Below are the points the outlines my interaction with Zebpay so far.
1. Created an account and submitted my personal details including PAN and Bank account details. Verification was also done successfully.
2. Added to 10000 INR to Zebpay successfully.
3. Later realising the worst customer service and going through the other cuatomer rating decided to opt out of Zebpay.

I have withdrawed 6700 from my zebpay account on 02/08/20 and still it's pending. I lost my money from zebpay wallet and yet my bank account havnt get credited. Why it takes so long. Zebpays says within 5 working days it will be credited, it was be more than 1 week. Take an immediate action. Users are loosing their trust on you...

Cash is not reflected on wallet...

Zebpay has taken my cryptocurrency while zebpay was banned in india and now refusing to return my assets...

I have deposited rs.500/- from my bank account to zebpay wallet. The transaction was successful but my zebpay wallet is now showing that balance...

I have transferred 9000 on account razrzeb* from my icici bank account. But the amount is not yet reflected in zebpay wallet....

Respected sir/mam, i had sent many email to you but always given not satisfactory answer, why zebpay doesn't call to their customer if they have any problem.
My problem is same as i mentioned in previous email. I had transferred 50000 rupees through mobikwik. You said we didn't get any fund (50000), may be order was declined by mobikwik. So talk to mobikwik.
I had sent many messages to mobikwik too. And mobikwik is saying same...

Sir, i deposite rs 190000 in zebpay for trading in 8/5/2020 . But the amount is debet from my acount and its not visible in zebpay wallet. I transferred rs. 20000 on march 12 to zebpay via neft. The amount shows debited from my account but the transcation comes up as failed in the zebpay app and there is 0 balance in my account. I have opened few support tickets but there has been no proper reply from zebpay support. They keep saying that they are looking into it.

Hi team,
On 11-12-18 the sum of 15000 rs has been debited from my account without my knowledge and i have filed a complaint in my bank and blocked my transaction..
I did not neft this transaction itself without my authority the amount has been deducted from my bank.. So my bank official has told me to report to zebpay . When i requested for bank statement

Zebpay has not deposited money since 5/09/2018 (Over a month) for the bitcoin transaction made under order no w1641083. They are delaying it intentionally and it may so happen that they shall flee with the money of the masses. I send 304 tusd from zebpay to other wallet but 8 hrs over it was not complete. Zebpay not procced my transaction. I call on customer support they say that raise a ticket and we will reply in 24-48 hrs. But this is crypto market fluctuations in a minute. Zebapy is a fraud. Zebpay doesnt procced your request. Zebpay customer support are not help at any time....

I am not able to login my account from last 15 days i have raised 13 tickets to them even 40+ phone call but till now my account login issue is not resolved by them. I am not able to trade no withdraw no deposit nothing and they are not helping me in this issue.

I have recently started using zebpay and in the my last 5 txns, I have faced this issue twice. Pathetic!!...

I make a withdrawal from zebpay amount 6299 and 3180. 10 days are over amount doesn’t credit in my account. I call on customer care number they tell it will not out hand wait for some more days. Zebpay is fraud company. Customer care doesn’t respond anything and they doesn’t help anything. Give my money as soon as possible.

I deposited trx (tron) in my zebpay wallet from binance, its showing complete transaction at binance and more thank 100 confirmation on etherscan.io
but amount is not credited in my zebpay wallet yet.

I regularly send trx, btc, bch, xrp, ltc etc from my other exchange wallet to zebpay and zebpay to other exchange to sell and purchase cryptocurrency, but for past 2 days when i withdraw trx 30412 from my zebpay wallet to binance wallet, in eitherscan. Io the transaction was failed and at the time of complaining it has registered 1245 confirmations but they did not credit my trx in binance and in the block chain its showing failed. Its showing...
