My phone is not charging, but it is not problem of my battery since my battery got charged when i try to charge tha battery to my friend's yurekaa. I had got similar bad experience from customer support even if my phone is in warranty period.when i called you, you wasted my time and money (6/min) for unnecessary hold.When I explained him about the problem, he promptly asked me to use any other charger instead of the supplied one. Then I told him that I used multiple chargers and I was able to charge other phones with those chargers. At this point, this guy has put my call on hold and after resuming the call he stated that I should do some troubleshooting by fully charging my mobile and doing the factory reset from Recovery. Next day I tried you again.then they said to send the image of my phone battery, port, and invoice etc, I did all the things what they said, Next day I tried you again, then they said that my pictures that i sent have no much clarity .I fed up with this phone.Please provide me a solution and save my time...
