Only Indian users are charged with membership fees and rest of world is waived by them, also it is charged in crypto or inr balance and it is automatically cut from crypto or inr balance, better to stay away from zebpay and find some other alternatives, membership fees is not acceptable because afterall they making money by transaction charges, think if stock exchange would do like that then in entire india no people would have any shares who would just keep them as savings or investments. this is not a complain actually, its just my point of view about zebpay

      I have made a withdraw request before 5 days. Still now, my request is pending. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Iam not expected such a bad experience from zebpay. Also, i have raised a ticket about this issue in zebpay apk, but there is no response from your side still now. I have attached the screenshot for your reference and I hope, you will understand my problem. So, please take action on this by completing my pending withdrawal request. Thankyou.

            Hello,

            Below are the points the outlines my interaction with Zebpay so far.
            1. Created an account and submitted my personal details including PAN and Bank account details. Verification was also done successfully.
            2. Added to 10000 INR to Zebpay successfully.
            3. Later realising the worst customer service and going through the other cuatomer rating decided to opt out of Zebpay.
            4. I applied for my 10000 INR withdrawal to my verified bank account.
            5. Waited for 5 working days as mentioned in policy but never got my amount transferred to my bank account.
            6. Contacted customer service by raising a ticket. Got No response.
            7. Later i posted a bad review on playstore for which i did get a response on both for my comments and via Email .
            8. I was asked for my complete Bank account statement, PAN details and me holding these details and taking a selfie and share via an Email.
            For which i refused due to the fact of security concerns and also the fact that i had actually provided these details through APP during registration.

              I have withdrawed 6700 from my zebpay account on 02/08/20 and still it's pending. I lost my money from zebpay wallet and yet my bank account havnt get credited. Why it takes so long. Zebpays says within 5 working days it will be credited, it was be more than 1 week. Take an immediate action. Users are loosing their trust on you

                            Respected sir/mam, i had sent many email to you but always given not satisfactory answer, why zebpay doesn't call to their customer if they have any problem.
                            My problem is same as i mentioned in previous email. I had transferred 50000 rupees through mobikwik. You said we didn't get any fund (50000), may be order was declined by mobikwik. So talk to mobikwik.
                            I had sent many messages to mobikwik too. And mobikwik is saying same things, mobikwik is saying, 50000 rupees was transferred successful in zebpay account.
                            Now i am confused what i do and what not!
                            Becasue i am not new customer for zebpay and for mobikwik too. Both applications i have been using since 2016, but never ever had happened like this in my life before.
                            Yes one thing mobikwik suggested me, so i want to consult with you, mobikwik said, say to zebpay please show the transaction list of 30 april. 50000 rupees was transferred or not on 30 april in zebpay account.
                            If you don't have any problem please share the list so that i could talk to mobikwik with the genuine reason.
                            Please help me, during lockdown it was very tough for me, i have gone many times to bank too. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in
                            I am sending all the necessary documents along with this mail, you can check your account again with this reference number so that it could be cleared that my 50000 rupees is credited in your account or not.
                            If it is credited in your account on 30 april you may credit same amount (50000 rupees) in my zebpay wallet or transfer in my bank account, there is no issues.

                                I transferred rs. 20000 on march 12 to zebpay via neft. The amount shows debited from my account but the transcation comes up as failed in the zebpay app and there is 0 balance in my account. I have opened few support tickets but there has been no proper reply from zebpay support. They keep saying that they are looking into it.
                                It has been 2 weeks, and my account hasnt been refunded the money. Please look into this issue and have it resolved.

                                  On 11-12-18 the sum of 15000 rs has been debited from my account without my knowledge and i have filed a complaint in my bank and blocked my transaction..
                                  I did not neft this transaction itself without my authority the amount has been deducted from my bank.. So my bank official has told me to report to zebpay . When i requested for bank statement
                                  I came to know the amount was debited to zebpay. Please reverse the amount to my bank

                                    Zebpay has not deposited money since 5/09/2018 (Over a month) for the bitcoin transaction made under order no w1641083. They are delaying it intentionally and it may so happen that they shall flee with the money of the masses. There is no address which is listed on their website and they do not respond to calls or emails properly. I have been chasing them since a month and they have been coming back with standard responses that it will come but not giving any details on when it will be deposited back. Earlier they made false claims of transfer but when i raised that money has not come into my account - they affirmed that they checked and found that transaction did not happen. Is it not their responsibility to notify their customers about such things. Till date, their application shows that transaction is made within one working day and shows that as complete. But it is so annoying to see their false promises. The tickets which are raised are closed without any resolution. How can it be that without actually giving the money back they are closing the tickets as well. Please can you take strict action against mr saurabh agarwal for his false promises and looting people and confiscating his customers money.

                                      Zebpay service was very bad. I was transfer tron from binance to zebpay till now tron doesn’t credit in my zebpay wallet. I was in loss due the zebpay services. Now, who will pay my loss. Tron amount was 22132
                                      My Zebpay wallet was auto debited on 05.09.2018 and quoted that it will be credited in one working day. However, the amount is still not credited to my account. Nobody is replying on my open ticket created for same issue on Zebpay android app. My phone no is [protected].

                                        I send 304 tusd from zebpay to other wallet but 8 hrs over it was not complete. Zebpay not procced my transaction. I call on customer support they say that raise a ticket and we will reply in 24-48 hrs. But this is crypto market fluctuations in a minute. Zebapy is a fraud. Zebpay doesnt procced your request. Zebpay customer support are not help at any time.
