My Yuphoria was purchased on first day of its launch, I am having issue with it since a month, the phone is getting very much heated up when I am simultaneously listening to music and playing games, also if youtube is being played. First of all i got a problem on my headset Yu Yureka which was my 1/3 screen went black so i contacted Yu customer care . I had called many times to the customer care they told to pick the phone within 48 hours but it never comes, they donot call and if we call again the answer is the same that call will be reveived in 48 hours but the same thing happens, i think after this i must complain to the consumer forum about this because company is not taking any steps for that....
