Sir I purchased Yu Yureka handset before 5- month and now camera of my handset not working properly when I click any picture of page it not show clearly and earphone also not working. Many mails send and make phone calls to customer care care but they did not respond.

Problems which face-
1- Back camera of my Handset not working properly.

I have given my phone to yureaka people for repairing ., the issue was with battery, charger and transreceiver.
I got my phone after 15 days but they have not sent me battery n charger along with it.

I called them and update the same. their supervisior said that we will get back to you withing 24 hours . but as i expected they will not call or email me .
