Would like to bring to notice about failure of Yu Mobile to repair my broken display Yureka Mobile Phone since past 1 and half month on 25th May 2015. Was provided wrong info initially that a replacement set will be given at time of replacement. by courier person. After many requests to again pick up phone for repair, mobile pick up was cancelled without any reason on 8th July. The current yureka ticket is 1006911. The waybill number is[protected] for picking my phone from local courier service named Delhvry ( phone # [protected].) phone was bought via Amazon order # 404-[protected]

Surjit Cinema Road, Industrial Area-C, Dhandari Kalan, LUDHIANA, PUNJAB 141010 India Mob.No.[protected] Earlier we thought it is a signal problem. but the problem remained even in good signal. A lot of disturbance is also noticed during conversations alongwith the problem of broken voice.

        Dear Sir, I have purchased on line this Ureka Mobile on 22nd April 2015. Unfortunately, it is in trouble from first week of May 2015 and now it totally blank, dead. Many time I have contracted your Customer care phone. But no benefit only talking. So I request you to kindly get it replace as new. Because this handset is completely faulty.

        i have bought yureka mobile i got with charging problem and 5 time my device replaced but still got charging problem device as per i got device on th ereplacement all device are with oroblem some are speacker issue and some not cathing tower and some are charging
        i have not use my device even a month my device is still in problem i have compained custumber care but two month has been passed i still didnt get my device always telling give me 15 day with in 15 day you will get your device but have not get here is complain details

            there's a problem in my yu yureka.when i go to charge my fone all the sensors are working but the percentage of the battery is not increasing. sometimes it passes current through the top of its body near the rear camera. my contact no. is [protected]. please solve this problem as soon as possible. thanks.

              Hey any one can please help me ???

              I had purchased this yu yureka phone on 12th march 2015. . . I had been having problem in speaker and mic, both are not working i had lodged complain case id 1024844 on [protected] and the indian yu yureka officials confirmed me on 09th june 2015 for i shall get my phone replaced, courier person will come with new phone and take old phone, but till now now one has came. . . When talking with customer care they just say sorry for delay and take more 5 days always. . . I had spoke to them 6 times but with no results till. . .

              Please some one from yu yureka help me. . . It seems like i had done a serious mistake by purchasing your product. . . No after sales service. . ???


              Now i again called them on 2nd july 2015 and they say case id no. 1024844 has been closed some how and now they opened new case id no. 1080166. . . I am really very much upset dont know what are they doing. . .

              Please help !!!

                To whomsoever it may concern, I had raised a ticket ( YU89886 / 7971/ 1008122 ) on 14th April 2015 for a new transreceiver since i had accidentally cracked my Yureka screen. I was told that my phone(without the battery and back cover) would be replaced on the payment of INR 3000/- to which i agreed. The courier company, DotZot collected my phone on 12th May 2015, which is a almost A MONTH after the request was made. After 9 weeks and numerous calls to the YU customer care and L2 support, a new transreceiver was dispatched to me. But again a mistake was made by the YU team by raising a SWAP requestrather than just a delivery request (My old transreceiver has already been received by YU). The courier company Delhivery refused to give me the device as they asked for my old device which is already in the possession on YU. Therefore my order has been cancelled by them. I again informed YU about this and no legitimate response has been tendered yet. I have been promised call backs multiple times but I have never received a call back. It has almost been 10 weeks since i had raised a request and yet no appropriate action has been taken. I have called almost every single day. I can’t believe the sorry state of affairs at this company and I vow to bring this to the notice of the consumer forum and social media. For what seemed to be simple task, I have been harassed by YU for more than 10 weeks now. This is absolutely unacceptable and horrendous.

                  SIR I update my yuphoria mobile device with system update, but after updating its shows error continuously "unfortunately, the process com.google.gapps has stopped" so i called customer care, they said me to HARD RESET your device, and i did the same but still problem remain unresolved, now when i am call back they ignore my call, since its paid no. so its make cost while waiting for pick by there staff. also i send complain from mail, but not received any reply, they said service at door but they did not even register my complain (even if register but did not provide any compalin no.) I request you to please raise my complain to them, may be they hear your voice

                          sir i am uma nath mishra.i brought a mobile from yureka online i have some software issues as well as hardware. I complaint to the customer care as they have no service centre they gave me ticket no for usb (hardware[protected] and for device change-102248. sir i am not using there fon due above error, they have given me possible date for 48 working hrs for after frequent attempt they for system error. sir pls do something. after being a customer i am unable to use the phon.

                            I brought YU YUREKA phone in february 2015. and now the mobile's rear camera isn't working. Whenever I on my camera app, the screen goes black and thus the app closes. Thus for this I approached yureka customer care support many times, as they promised to give door to door service as there are no service centers. I have sent mails and called them many times but there is no further response from their side. Whenever I call them, they give me the assurance that they will provide me the solution for it, but they don't. The camera app is not working since two months now, but still there's no solution provided by the yu yureka company and my phone comes under warranty.

                              Hi Sir/Madam, I had bought one Yureka phone in feb and since then I have one HW issue related to MIke. Which should have been address by that time itself but no body cars in Yureka support team. I had raised complaint also & Referance Ticket id: is 51879. I have been talking to customer care since March and there is no resolution yet. Problem is very straighforward that my Device mike isn't working from day 1. Initially I started talking to Yu support verbally but later seeing that there is no record and not getting proper support I started tracking over email. Please help!

                                HAI I AM using yureka mobile. The mobile is completely dead and it's under warranty. The mobile belongs to the brand YU and they have only pickup and drop service for mobile. SO I CALLED and lodged a complaint last month in may till now there is no response from them they are telling they will call back but no response from them. They don't have front office for service center. THE customer service is very poor. For past one months they are delaying. ALSO the customer service number is chargeable I spent more than 200rs in calling their customer service. My IMEI : [protected] ticket no. :108327, 115085

                                  The phone ring volume is low and cannot be heard beyond 5 ft and on the streets impossible to hear the ring.Have tried all the methods to increase the volume and also find that the ascending tone is also inadequate.I need a solution to increase the volume to levels which is audible to any normal human being.
