I have purchased Yu yureka mobile from Amazon India on 9th April, 2015. Then I realized that there is some problem in MIC, because caller can not hear me proper. When I called yu yureka customer care to resolve this issue, they have passed 15 days. Every time I called, they give me any technical idea. i.e. reset, hard reset, flashing etc. After all problem is continue, but they are not giving any response. Worst customer care experience. Bogus company, Fake company

    My new yu yureka was suddenly found switched off one day and since then hasn't opened. Only yu screen and then cyanogen screen appears without any further progress and thereafter it vibrates & infinitely shut-down. when asked from customer care they suggested safe mode, hard reset option and even after performing the flashing things have not changed... I tried reaching customer care so many times through call and mails, till now no response from your technical department.. it took more than a month, please help me

      Complaint no :4788 I had purchased this phone in the Month of March 2015 And after a month problems started to come up, one after the other, 1) Micro SD slot does not work 2) Rear Speakers - very low sound. 3) Heating Issue 4) Phone freezes 5) Phone restarts by itself 6) when charging, it does not allow me to open any other application. I have been in contact with the CC rep but no use... Please look into this.. Advise a nearest Service centre - where we can get it repaired... It looks like I made a mistake purchasing the phone online... Regards, Anu

        I purchased a mobile named Yu Yureka from Amazon 6 months back and it is still in warranty... I called the customer care they told to email them... So when i email them i am not getting response since 6 days.. They told me to scan a copy of invoice but i have misplaced my invoice and dont remember any details of it.. When i enquire about it there is no response inspite of telling them about me complaining this matter to the consumer complaints forum... So please look into it.. Its been a month now my cell isnt working.. Here is the proof of date of email i sent them..

          I have a problem with my batter it is not giving a back up properly i need to recharge 3 times a day this issue informed them via mail they provided 5 tricks and i tried all that tricks still not working properly they are ready to replace the battery please take any appropriate action on it

            I had bought phone from them on 8th may 2015 bt within a month i started facing alot of issues and i complained about it. They keep on saying we will help u etc etc, after 20 days of complain they said they will give me a phone replacement in 10 days but now itz been 1 and half month bt didnt got replacement n whenever i call them they keep on giving excuses n ask me to provide details of phones again and again.Please i'm hoping for justice please help me n get me justice!!

              I have brought phone from Amazone online YUYureka mobile in Feb 2015 and it not in working from 10 Aug 2015 it reboot again and again. and not load Operating system in phone. I have lock complain on [protected]@yuplaygod.com and they provide id no 1235130 . but i have not received any information form customer service . pl help to resolve this problem as soon as possible

                I had bought a yu yureka from amazon in March 2015. I tried calling the customer care number. The representatives are too rude and promise that I will get a call from the concerned department within 48 hours. This was on 14th August 2015. Till date, I have not received any call from them. the issue with the mobile is that it is not getting charged. The battery keeps on draining even while charging. The customer care is horrible. I will not suggest anyone to buy this phone in the future.

                  Hi, I raised a complaint about a month ago to Yu about replacement of my earphone which I got with purchase of Yu Yuphoria mobile. I purchased that mobile on 9th July. Just used the earphone 2-3 time, suddenly it stopped working. I think they purposefully delaying the replacement process.

                    Last week (14/08/2015) I did software updates, after that my phone is not working. I made complaint (Reference Ticket id: 1220591) on 15th August, till now no reply and no solution from support side. I spoke to customer care more than 20 times. No solution nothing. There is no service centre also. This is the worst support in my experience. Due to this I have not been using past 7 days and I loss so many communication and I have my important files in the phone memory. Can you please help me to resolve this issue.

                      have log my complain to YU support for Yureka. IMEI1:[protected] IMEI2:[protected] Registered No - [protected] I have two Yureka. I have faced following issues in my Yureka. 1- At the starting my adapter has got faulty. 2- My both earphone is not working. 3- This time my battery draining and not get charged properly. 4- When I have connected my mobile it’s not getting charge while its showing charging in mobile. 5- My cable is not working in other mobile. Some are negative point which has been observed. 1- The company may claim a 13MP camera with sony lens and stuff but frankly the camera is horrible. If you are planning on buying this phone for its camera look elsewhere. It could be just a firmware issue but I doubt it, as I have tried different cameras available on google play (both paid and free) and none of them with max settings could give me a good picture. Low light pictures are not even worth mentioning. The front camera is decent enough for video chat through hangouts. 2- The speakers on this phone have a very low volume. I mean it’s not an issue if you use it to listen to music and stuff but it becomes a huge issue if you can't hear when the phone rings. I have gone through all the available ringtones and then some more and the loudest one that I could find I feel is still not loud enough. Again this could be a firmware issue but If you are planning to buy this phone for your parents I suggest look elsewhere till the time this is rectified. Mic is not working properly. Music player sound is like wave. Going up & down. 3- The screen resolution is low and its obvious when you are looking at photos. 4- Screen going black during incoming/outgoing calls. Not able to receive the incoming calls. Not able to disconnect the outgoing calls. 5- Network Signal is not proper. 6- Video & games are very slow now. 7- Handset is overheating & battery is exhausting very fast. I have log the complaint on customer care on August 14, 2015 @12:45. But no one has called me till date. Again i have called to customer care today for the same complaint.

                          I buy it before 3 months online by amazon bit problem got in screen I complained on the company but no response then screen damage more and more and now a big blur strip on screen now a new problem in charging the device not charge and complained not taken by company what should I do

                            I had bought YU yureka phone from amazon.in may.Now the screen is broken & there is some charging problem.I had mailed but no respite.They asked the photo of phone device with cracked screen, which I gave them.But no reply. So one should never buy cells which are not of companies from any website.after sales & service problem will always arise.

                              I want to inform you that, they had called me on 19th Aug but due to some reason I was unable to pick their call. I had tried to ping that number but that number doesn't exist.

                                I had purchased YU yureka mobile through Amazon's on DTD 27th jan-2015. I faced camera not work recently in Aug first week, I call customer service centre of YU yureka, but till dtd they neither can solved my issue nor can any solution.so I want to register complain against YU yureka to resolved issue otherwise pay refund my amount.I have e-bill of purchased YU yureka mobile.

                                  I purchased yu yureka smart phone on 20th may...from that day phone has facing following problems 1. battery is not charging properly 2.when i plug ear phones, the volume increases or decreases abnormally 3. light sensor is not working 4. when i make a call, most of times it shows ''unfortunately the dialer has stopped'' 5. call quality is very poor 6. the phone get struck for some time

                                    On 5th of February 2015 I naught a new mobile YU Yureka.This is the first phone of company named YU televentures.And for me too it was my first android phone I started to use it after 1 month of purchased date.I found that it was a draining too fast on my battery.I thought that this is the android phone so isme aisa hi hota hoga fast battery draining.Like usme bhot sare apps vote he is liye.But ek din mere friend ko mene apna phone use karne ke liye diya to usne bataya ki ye phone bhot hi jyada drain ho raha hai.like he said usually other android phones dont drain this much.So I called to their customer care no.[protected].and told them that this phone is draining too fast. .they gave me solution like do it in Safe mode., hard reset, try charge with new charger and data cable But it wasn't work so they gave me replacement of my transreciever ye procedure pura 1 month tak chala. Still there was a draining issue, so I started to contact them again but in this days I got problem in my charger and data cable.WO chal hi nahi rage the.to mene unko ye bhi bataya. This time they agree with me and they gave me new charger, data cable, battery, and earphone[earphone was also not good like one piece of earphone was good and left side wali nahi chal rahe the] On 17th of July. It was work fine for one week after that it started again fast draining. even after the replacement of transreciver, new battery I called them on 24th July and tell them what I am facing problems.they gave me solution for that they told me that try your phone in 'safe mode', so I turn it on safe mode.they told me to send pics of battery graph ito their e-mail I'd support ship lay god.com I done it it was still fast draining after that I called them again and told them full procedure and what I am facing they gave me solution that try your phone charging with universal charger/any other charger.I done it was still fast draining. Again I call them and told my whole story they gave me new suggetion try your mobile hard reset.I done it .my problem was not solved yet. Again I called them and told them and they keep giving me new suggestion ... I got frustrate from this and I called to Amazon.in 11th August, it was good response from them they told me that contact YU Yureka customer care number and tell them to give DOA certificate I called to. YU Yureka and told them for DOA certificate, they told me that it is not possible to give you a DOA certificate. Again I called to Amazon.in on same date and told them that Yureka hasn't give me DOA certificate.their agent told me that send one mail to their email I'd [protected]@yuplaygod.com that I this is the problem and I want DOA certificate.and amazon told me that wait for 2-3 days to reply if they will no reply call back after 2 days.. there was no reply from YU Yureka. So I sent forward msg to amazon and called them on 12th August.again they told me that this is the last proof for that pls send one mail to YU Yureka that have written ''As you are not able to give me services then do give me just in written, so that amazon can help me out..''and promised me that if YU Yureka Will not reply or anything in my favour they'll resolve this problem...so I mailed this msg to YU Yureka but it was no reply from them so I called them on 15th august and tell them that it was not reply from YU Yureka.every time I call to amazon I have to tell them whole matter as from first word of this msg to last word ...now their agent told me that it is not possible to return it without DOA certificate.. You have to take it from them you have to contact to micromax...but YU Yureka is saying that they don't have bond with micromax...their agent replied that you have to take it from them or micromax when it was launched YU yureka they named it micromax YU Yureka but now we told them to repair it in micromax they tells they and micromax are nor with correlated secondly they don't have any service centres. Now what to do...
                                    Like me there is a lots of complaints for their company..till now I used 120 rupees balance for this like every 2 and day I have to calcall them and unhe puri baat batane ki ...and I am doing this since 3 month.the fully waste of time..

                                      1.Its been a month that my Transreceiver Swap Case is not yet completed 2.There is no communication from your side regarding the drop of the new device after the pick up of the old device on 28th of july, 2015. 3.Customer Care Support People dont give a commitment regarding when will i get my new device.

                                        I bought this mobile on and presented to my father. He started using the phone and within 1 week he got frustrated and gave the to me. I was very disappointed and checked the mobile myself for another 4 days. Then I understood the problem. The screen is not waking up immediately when power button is pressed, but taking 6-7 seconds and I had to hold and press the power button till the screen wakes up. I reported this issue to YU support team. They asked me to do all the troubleshooting. I did everything as described by them. But no use!! The problem still persisted. I again called them reported. They were again and again advicing the same trouble shooting steps even I said that I have done all of those. Finally after calling for 3 or 4 times the escalated to level 2 technical team. After 4 days from then, one guy called and said that he sending a replacement for device. I got the device 4 days later. Then I sarted using the new mobile and then the same thing repeated. I again reported to YU support. Then same process happened and the technical team asked me to do the troubleshooting things again and again!!! I dont understand how many time I shall perform the same troubleshooting steps!! It has been a joke o them, no e is concerned about my problem. Did I pay 6999 for a faulty phone. And moreover they say that one feature that they promised is not working in the mobiles and asking to wait until update is released. Did I buy the mobile to wait for updates??? When mobile company is not offering the features and services as described why should I pay?? This is a kind of fraud thing happening to me!! The company has cheated me. Now its been 14-15 days since I have reported my issue. Each time I call the support team, they say the same thing, wait for 24-48 hours and technical team will assist you, but I am not getting any call from them and neither my problem has been resolved. I am still using the faulty mobile. At the time of purchase all these waiting procedures were not described. An at the time of purchase they said service and support will be provided through their email id and contact number. But this much delay is not all appreciated and not and not expected.
