We are also sufferers at the hands of Yu Televentures. Simply complaining on such sites is not good enough for Yu. We will have to file cases in Consumer Courts as well as Regular Courts for redressal.

    I purchased yu yureka around 5 months ago first of all there was heating issue in d device but i think thats ok but now after 4 months my device stuck at yu logo and when i call yu yureka at there new no. they just ask me to try a procedure and after that they will submit a complaint i move on with d procedure but nothing works and when i call they asks that they have submitted a complaint and said our technical support will call u within 48hours but no call came at all and when i call them after 3 days they said we reviewed ur issue and we will generate a waybill to replace ur device and waybill no. will be generated by evening but next day when i call they said we need to submit a complain again and waybill will not generated till u make a conversation with technical team and they again submit a complaint and no call again after 3 days and in mail they reply that ur no was not reachable however i was never out of coverage area.however my missed call service is also on and no msg at all there and they r mailing me to again provide both of mobile nos. my current ticket id is 1289331 and i think warranty is only for name coz i didnt get any response from support team.i think this brand is to be disclosed soon.my mobile no is[protected].please solve my complain

      My Yuphoria was purchased on first day of its launch, I am having issue with it since a month, the phone is getting very much heated up when I am simultaneously listening to music and playing games, also if youtube is being played. Another issue is the lock key doesn't work properly, means if i press the lock key it takes about 5-6 secs to start the phone. And its being thrice that suddenly my phones volumes goes, there is no ringtone played no music player, and youtube too. I kindly request you to fix the problem as soon as possible

        Sir I have purchased an yu yureka in the month of Feb 2015 now it charging very very very slowly( after 5 hours charging it is charging only 5-10 %) I had contacted customer care in this regard they told to charge by universal charger. I did with that battery is ok. then they to format the phone to wipe out the flash memory, catche memory i followed their insturctions but the net result is O. It seems to be hardware issue.. customer care people told me to send the original bill and image of the mobile via mail. I did that also. Then i had contacted customer care they told they will connect me to the Grade II level technical people i waited for more than 20 minutes then they told all the officers are busy they will call me within 48 hours. So far no one contacted me. kindly solve the problem or replace me a new phone at the earliest.. Thanking you sir Sriram [protected] [protected] Ticket no. 1271568

          I purchased yureka mobile before 6 months ago and now its not getting charged.its charging port may be defective and its charging adapter can charge other device.but when i am complaining about this to company they are only sending mail to me with some instruction which i already followed.but no resolution.now the device has completely stopped getting charged and company stopped responding. i mailed them so many times also called them but no response.my contact number is [protected]/[protected].kindly help me out.purchase date of the device is February 26th 2015.in one mail they asked me some pictures of the charging jack and adapter.i sent them with good quality pictures.after receiving the pictures they again and again telling me to check the charging jack and adapter which i already tried and no fault in it as it can charge other device.i tried with another yureka cable and adapter but not getting any charging connection.now the company is complete silent.what should i do.kindly help me.

              Phone Model - Yuphoria, purchased through Amazon. Purchased on June 25th. Screen broken on June 15th. Raised call on July 16th Ticket No - 1116580. Instrument picked up on July 22th.                   First of all i got a problem on my headset Yu Yureka which was my 1/3 screen went black so i contacted Yu customer care . They gave me a solution to solve it manually with reference id 1228928 but it didnt work.Further on i have called them many times provided them with pics of my phone's condition on the mail and gave me id 1229016.I did what they asked me .Now its has been more than 3 weeks of wasting my time and money by contacting them as i call they would say that their senior will call within 24 to 48 hours .They have said this to me 3-4 times . I am realy pissed off now.Plus my phone is under warranty period and i have got only this phone so it is getting nearly impossible to carry on with this damaged phone.

I called many times in call center of YU but everytime, customer care agent advise me to reset the Phone but problem is still there and future no support is given by yu company and, as a consumer of YU I felt cheated as I am not getting value for my valuable Money. i am really very tired wth this YU mobile . i need help to get my money back and if possible, i need reimbursement for the harassment that i faced due to YU Company Product. I brought yuphoria mobile on June 22 2015 from amazon, account of milenmathew.After two 2 weeks my front camera was not working fine.I have registered complaint in the customer care Reference Ticket id: 1186505 on 7 aug 2015.They guided me some settings but complaint remains same.I called customer care several times from mobile [protected] .They did not solve the issue till this time. kindly help me to solve the issue.

                          I have been calling yu customer care since august 6, 2015 and they have approved the phone for replacement but its been a month the replacement has not been made till now. I have been calling and mailing since august 6 but their response is very poor and always tell that the you will receive the courier number within 24 hours, and every time i call the service, the representative always tell different thing sometimes they would say that there is an technical fault or you will receive the courier number within 24 hours. Upon insisting too much for sending me a mail that would specify how many days its gonna take for the replacement, they would reply me with a mail without any details. Now, I am clueless because they wouldn't give me a satisfactory response even after mailing them that i will log a complaint against them . Please help me in this case.                             For water damage case I had sent my device to YUREKA on 7th of August. Till today they are just saying your device will get back to you within 7-10 working days still I have not received my device. Twice they had created waybill number but for both waybill number status is same. Right now I have no trust on this YUREKA that they will deliver my device. As I am following for the same since last 15-20 days but there is no satisfactory action from their end.

                              On 26 april 2015 i order my phone yureka from amazon and on 15 august 2015 my phone automatically switch off then i try to start but it doesn't start so i complete to yureka service email id but they never take an action regarding my complaint all they do is confusing me everytime i ask for there service centre they never reply to it so i want you to take action regarding my complaints.

                                Sir i purchased yu mobile product which is yufit band on 5 aug from amezon which i received on 6 august after using it for 20 min its star vibrating and after 25 min of vibration its stop working, after that i contact yu for help, and from that day to today i did not get any help from them only thing i got was lot of commitment.

                                      I had called many times to the customer care they told to pick the phone within 48 hours but it never comes, they donot call and if we call again the answer is the same that call will be reveived in 48 hours but the same thing happens, i think after this i must complain to the consumer forum about this because company is not taking any steps for that.

                                        i faced a problem with my phone, my phone is completely dead. so i registered a complaint with your customer care regarding this on nearly 1st of august and the ticket id given to me on that day was yu- 1173330. i received a call from your customer service agents on 5th of august asking for photos and videos. i sent you photos and videos a number of times but still it couldn't reach you because of your daemon micromax email filtering system. but somehow i was able to sent you the photos and videos on 8th of august, to which i thought you guys will contact me on that day only as it was told to me that as soon as i send you the photos i will recieve a call from your side. but i didnt so to check i call you guys again and what you do instead of arranging me a call is that you creat a new ticket for my issue that is yu-1190464 so that you guys can get another four days of leverage time. so i waited till 12th of august but i didn`t recieved the call ... and after million of calls, talking to your senior agents twice, and again a number of calls i finally receive a call on 23rd of august seriously 23rd of august. and what you guys do on 23rd f august, the agent on the line on 23rd august was PAYAL CHAUHAN and she told me that your phone will be replaced and i will receive my phone in 7-8 days and also will recieve a call from courier company regarding my details. soi thought finally this ordeal has finished but nooo, i call you guys today just to check that i have recieved no email regarding my replacement and what i come to know is that i have again given a new ticket number forthe same problem yu 12122354 so that you guys can get anaother 4 days. seriously worst customer service ever.
