    I've bought yureka on 1 march 2015. After 2 months there was charging issue in charging jack. So i complaint to yu care and they replaced my phone. And now i got same charging issue in replaced mobile, but now they said you have to pay rs 5999 to replace. My phone is in warranty and there is no physical damage (Tear and wear).
    When i said that i already replaced for same problem then they said you are replaced before 3 months and now terms and conditions has been changed. So you have charged for that.

    Sir plz help me.

      Sir i have purchase a yu yureka mobile by amazon. my handset display is break after few days i have a complaind yu costumer care than they sent a executive to diliver my handset for repair in rs.2999. i have return my handset the executive but my handset is not given me back i called callcentre so many but not satisfactory reply.thay reply yor vavill no is generate.this subject to one month .

        After installation of lolipo, incoming and out going call not listen. I have call to call center but they not solve the my complaint. My Mo. [protected]. If I have use handset then call listen but without handset not listen. Pl change my mobile, is under warranty. Micromax will take this Mo. For service.

            I have send my mobile in micromax YU yureka service center on 7 the august which reached at their service center on 14 th august at below address B-82 Mayapuri Industrial area, phase no 1, New Delhi 110064. Yu yureka customer care no is [protected]. They have told that they have return my mobile through delivery courier service on 10 sep 2015 by docket no[protected]. But till today on 17 the September I have not received my mobile back. When I have contacted to delivery courier Custmer service center then they said the mobile is not given by the YU yureka service center to them.pH no of delivery courier is [protected]. If YU yureka service center did not give parcel to courier person then how can they give delivery to me? Micromax YU yureka has done fraud with me and I think they have misplace my phone and it will never received to me.               As Yureka Plus has no definite time to delivered repaired product to the existing customer. they will assurance 48 hours is needed to solve the customer problem (get repaired product). actuals day is 2 days as per 48 hours (normal day rule) but they (yureka plus ) have considered twice time from normal time ( 4 days ). also they have too much lengthy process to solve the customer problem and take time actual 15 - 20 days ( about 1 month apprxm.) also they provide late / delay services to their customer on telephone / online customer service they have no any repair service centre and causing too delayed in service while other rivals is provide service within a day. Also no durability is available for Yureka Plus Product specially for 5.5 inch ( YU 5510 MODEL) because such product width is very low and can not sustained minimum weight pressure on the display screen and product display is damaged as compare to micromax, samsung mobile smart phone. therefore i requesting you please disclosed this drawback of yureka plus to all prospect customers in India & abroad so that no customer sustained such type of loss that i have sustained.

                I have sent my yu yureka device for service on 30/06/2015. But it is not returned back till now. I have called on the customer care service many times but they didn't even give me any details about it.They send me a delivery waybill no. but i found it fake on the delivery service providers website.

I have contacted yureaka support people through emails and calls on 5thsep but they are not responding at all. On call they are saying that our senior executive people will call you and your product will get replace. But till yet i have not got any call from their side. I am fed up with their ridiculuos behaviour. Kindly look into this matter and do the needfull.

                      I am facing some measure tehcnical issues with said handset from aug'15 onwards, i have approched their customer care no.[protected] so many time for sorting out the issues. But after 2 month there is no positive response by them. From yesterday onwards continiously they are putting my call on hold. I have sent a mail to them also on yesterday but no updation in received.

                      Complaint refferance no. Which was provided by them are as under:

                      1244146 dt. 20th aug'15
                      1339171 dt. 11th sep'15.

                      Please suggest & help.

                        I order my yureka phone on 06 may 2015 through amazon and i received it on 12 may 2015, after a month .1 day i charged it fully in evening and next day morning i saw my phone was fully discharged, and after charging also it was not getting switch on then i tried to contact YU support for a week but no one respond then on 12 July i drop one mail to them after that also i did not received any response from them .after that one day i called them then fortunately i able to contact them, than i explained them about my issue, then after that within a week they gave me new battery saying that your phone is not switching on because off battery issue.after putting new battery again same thing happened next morning my phone was totally discharged then again i called them and i told them about this issue so they told that this is a technical issue our technical team will call you.for a month i heard same thing they keep on delaying that .then after one month one day they told that they will give me new transceiver after 3 weeks finally the gave me new transceiver and they took back my new phone .when i used the transceiver same thing happened it was not charging, in phone it was showing as charging but it was not charging .again i called them and explained them this issue than they told me that it can be some software problem and they asked me to download one software but after doing that also nothing worked out then again they told that technical team will call you. i keep on waiting for 15 days after that YU support called me and asked me to give the snaps of invoice and phone and told-me that they will give me new transceiver .after sending the snaps then they told that we do not cover physical damaged things in guarantee if you want new transceiver than you have to pay Rs 5999 . even though there is no physical damage then also they are saying, that to this phone was given by them in replacement and they were also denying to reimburse my money. from last 3 months they are just delaying things.please help me out in this i don't want there phone kindly please help me out in getting back my hard earned money. im sending my invoice and phone snap what i sent to them.

                          The mobile yu was purchased online in may 15. Immediately after the mobile had problems. The micromax service centre at Portblair did not entertain our complaints and expressed inability to undertake repair on yu mobile. Further the mobile is getting blackout during incoming & outgoing calls, automatically gets switched off when the call is on and then automically goes in starting mode. The mobile is operational in speaker mode only as the normal mode is not functioning. Unable to resolve all the problems with yu mobile as there is no authorised service centre in port blair. Also the yu mobile is under warranty period. Unable to contact customer care on toll free no. many times. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. request reply back on my email please. Request intimate us how to resolve the problems with the yu mobile at port blair. Early solution expected.

                            On 5th September I filled complaint that my yureka was not getting charged, Customer support team said send Battery +Charging Jack + invoice.images I send that to them, they said they will contact me and will make me talk with their officials but it's 12th September now and till the date there has been no assistance provided to me by Yu Televentures ...I called 10 times to them on 12th September for my issue. But they replied rudely and where not liking to help me ... When I Asked for DOA They said they will not give me ... please help me

                              I am facing lagging issue with the device since last one month which includes below errors and have been calling YU care almost daily 1. Double tap not working 2. No network available multiple times a day. 3. Screen not coming up while on call. I have been in talks with ur CC representatives and did all the possible troubleshooting as asked by them nothing helped !! As a last resort they asked me to flash the device ... I tried doing so now that is also not working as it says "WAITING FOR DEVICE". I spoke to Dimple this morning who wanted me to visit a cyber cafe or a friends place and tried doing flash using their system which i find senseless and illogical so i refused stating if the same is not happening on my system its now your responsibility to sort this out. She tried to make me speak to L2 team however they are never available and therefore i was asked to wait for their call - which they never make. I have already forwarded copy of invoice and error screenshot on your support email id. I even received call from their L2 representative "HIMMAT SINGH" who then asked me to download some usb drivers I did the same however the problem is still there and when I again called them and spoke to Akash he gave me same rebuttal that alright will ask them to call you back in 48hours My ticket/complaint no with them is 1258010

                                Hi had called many times to yureka care. they wont respond properly.                                   Dear SIr, i was brought yu yureka after waiting long time in march, 2015 but unfortunately mobile charging was not done properly i was check usb cable, adapter and mobile . usb cable not working properly, i was contacted to yu yureka customer care and they were assured your usb cable will reach to your address within 7 days. after there was no communication regarding that. again i was contacted for same issue in jun and july yu executive told me that my address was not in there delivery area, they will send by DTDC courier service and after 7 days you will got USB. no communication was done by yu executive again this issue. again i was follow up in august many time at that time, after that usb cable and adopter both were also not working properly . i was discussed again this issue with yu care executive and they told your USB cable and adopter will reach your address after 7 to 8 days. but there were no communication after that with yu care. Again i called to yu for mobile charging stopped by different chargers. yu executive guide for for factory setting and resetting procedure and restart the device but there were no benefit of that. after that he was told me they will arrange the pick of mobile on given address by me in yu delivery area. After 15 days i was contacted there were no yu person come to my place to pick up the phone and same story repeated by the yu executive. i was explained lot of time same issued to yu yureka but i didn't got the support from yu. really i am very harassed by this procedure. i was called lot of time to yu and waste my time for 30 to 50 minutes every time they ask for the photographs of charging socket i was send mail regarding that but yet no pick up arranged by yureka care

                                      I had bought one Yu Yureka from Amazon.com on March 26, 2015. This mobile equipment is dead since last one month. When I looked into servicing, I came to know about attractive onsite servicing. However, When I dialed the number, the number is not reachable. Next I tried contacting by email. they went on and on for 2 weeks, every time suggesting that I should pull out battery, do some silly stuff and somehow it will bring back the life to mobile. After 2 weeks, they have stopped responding the emails. I think, this company has fraudulently sold mobile to me but does not provide promised services. I want compensation for the discomfort cause and time lapse because of this. It will be great if they realize this early and correct the mistakes. awaiting the response. Attaching the bill of bought phone

                                        I purchased yureka device arround 6 months ago.i am facing charging issue .i called company service center they reported that the device has charging jack problem and i need to pay 550 rupes for replacing charging jack.they are telling that hardware issue is not covered under warranty .they are asking money for claiming money.i dont know what to do.please help.
