    I ordered the YU Yureka mobile on Amazon.in on 12th March and got delivered on 16th March. First time when I received it, the phone started heating up badly. A switched on owen would have lost to your phone. I convinced myself that this might be a common issue these days and called up your miserable customer service. I was anyways offered a replacement. And please you did mention that your policy covers one year replacement, however you failed to specify that replacement approval takes 3.5 months (one of the worst thing). I received the replacement phone after 3.5 months and I though ok lets give it a try. But this time it throwed an even weird issue. "Mic" of the phone was not working (come on yaar, now this cannot be even considered). I hope "Mic" is used for one of the most basic function of the phone: "CALL". Because of the first replacement experience which took almost 4 months to close, I spoke to one of your process manager at the contact center to Mr. Baljit Singh who was patient and honest enough to ask me for another chance (mind u saying this needs lots of patience and confidence) to rectify the issue and provide me with another replacement. I being an equally "Patient" customer agreed to abide and waited. On contrary I received the replacement this time within one week (as promised). I was a bit happy and said to myself that "I think now there should not be any problem". However...Again... This time "I received a used phone(This I understood by the fact that the phone did not have the thin flame with company logo which you had sent me earlier and the OS in the phone was already upgraded to "Lollypop" whereas this model comes with "Kitkat" OS and allows the user to upgrade to "Lollypop"). Even if I "try to" keep this point aside, I got a regular notification to install "Incremental Upgrades" which allows the phone to get "Power Improvements" and enhances the "Security" of the device. I hope these upgrades are mandatory for a phone to run properly and hence I downloaded it however while trying to "Install", the phone just "blinks" and comes back to the same page which mentions "To Install Updates". Oh and I forgot even this phone heats up badly (OMG). I called up your customer care on 2nd Aug 2015 and was informed at 12 pm that I will get a call back by Mr. Baljit Singh in 4 hours. It was 12 pm on 3rd Aug 2015 and still I did not get a call. I called up again at 12 pm and was informed that I will get a call in 4 hours, Let me tell honestly I am "extremely" irate and upset and more importantly "tired" of all these. I would want go for a "Refund" and finish this entire thing once and for all. Note that Mr.Baljit Singh had promised earlier to provide me a refund if the phone has a problem this time However the YU Care team denying as they never committed for Refund by them but i have the Call Recording in that Mr. Baljit Singh give me commitment about Refund of Rs 99/- if i received third device defective. I humbly request you to please at least abide by this commitment and provide me a refund as soon as possible. I got call from The YU care on 4th Aug and they give me commitment on same day as they will arrange call back by Mr. Baljit Singh however, Today is 7th Aug and i didn't received any call from Mr. Baljit Singh nor by any supervisor to address my issue.
    I am Correcting my one sentence hence. The Refund should be done Rs 8999/- not Rs 99/- That was a typo error. I brought this device on Rs 8999/-
    Is anyone there to address my issue...2 days past however there is no updates on this?????????????

      I bought YU yuphoria mobile from amazon .com after two weeks i faced some problem in device and then i was replaced for device after 15days of complaint .the replacement device was also defective . then i was again replaced with another device but it is also defective . i called YU CUSTOMER SERVICE MANY TIMES BUT NOW I WANT REFUND FOR THIS BAKWAS PHONE. BELOW ATTACHED IS REPLACEMENT DOCUMENT BY YU COMPANY AND ALSO HAVE ANOTHER REPLACEMENT DOCUMENT FOR 2ND REPLACEMENT.

        My mobile's touch is not working from 31st july and i have called almost 6 times but always they are trying to bargain time for 48 hours always and they are not in the mood of solve problems always they are asking to download some flash and run and they say you will received call in 48 hours. on today morning, i have word with Mr kaushal Rawat, and he promise he will arrange call before 7.30 but doesn't received and when I call at 7.04 then Mr Sanjeev Chandel promised me that i will receive call back in 10 Minutes but not received. Request kindly resolve my queries and take some action against that given supervisors because they are mis committing and trying to bargain for time.

          I got a Yureka phone ordered from Amazon as a new piece. I started using it after 2 weeks and since the time i started using it, there was speaker and mic issues. The receiving party at the other end were not able to hear me clearly and the voice was so feeble, the words were also not clear. I complained this to the yureka customer care and they said that they can provide me only refurbished piece and not fresh piece in place of this new phone which i got. There was no proper response from the team. when i asked them how can they replace a fresh piece with refurbished one, they say it is their policy. Should the consumer take the fault of getting a default manufactured piece.

            I bought a Yureka mobile on 16-May-2015 from Amazon. On[protected] night I have used Bluetooth application to transfer a file from my Yureka to Samsung mobile & after transfer completed I have turned off bluetooth in Yureka (both the mobiles are virus free, installed Avast Anti-Virus, regularly scanned the mobiles). But since then Bluetooth is turning on itself always and around 12 processes related of it are running. I killed all processes from running Apps and turned off bluetooth but no use. Even rebooted the device for 3 times and powered off it for once but still same issue. So switched off my Yureka and removed the batter, I kept like that mobile for whole night. On[protected] morning when I inserted the battery and kept the mobile for charging about an hour; and powered ON it displays nothing except lights on buttons at bottom. When I called to my mobile, it is ringing but no display. Totally blank. No physical or water damage, no scratch or power short circuit has happened on my Yureka mobile till date. So I reported the issue to YU Support via Email & phone; they have raised two tickets# 1127301, 1128836. I got email from YU (Kenika Gaur) on[protected] with some instructions to try reset factory on my mobile. Since there is no display on mobile I just rebooted the device twise. And replied to YU (Kamesh) over phone saying that thier instructions will not help me as there is no display on screen. He asked me to send email with mobile IMEI, my contact details. He said their senior executive or Level2 people will review the tickets and get back to me. Since then after[protected], I did not get any email or call from YU or when I call to YU frequently (alternate days, sometimes daily) for the updates. They always says "wait for 24-48hrs to get updates from Level 2 people and we have prioritized your tickets". Even after having warranty period for mobile device and waiting for 8-9 working days YU is failed to provide resolution to mobile and not initiated any process to replace the device. For the sake of mobile warranty I am unable to go third party or any other mobile repair stores for device repair. And YU does not have any customer service centres. Today also I called twise to YU support and asked them to transfer my call to their senior executives. But the informed that one of their senior executive will call back after 10mins. But this one also went useless and yet again no one has called me. All my efforts went useless. Please fix my mobile display problem or replace the device at the earliest. Regards Thirupathi

                  I had order the phone from AMAZON india. Got the phone within four working days. Used it for few days and my first response was its, fast, easy on budget, good resolution camera etc etc. with all the bells and whistles the phone is worth the price. Suddenly inevitable happened and I broke my screen. Its been more than a month chasing with customer care. My review for the service goes like this. No dedicated service team apart from ill trained call centre. No service centre network. Initially prmised to swap the phone, later changes it to pick-repair-and deliver scenario. callback duration limit of 48 hours is calculated @ 8hours per day(sick) Closed the complaints without resolution. I am sharing my ticket numbers as an evidence. ticket No. 1. 1047794, revoked three times by the call centre still awaited resolution. Here is the complete story complaint registered with customer care on 19th June, 2015. Follow up calls on each day during 22nd to 28th of June, 2015. Call from Yu care on 29th June, 2015(Delighted. Bhagwan ne sun li. moment) Pick up from home 1st July, 2015(Waybill no.[protected] Recived a SMS mentioning Way bill no[protected] depicting product is on the way. Follow up from customer care on each consecutive days, always getting the same answer" Abhi 5-6 din lagenge). TOday only got a the same response that it will take 5-6 days more.Patchetic

                    there's a problem in my yu yureka.when i go to charge my fone all the sensors are working but the percentage of the battery is not increasing. sometimes it passes current through the top of its body near the rear camera. my contact no. is [protected]. please solve this problem as soon as possible. thanks.

                          Hi, I have purchased Yourka mobile in May 2015. After 2 month the phone was not getting charged so i called yureka and they replaced the handset and battary however after 2 days the it started giving the same problem and now its completely dead. It is not even turning on. When i tried to call yureka again they said that the technical team will call me. Its been 8 days now and no one has called me yet. I call back again but the advisors are asking to wait for 48 hrs. I have waited for the call but still same Now I am looking for refund or replacement but no one is doing any thing.                               I had purchased YU Yureka during March 2015 and phone had several problems (Heating, Battery Draining, issue with Proximity Sensor, low volume), hence I contacted YU Support ([protected]) several times, they had provided me solutions like to restart phone in Safe Mode, upgrade phone to latest version, remove battery and keep it aside. I was also promised "Callback within 48 hours", which didn't happen and I received callback from them after 15 days. I couldn't attend call due to personal reasons. Later I got SMS from them that "We tried to contact you, however, as you didn't respond our call, we're closing the case, which was very annoying for me. As the problems continued, I had sent them an email to get replacement. I received response from them and was informed that I will receive refurbished device as an replacement, for which I didn't agree and was promised another callback within 48 hours. I didn't receive any callback from them and received refurbished device, which also had problems like Battery Draining, Heating, Camera Flash not working. Also it had dent on upper-right side corner. I reported all the issues by calling them and had long conversation with one of Supervisors, Mr. Mehul, who asked me to send photos for damage and assured promised callback within 30 minutes after receipt of photos. I didn't receive a callback for 2 days and also didn't receive response for email. Hence I again called them after 2 days and again had a long conversation with another supervisor, Mr. Rohit, who also assured callback within 48 hours. I had asked them to provide me new box packed device or refund. They asked me to claim refund from Amazon.in, which is just sales-partner for them. They repeatedly kept saying that they will send another refurbished device, as they don't have any refund policy or policy to provide new box packed device, Also, Mr. Rohit informed me that there won't be any faults in refurbished device and it will work much better and would not have the faults which I had reported. I asked him to provide guarantee that there won't be a single fault in another refurbished device, for which he replied, if there is any other fault found, I need to call them and they will replace it again with another refurbished device, Please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest: Below is the entire communication thread for email conversation: ===== On Fri, Jul 17, 2015 at 9:51 AM, YU Support wrote: Hi Mayuresh, Reference Ticket ID: 1094975 Thank you for emailing YU Support.                                 I have purchased a mobile yuphoria company commit this phone is Micromax created a new brand called Yu in partnership with Cyanogen Inc and released a new smartphone called Yu Yuphoria in India. they give me warranty 12 months (Yu provides door step service to our customers in India. So in case you have issues with the device, you can either call or email the support). but they are not accept this phone and not give me any suitable response, please take action and give me response Regards Dilip

                                  -Yu-Yureka has confirmed the delivery of replaced handset by other than battery by[protected] through delivery.com (Work Order No.[protected]. On checking the delhivery.com website there is no update after[protected] for the given work order for picking & delivery the handset. I have informed the yu-yureka & delhivery.com about the issue but no positive response from their side has been received. They are imposing the issue on each other rather than solving the issue. I have made written complaints of the issue but no response is come. Telephonic complaint for the issue are 1111182 dated[protected] and 160051 dated[protected] in delhivery.com. You are requested to help me so that i can use the handset as it is not taking charging. Thanks. Ajay Singh

                                    Dear Sir, With reference to the ticket no. 1099538, 1088968 and your mail dated: 11/07/2015 from [protected]@yuplaygod.com, I would like to say that the problem of my Yureka was not resolved. I would also like to say that I had reset the replaced device with IMEI No. : [protected] & IMEI No: [protected] as per their instruction and restarted it again. But the problem of mic/speaker is still present. When I call someone or if someone call me, I have to put the phone on speaker mode to hear the call every time. Without speaker mode I can't hear the caller voice and the caller also can'thear my voice. Even sometimes speaker mode is also not working. The same problem was discussed with your customer care representative many times. They told me that I had to start the "Screen cast" application and record the video and sent it to you for further action, which I had sent it to you earlier. Moreover, now new problem has started with "HEADSET JACK". The "HEADSET JACK" is now not working/connecting. Also now the device is takling long time to charge the battery fully. I had put the phone on charging at 9.00PM yesterday, till now the battery level is 72%. Sir, I had performed all the activities as per the instruction of MICROMAX YUREKA. But still the problem reamins the same. I too had to spend time and consume my internet plan for reset/reinstall the application. Now, I am really fadeup of all this activity and your bad responce. Hence, I request you to refund my money (Rs. 8999/-) back and arrange for the reverse pick up of your mobile, as I am really very much upset with the service you had provided or I will write the case to "COMSUMER COURT" for mental harrasment.. After purchasing phone was working properly, But now i am facing problem of Mobile SIM card not detecting for both slot, I am using Vodafone & Uninor Card, both cards not detect. Generated waybill no. is[protected] you can track the status on www.delhivery.com After talking your customer service executive every day, they unable to solve my problem & unable to transfer my call to Technical Team & Higher authority, As you know i am facing this issue since very long time & phone is useless to me, Every time when i call customer service they gave me false promises to resolved my query but they can't, it is very frustrating to me as you know this is my 11th Email communications but still my issue not be resolved, Again i am writing problem which i faced, Since i have purchase this mobile i am facing issue of my mobile phone SIM network not detect any network, I am using Vodafone & Uninor Cards, I have done hard factory reset as suggested by your executive & nothing happen, I have already checked my cards network in other mobile as well & working fine, I think i have received damage phone from your end. I have already check other SIM card to my phone as well You can check my phone call & email communication logs, nobody is interested for resolving my problem, Today is last day of my communication to you. Please guide me what should I do, otherwise I will give you an option from next day i will launch complaint in consumer court with this email reference, Last time i had call on Friday at 4:30pm & executive promised me that Technical Department will call me in next one hour after waiting for 2 hour i again call customer support they ask me to wait 10mins for call back, After waiting long time & whole day i called in customer support on next day (Saturday) they promise me to they will call me in today anyhow, but still i am waiting. It is very disappointing to me that your technical depart is busy or they don't have any time to call customer for resolving their query. Very poor serve from you guys. I am requesting you to resolve my problem as it is my first Android Phone & I am very existed about this, I have already purchase Rs.600/- cover as well.

                                        I had several contacts with YU Support (Phone number: [protected] & through Emails sent to: [protected]@yuplaygod.com) regarding my phone issue. Since day 1 from purchase of phone, it had heating and battery draining issue and other issues like proximity sensor. I reported the issue and was promised callback within 48 hours. I received callback after 15 days, which I could not attend due to personal reasons. After 15 days I could not attend call due to personal reasons and got the message that "Our Escalation Team contacted you, however, you were not reachable, hence we are closing the case". Hence I reported this through email. I received response for my email about after a week's time: "Hi Mayuresh, Reference Ticket id: 1018008 Thank you for emailing YU Support. This e-mail is in reference to the concern regarding heating, proximity, hanging issue etc. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We deeply regret for the inconvenience caused to you. In response to this email, we would like to inform you that kindly send the IMEI numbers of the device, your complete address, pincode, contact number and one alternate number so that we will assist you in all possible ways. To know both IMEI numbers of your device, kindly dial *#06# in dial paid of your device and you will see two IMEI numbers on your display. Please refer to forums.yuplaygod.com for any support related queries. Best regards, Amit Kumar YU Support" I provided required information and received another email from them: "Hi Mayuresh, Reference Ticket id: 1018008 We have created the “Swap” for your device “Yureka”. Please note your WayBill number <[protected]> for future reference. We would request you to kindly wait for 7 days for the device to reach you. Request you to please pack your Transreceiver i.e. Phone without any accessories (Battery, Headphones, Charger along with cable and Back panel) in any covered box but not in the original Yureka Box and please mention the address after fully packing the device. [Address: YU Televentures Pvt. Ltd, B-82, Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase-1, New Delhi – 110064]. Courier Company will not be liable to pack the contents / wait while the customer packs the device. " I received refurbished device on 6th July 2015 and reported issues and damage regarding it on 8th July 2015 by calling them and I was asked to Send photos for the damage and again I was promised for another callback within 30 minutes after receipt of photos. I didn't receive callback as usual and hence I called them again after 2 days and asked refund or new box packed device. They asked me to get refund from Amazon, who is just sales partner of YuPlayGod (YU) and denied refund or box packed new device, though phone is in warranty period. They have only one solution: To send another refurbished device, which will not have problems which were listed, but they didn't guarantee there won't be any new problems or not. If any new problems discovered, we again have to report those, get another refurbished device as replacement and this will go in a loop. Can someone please help me to refund of Rs. 8999/- or new box packed device from YuPlayGod, which would be tested and approved before delivering it?
