Hi,
I accidentally transferred a sum of rs. 10000 from my hsbc savings account which is not registered with zebpay kyc. I immediately raised a ticket in zebpay support at around 1:00 am, 28 dec 2017. The customer care guys gave different replies. While most of them told it will take 24-48 hours for me to receive an update, one called named deepak who lied and told that my transaction has failed. He seems to me as a fraudster. The most important point is that i haven’t received any acknowledgement in written from zebpay about the ticket i raised.

Sir, I deposited 5000 rs through normal transfer on 23 December and till today I haven't heard get this amount in my wallet. Please resolve the issue!!

    Transferred the amount to zebpay via express transfer on 13.12.2017, from my axis bank however it's not reflecting on zebpay app still ad not reversing to my bank account also. Tried calling the contact center but no response. Ticket no 683842 raised, no reply yet. Pls tell me the status of my funds. When wil i get them?? Customer care is very worst. Waiting time is too long. And they are closing support ticket without resolving the problem.

    Its been 1 month ago. zebpay said you will get your money reverse back with in 7 days. but now almost one month passed. Still now no response from Zebpay.

    My ticket id with zebpay is 719435

      I placed a withdrawal request in 19/12/2017 and got mail that withdrawal request is processed.. But still now i have not received money in registered bank account. I raised tickets, ticket no 645377, 654891 but the tickets are closed with out solving the problem and even they are not replied. So contacted with customer care and told due to technical issue the tickets are closed and need 24 hrs to 48 hrs to process the ticket. I requested to reopen my tickets and they told me to dont have a option to re-open the ticket. I was already shared bank statement which one they told. Can some from zebpay confirm me what is the status of my withdrawal. It's already take one week, it's is too long. It's naturally take two days

        I have transferred rs.12000 to zebpay it services pvt ltd to axis bank account no. [protected] since 2 days but still i haven't got the credit in my zebpay account. Also the amt which transferred through imps didn't got reversed my bank account.

        I have raised no. Of tickets and tried calling but no use.

        Kindly can some help me to get my money back

          Team i have not received my amount on my account, amount is 80646. My mother is admitted in a hospital. She is suffering for interstitial lung disease. So i need this money as soon as possible. I already raise a ticket in zebpay ticket number is 658675 and 654291. Order number of withdrawal is w764695. Sir please rectify this issue as soon as possible.

            On 22nd december i made a transaction to deposit money to zebpay account through payment gateway of pay U money. The amount is deducted from my bank account and the amount is not credited to zebpay account. In the bank statement it shows transaction is complete and in zebpay account it is showing transaction failed. I am regularly raising a ticket to zebpay with my bank statement and reference number is [protected]IGACOZFSL4 but the problem is not resolving at all. This is the 5th day from the transaction but zebpay is not resolving my problem. Check out the attachment copy of my bank statement and deposit my amount as soon as possible to my zebpay account or bank account..

            I have been trying to reset my Zebpay pin since 12 December but no one responding from Zebpay no link no response over customer care call I have sent emails too many times but they generated automatic email response to me what the hell is going on the service is absolutely worst.

              I am little skeptical about this company because they arent telling truth to consumers, a transaction was done on 8/11/2017 of 10, 200/- rs from my bank account, got a confirmation that they have received the amount but in a couple of minutes another mail pops up from zebpay telling transaction has been auto cancelled for no reasons why. It will be deposited in your account in 5-7 working days and till this date of 26/dec/2017 havent got a positive response from them, contacted razorpay their transaction portal they are telling it has been confirmed from our side pls contact your bank. Having done that already my bank is telling there is no incoming transaction.
              I dont know where to go, what to do and who to complaint too.

                I did withdrawal on 30 november 2017. But I did not receive payment till 25 december 2017. No support from customer care.

                I raised a ticket on 5 december but not getting a responsible response from Zebpay support.

                For last 20 days I have been told account team is looking into this and they will let me know.
                Zebpay provided me a reference number and asked me to check with my registered bank. I did that as well but still no support from Zebpay.

                My request number is 489147.

                  I had withdrawn 18250/- (Zebpay order # w594725) from my zebpay account to my bank registered in zebpay on 7th dec 2017. Today is 23rd dec and am yet to receive it in my account.
                  I had opened ticket # 553023 on zebpay, attached my bank statement, provided bank details afresh and yet support is unable to resolve this issue.
                  I need immediate assistance in resolving this and receiving my money back.

                    I forgot my pin on 5dec 2017 so i was asked to reset my pin for which they had to send me a message with the link which they had to send after 24hours. I have got no message from the day and i tried to contact support customer care got no reply mailed them every day got no response just a automated reply. Now i just want to get my money in zebpay wallet back but don't know how would i. Tried everything their ticket system raised tickets when called them call disconnected and one time they just cut off the call saying there is no officer free to talk to. Please see to it.

                      I have done a transaction with them and withdrawn money from my zebpay wallet. I mistakenly entered wrong account number with them, so the fund transfer did not go through. They are doing kyc just for formality, they took a blank cheque for my bank account details and did not verify the details. I have sent the request for changing account details multiple times, called their customer support multiple times. All i get is please wait for 24 - 48 hours. My funds are stuck with them for the last 7 days due to that.

                      Now, today they are saying that all the details have been corrected by their kyc team and account department will be processing the request. It will take another 48 hours to refund the amount.

                      They are not giving any explanation for holding the funds. Just saying to wait for another 48 hours.

                      Right now, as you may know, the crypto market is very volatile. Who is to say that they haven't invested my money and if the market goes down, my money or other people's money will just disappear.

                      Please take a look into this matter.

                        On 02/12/2017 i have deposited rs.2500 to my zebpay account through a service provided by zebpay. My order #d1749970. But the amount is not deposited to my zebpay account.

                        The transaction status showing as a failed transaction in zebpay. If the transaction was not success the amount should be credited back to my bank account. But the amount is not credited back to my bank account yet!!!

However, its been more than 4 days now and amount not deposited to my bank account yet. I have raised multiple tickets on app as well as on their website, however no reply has been received yet.                             Hello,

                            This is a real urgent request and i would appreciate if my issue is taken on high priority basis. I have made a payment of inr 9500 deposit in my zebpay wallet on 30th november 2017, the amount got debited from my registered bank account but it didnt reflect on my zebpay wallet. I kept following up on zebpay call center helpline number for a couple of days but i didnt get a clear picture. After a few days of follow up, i was told that the transaction has been canceled from zebpay side, and i shall get my refund as soon as possible. I never got any refund till date, i have been constantly following up on the helpline but my issue is not been taken up seriously. The last time i spoke to mr. Bharat bisht on help line was 07th november (Thursday) and he had mentioned that he will look into this matter on urgent and high priority basis, and shall get back to me within 24 hours. He has still not gotten back to me neither i have got any notification or any intimation from zebpay. I spoke to my bank and asked them to check the status, in response to which they have emailed me saying that the transaction was successfully processed and has been credited to the merchant. I am really losing my patience now because it has been the 12th day today and there is no resolution to my complain. Today again i made a payment to zebpay of inr 5000 but this one also got canceled. Finally i am writing here as the payment gateway used was payu. Please help me with a solution at the earliest.

                            I am attaching the screenshots of my statement on the zebpay app, and i have bank proof also.
                            I withdrawal Rs.58000/- but not received yet. Withdrawal order No. W589979. Since dated 07/12/17.

                              On dec 7 2017 i sended 0.05287724 bit to my friends account. Named as jeeshan his adhar no.[protected] & his mobile no. [protected].
                              When i send him immediately cut from my wallet but recipient didnt recive. Got confirmation mail and sms too given recipient also got sms comfirmation but didnt recieved.
                              There customer care number not responding any more.

                                    My account got blocked after transferring the amount. I have made several attempt to reset the pin. However it's blocking me again for 24 hours. Now i got blocked for 38 hours.

                                    I have tried to call customer care. However my call is not getting connect to customer care nor they responding to my service ticket.

                                        I initiated deposit order of ₹ 5000 from zebpay ios app (For zebpay account in the name ashok sawakar with details as in attached mail pic.) and paid the amount through express transfer neft option on 4/12/2017.

                                        Transaction ref no: [protected]
                                        Order no: d1796373

                                        Amount has been debited from my bank account. Transaction was successful.
                                        Same day i received the mail for successful deposit of 5000₹ from zebpay. It was stated in it that 'the rs amount has been added to your zebpay wallet app.'
                                        (You can see it clearly in attachment)

                                        But the issue is, it has not been reflected in wallets ₹ balance yet.
                                        Wallet balance is still showing 0 ₹.

                                        I have raised ticket earlier, mailed them stating above issue but never got appropriate reply.
                                        Now its almost a week.

                                        I want the deposit amount to be updated in my wallet
