... charger already khrab hai ab mobile onn bhi nhi ho rha... ear phone not working properly

                      I've bought yureka on 27feb 2015. After 2 months there was charging issue in charging jack. Then i complained to YU care and they replaced my phone. but now i got same charging issue in the replaced mobile, but now they said that you have to pay Rs 5999 to replace. my phone is under Warranty and there is neither physical damage (tear & wear) nor i've used it roughly. when i said that i've already replaced for same problem then they said you are replaced before 3 months and now term and condition has been changed so you have charged for that. my complaint no is 1355533. name- Abhishek Mob no.- [protected] / [protected] plz help me sir!!!

                        I purchased yu yureka from amazon but phone is giving so much tension. phone keep charging full night but don't charges. hanging problem is very much if we calls than touch does not works. at a time of video recording flash works for sec and than don't works. charger not working but shows a red light when we plug it.

                          I have purchased an (Micromax Yu Yureka +) handset from Amazon.in which is an online service, after a week the mobile started heating up, i called up to their service center, and there is no response from their side. And today my handset turned off due to over heat of the handset. As i approached to the nearest Micromax service center, they said, they do not give any service to the product of YU YUREKA mobile(handset), as my handset is turned off now. I tried switching it on, but its not working anymore. As i have been cheated by the Micromax yu yureka company, I want to take legal action against it.

                            I Support Team, My Name is Sachin Jaiswal. I had purchased YU Yureka handset in feb'15. I have faced my issue with my devices like Call Disconnection Hanging & Proximity sensor related issue. I have done all the required things that had suggested by your customer case on multiple times in my devices but after all issue got not resolve then your customer care said his replaced my device with new one i had confirm more than three times the same things as you replace my handset with fresh device & your Technical & Customer Care team said Yes handset will be replaced with Fresh Handset. then I agree to do the same. after 10 days process you have sent to me a Repaired & Damaged Handset with my Fresh Handset. I have sent 9 picture & bills of my fresh devise with my Mail ID which Sachin.[protected]@gmail.com. I don’t want to this repaired device because same issue pursuing with this device as well like Call Disconnections & Proximity sensor issue. So, please pick your Repaired & Damaged Handset & return my Fresh Handset to me as soon as possible. I will pay & repair my handset form local mobile repairing center.                               Here i want to state that i had a complaint on yu phoria mobile on 16-09-15 for my yu mobile is not working . And the same day there is a incoming call from [protected] number and told that he is calling from yu company, and tell us give to details about my debit card & cvv no . And told that they transfer 6999/ rs to my account . And they told that there is no sufficient balance in your acc. Thats why the transfer cant be complete . And they told that you must having 5000 rs above in your acc. Than on 17-09-15 i deposit 8000 in my acc. And the same day 8040 amount deduct from my icici acc. Lokesh sachdeva he told that our company want your yuphoria mobile on below address yu technical private ltd. Royal group building no-1 rajendra nagar gorakhpur city pin no-273001 name -lokesh sachdeva mob-[protected] and told that courier your mobile on above address and he told that after we track your item we will refund the compelete amount 14999 on 21-09-15 i courier the mobile by dtdc lite cn no-a32678184 on 22-09-15 he told that we will refund your amount between 48 hrs on 24-09-15 i call lokesh sachdeva and tell us what about my refund money .Then he told me plese deposit in your acc 350*14%(504 rs) tax for your refund money.So i was trans for in icici atm to yu company account( 504 rs).Then he told me your money is not transfer in our account(last four digit no 0735) .So we are not proses your refund money. Please sir help me what i do ? b p k samantaray [protected]

                                My name is dharmesh. i bought yureka mobile from amazon.in in 15% cash back offer company does not provide me cash back after date has been gone when i complain they did not reply... and the phone is also defective so i call to customer care they said that our technical support team call back in 48 hours but they don't after that when i call again and again they accept my request to replace the device in that they provide me defective device and again on complain they does not reply in a good manner.

YU Yuphoria YU5010 (Buffed Steel, 16GB) Sold by: Cloudtail Shipped: Sep 3, 2015 But Now network signal not getting properly. If you want to contact me please send mail or call to [protected]. Please rectify this problem or replace another mobile instead of this.

                                    Reference Ticket id: 1291254(given by YU) i purchased YU Yureka Plus one battery and two back panel. In the invoice of Battery was of cost 424.80 and i was charged rs 499. Moreover Battery was seems to like used Battery. Back panel(Battery cover) invoice was of rs199 and i was charged rs299. they are not replying to my mails and i have already send pics of bills and battery and explained the issue. when i call them for this they say we call you as soon as possible. but answer yet. i am requesting them for 2 battery and 2 back panel but they are giving the order one by one. i don't know why? i incurred a huge cost on mobile because of them around of rs 600 i want a penalty of 600+65+100+100=rs 865 and regarding used battery i want a new battery

                                        From 17 Aug15, I've registered my first complain with Reference Ticket id: 1227927 to Mr.Hitesh narula (DEVESH RAJORIA)-L1-Team YU-TP Jaipur. I was ensured by the L2 tech. dept. that my handset will get replaced within 5-6 days. But after that No response has been given till now. I've called their service center many times after that but each time they gave a new ticket no. and wants me to expect a call from the technical team within 48 hours. The Technical team just says one thing " Send your invoice bill and some picture shots of the mobile and your device will get replaced under 5-6 days". I've sent them many times but no one responds after that. whenever i call to check the current state of my complaint, they'd tell me to follow the same procedure again and again. I'm really frustrated from the YU support service. Now all i want is to get my Yureka replaced as soon as possible.
