I sent ethereum from another wallet more than 12 days back. Although the blockchain network clearly shows that the transaction is a success, zebpay team has been playing hide and seek with no proper reply on when i will get my ethereum back. Their reply is pretty much standard with phrases like "our concerned team is looking into it" and "you may get your ethereum back in 10 days" and so on. Support team is apathetic to many real queries and most of the times, they comfortably choose to ignore my questions. They are not able to explain why this is taking so much time and what exactly is going on. They are not able to provide any txhash number for the reversal and now saying they need to override security (?!!) and recover the amount. I need this to be resolved asap. Apparently a lot o[censored]sers are facing this issue with no proper resolution in place. Please avoid using zebpay.

Send 5000 amount in ur account but normal transfer limit above 10000 therefore I could not process to deposit in my zeb pay account.
So please refund 5000 amount

    I transferred some ripples from koinex to zebpay account but because o[censored]sing wrong tag no. Used, ripples didn't get credited in my account.

    I checked with koinex and they confirmed that ripples have been credited to zebpay's wallet so please check with zebpay.

    When i checked with zebpay, they refused in first place but when insisted they admitted over call and asked me to raise a ticket. I raised a ticket but it has been 25 days they are not providing me any solution.

    They mark the ticket as closed saying they are working at this point.

    I have attached the ticket as pdf here, please see how long it has been and no still no update.

    Please help. Thanks.

      Hello support

      This is to inform you that i have made a imps transfer of 110000 in zebpay (Bandhan bank account) - [protected] on 25 th of feb but zebpay has not credited that amount in my wallet account and gave them proof of bank statement, reference number, imps number, etc. Even i confirmed with my bank and they are saying that amount has been credited to zebpay account and they got that confirmation response from zebpay bank account.

      Gajula, Please Cross check your reference number and also did you attached screenshot of your IMPS transaction while putting reference number.

      Try to place a new order again and follow the same process again.

      In normal transfer way I send 5000 rs in zeb pay account but limit is 10, 000 therefore my 5000 rs couldn't added to my zeb pay wallet, pls refund my 5000 rs as fast possible

        Hello support

        This is to inform you that i have made a imps transfer of 10000 in zebpay (Bandhan bank account) - [protected] on 23rd of feb but zebpay has not credited that amount in my wallet account. Since last three days i am chasing support people and gave them proof of bank statement, reference number, imps number, etc. Even i confirmed with my bank and they are saying that amount has been credited to zebpay account and they got that confirmation response from zebpay bank account.

        As per zebpay guidelines i have placed a new fresh order 3-4 times and submitted the screenshot of payment as well but still they are failing my request.

        I would like zebpay people to look into this matter as soon as possible and refund my money or credit it to my zebpay account.

        You can check attached screenshot of reference number or imps reference number.

        Check this matter on urgent basis and resolve it

          Zebpay one of the worst company i have ever seen, my account has been blocked from past 20 days and whenever calling to customer support they always have the same excuse and answer that our technical team will call you but never did.
          After i have written mail called ticket but still not getting any proper solution they are making fool to all the customers.

          I have given complaint against zebpay on same portal next day i got a call from zebpay side they said my issue will be resolve within 24hr or i'll will be getting call from zebpay customer care but it's been 3-4 days but my account still not activated.
          Today again i called to his customer care executive name sameer i asked him when will my account get activated yar and again he said the same thing that sir i have created your ticket on high priority but when i said him how can i trust you guys when it's been 20 days for my issue if you can't resolve the issue i have to go through some legal ways he replies very rudely you can go wherever you want but as of now i cant do anything you have to trust me or you can do anything that i cant help you,
          Now someone tell me if you guy cant resolve the customers issue why you promise someone and act to being supportive.

            I am trying to reset the pin for zebpay since last 1 month but i am not getting the link to reset the same. Also i have logged the complaint many times but nothing happened. Evey time the customer care will ask me to wait for 24 hes to get it resolved but nothing is happening. Its almost being a month that i am chasing them for resolution.
            Request if you can help me getting my password please.

              Dear sir/madam,
              I am member of crypto currency trading site zebpay (Zeb it service pvt ltd) using their mobile app. My pin was blocked from 08 feb 2018. After pin block i got a message from app that i'll receive unlock pin link within 24 hour but till date i have not received any link message or 4 digit pin to unlock my app. I also registered complain no of times in their service support page. I am calling their help desk to resolve the problem & every time they assure me that their technical team will call me within 24 hour. Till date no one from zebpay ever called me. Also i complained to their founder sandeep goenka & cfo saurabh agarwal in their twitter handle but no help received.

              Please help me to resolve my problem.

                I am change my mobile number [protected] to [protected] and my new mobile number is now verify but my old account balance not show my Bitcoin Cash balance i send many mail and call customer care many times but not any solution till now your customers support tell me last 20 days your BCH is transfer your new account but 20 days gone still not received my BCH please tell me you back my BCH or not otherwise I take legel action I am very frustrated

                I have transferred 6065 ripples from my koinex to a frnd's zebpay account. The transfer is successful as per blockchain but is not reflected in the destination zebpay account.

                Numerous calls are only responded by "wait it will come" responses.

                The market is high and i need to make the most out of it.

                  Last time due to wrong information provided by your support team, my send sent litcoin to bitcoin address. I lost $600 and still fighting with system to recover that.

                  Now again, my sender sent 6.35 litcoin to litcoin adddress and its been 4 hours its not showing in my account.

                    I had bid for xrp on zebpay app, instead of putting number of xrp to be bought i put price in that column and in price column i put number of xrp, i was bidding for 2524xrp at 65rs, instead it became 65 xrp for 2524rs, my bid was accepted instantly, although the seller was asking for 67rs, i told them that they should have procrssed my bid for 65xrp at 67rs and remaining amount should have been credited back to my account, when nobody was asking for 2524rs for xrp how did they deducted my whole bid amount, i posted them with other exchange orders where whatever you bid if somebody is selling it at lower price than what has been bided then he gets that at that lower price, i raised a ticket for same, but they did not replied, i even tweted the whole matter to their founder sandeep goenka, saurabh agrawal but they didnt replied, now i am making a complaint to ministry of finance, ministry of consumer affairs, ministry of companies act and pmo with all details, i will not leave this matter over here, i will also file a case in consumer forum ticet raised was #935540 dated 12/02/2018. I want my amount of rs 160000 back or else i will file complaint with government authorities regarding this fraud and cheat, then this will not be good for zebpay and other exchanges in india as government is already not happy with this exchanges and planning a crackdown on them.

                    Nowhere in any other exchange in the world such cheating and fraud happens, everyqhere whatever you bid the bid ia executed at the asking price of seller if your bid amount is higher than the current price.
                    Eg- pcurrent price of xrp is rs67, the highest bid to buy is 66, the lowest ask by a seller is 68 and the quantity to sell is 100, inthis scenario if i bid at rate of 70rs for 200 quantity then i will get 100 at 68 which was asked by seller, and remaining 100 at 69 which was asked by seller no 2, not at 70 which i had bid, all reputed exchanges be it binance, bittrex, poloniex in foreign countries or koinex unocoin in india have the same principle, but zebpay is cheating people of india, it is making fraud, they are gulping money from people, it is more than 24 hours now since i raised a ticket in this matter on their customer support but they havent responded yet, same thing has happened to one more person 2 days before which i saw on facebook, they havent responded to him also.zebpay and its founder dont even bother to respond on tweeter, we need to teach lesson to such fraudulent company, government intervention is needed in this matter as people of this country are being cheated by zebpay, everybody knows that crypto investment is risky, speculative, but what zebpay has donr to me is fraud, cheating, it is nothing both knowingly created loophole in their app to cheat people. Below is a image from binance exchange, where i had bid at higher price than current price, but my bid was accepted at lower price as the seller was asking lower than what i had bid.

                    My ticket number 935540 at zebpay for above mayter was marked as resolved, but i havent received my amount of rs 160000 back to my zebpay wallet, yesterday i had received call from zebpay that they will credit the said amount in my wallet back by today evening or max by tomorrow morning, but i havent received any email from them stating when will they be crediting the amount to my wallet, one more zebpay user who had encountered same problem while buying xrp at zebpay due to technical glitch in the app have received the email that his money will be credited back to his account within few days, but i havent received it yet, then why was my ticket marked as resolved.awaiting reply from them.

                    One more zebpayuser who encountered the same problem buying xrp ripple on zebpay has received mail from zebpay that his money will be credited back to his wallet in few days time, he has forwarded that mail to me, but i havent received any such mail till now, awaiting my money to be credited back to my wallet tomorrow as told by zebpay to me over yhe call which i got from them yesterday.i feel if tomorrow i dont receive my money or communication from them in this regard stating when are they going to depodit it back i have no choice but to start legal procedings and to foreard this matter in a complaint to pmo, finance ministry, consumer affairs ministry and rbi.

                    Received mail from zebpay stating my money will be credited back to my wallet within 2 working days, i hope the matter is resolved asap, now thrashing my plans to take any legal action or complaining to concern authorities like pmo, ministry of finance, i feel there wont be any need now, let the indian crypto party begin.

                      Hello sir/madam,

                      This complaint is on zebpay company registered under companies act of india.
                      On 9th february i made 4 transactions to r deposit ripple into zebpay. Out of which 2 transactions were successful but 2 more transactions are still stuck some where at zebpay. I have transferred 600 ripple and 340 ripple from other exchange to this zebpay which is worth more than 50000 inr. They have not yet credited the same in zebpay and they are passing time despite multiple tickets. Its been 48 hours but no proper response from customer care.
                      Transactions are success on xrp charts but some issue at zebpay itself. Attached screenshots

                        I have purchase bitcoin cash from zebpay for rs 110000 and transfered 1. 2969 bitcoin cash from my zebpay account to my koinex account on, 8/02/18 but it is already passed more then 20 hrs but i have not received these bitcoin cash in my koinex account. At bitcoin account it is showing sent but there is no transaction id. I have sent number of mails to provide me reference id or transaction id but they are not providing me the same. And it is also not showing. I don't know how much time it will take to provide me transaction id.

                          I have placed my first buying order for bitcoin on 27th jan 2018 at zebpay. After placing the order i am not able to either edit or cancel the order. (Cross icon not displayed). They also deducted money for the pending order from my wallet, so money also got locked.
                          Then i have contact zebpay through email to resolve this issue. They replied me that they have sent the query to technical team to resolve.

                          But after suddenly 6 days from the day of first buying order, they have booked order for old values where condition of market is down.
                          This is totally unfair. I have request them to cancel the order and refund the money.

                          I have sent plenty of emails to their support team. But nobody resolved my issue. Kindly help me to resolve this issue. My ticket no: 859081

                            These people are bloody frauds and cheaters. They are running away with people money. The app does not work. You are not able to reset pin. You are not able to withdraw money. The bitcoin rates are not fair. The customer support does not help. Fir should be filed against these frauds.

                            Lets everyone join hands to take action against this fraudulent company. They should be ut behind bars.

                              Hi friends. Please read this complaint fully and beware of zebpay and learn how they are cheating customers money. On 1 feb 2018 i deposited rs.79998.99 through payment gateway for instant deposit. The fee for payment gateway is rs.1149.99. The transaction failed and their status shown as your request is cancelled. So i made another deposit of same amount considering that the previous amount would be refunded as per their status on app. But those fraud beggars didnt refunded the amount till 7-feb-2018. After i made 2 to 3 enquiries through email they credited the amount of rs.78889 by deducting rs.1149.99 as fee on 7-feb-2018 in rs. Wallet. They changed the status to processed in the app. I attached the screenshot herewith. I asked them how they processed a failed transaction and credited the amount to my wallet and asked them to refund the entire amount of rs.79998.99. They said they cant do that and cheated rs.1149.99 which is paid only for instant payment gateway deposit. They said if you want your money back withdraw the amount through app by paying rs.20 as beggar fee.

                              This means if a payment gateway transaction is failed, payment partner will hold the money and wait till customer enquires and credit to his account even after 1 week, 2 week, months as per their wish.Is this correct way of refunding failed transaction. Shouldnt they credit back the full amount to customers bank account.I filed complaint to banking ombudsman against bank and zebpay. They should be ready to face legal issue...

                                I have transfer rs.25, 000/- to zebpay on 10/1/2018.
                                It is almost 26 days, they say razorpay account is closed where i transferred as express transfer.
                                Almost after more than 50 emails they said your refund will be done by kotak mahindra, but no reponse.
                                Before 1 week i received message from razorpay that your refund has been initiated, but after 3 days they again replied "due to account closures of cryptocurrency merchants, we have settled the amount to zebpay and the amount has to be refunded by zebpay"
                                From 2 days zebpay is fooling me and not refunding me.
                                Please take some serious action.

                                  My zebpay wallet is blocked from last 3 days.
                                  They asked me to wait for 33 hours, after which i would get a pin reset link in sms.

                                  I waited, but did not get any such links.

                                  I have also sent mails and tickets to zebpay regarding above issue and tried to call them at least many times but they are not responding and still issue is unresolved.

                                  In this time they are holding my money. I doubt this is a scam.

                                  Please unblock my account.

                                  After raising the complaint here . The issue got resolved . Thanks to consumer complaints forum
                                  Zebpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Canceled order number- D4216201.A couple of request numbers 838170 and 788539 should give you details of my issue.

                                  It is more than 14 days now and the issue still persists.

                                  I have send across screen shots of all documents asked but of no help to me.

                                    On 23-jan-2018 i transferred 0.1535 btc from zebpay wallet to koinex wallet. This is something i have done many a times before as well without facing any problem. Ideally after deducting the network fee of 0.001 btc, the balance btc of 0.1525 btc should have been sent to my destination. But to my surprise, i received only 0.11918 btc in my koinex wallet which is 0.03332000 btc less than what i had sent. Infact on the zebpay mobile application, it shows that i have sent 0.12018 btc whereas in the trade history of the same zebpay mobile application, it shows 2 transactions, 1st shows that i have sent 0.15350000 btc @793100₹ & 2nd shows that i have sent 0.15100000 btc @798500₹ after deducting the network fee. Basically in laymen term, i had sent btc worth ₹1, 21, 740 from zebpay wallet & what i received in koinex wallet was ₹97000 that too with koinex's btc selling rate was ₹8, 33, 000 as compared to zebpay's btc selling rate of ₹793100 which is a loss of approximately ₹28000.

                                    On 23-jan morning, after receiving less btc in my koinex wallet, i immediately called up zebpay's helpline & explained everything.in response, they confirmed that i have transferred 0.1535 btc & said that b'se of some server or technical error, the correct btc no's are not showing. They asked me to raise a ticket. I ended up raising 4 complaints asking for refund but no one responded. The complaint no's are 838658, 835443, 834979 & 834959.

                                    Finally i received the following reply from zebpay:

                                    1st response
                                    "we have just gone through your transaction and we could see that you have sent 0.1535 btc and the amount of btc received on receiving address is 0.12018 btc. So the rest of amount is transaction fees. These transaction fee is not charged by zebpay instead it is charged by block chain network. These fee goes on fluctuating and it depends on amount of btc you are sending."

                                    2nd response
                                    "we would like to inform you that, in zebpay application user's can see pre-defined bitcoin network transaction fee before doing a bitcoin transaction. You will be charged this pre-defined bitcoin network fee when you send bitcoins to a bitcoin address depending on congestion in blockchain network and on a number of bitcoins you send. Fees are dynamic and updated on daily basis. Further, we would like to inform you that sometimes our pre-defined bitcoin network transaction fees are less than actual bitcoin transaction fee due to the congestion on blockchain network.in that case, zebpay pay's the additional transaction charge on user's behalf to blockchain network to make the transaction successful.

                                    Despite themselves mentioning that zebpay pays the additional charges on user's behalf, they still have the audacity to tell me that blockchain has deducted the money as network fee.

                                    Pls help me in getting the refund of 0.03332000 btc which is almost close to ₹28000. It's my most humble request. I can't let these cheats to get away with my hard earned money. I am attaching all the snapshot's as proof.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I deposited rs 5000 for the first time on jan 13th 2018 in rbl account of zebpay company. As requested by their executive that i have transferred less than rs 10000, i will have to raise a ticket to get the money transferred to my zebpay account. I raised a ticket with all proofs attached: (A) screenshot of my bank statement (B) screenshot of their rbl bank account details.

                                      Till date, i have called them 4-5 times and every time they give me a different answer and keep my call on hold for longer duration and come back with no resolution.

                                      Today, i called them today and talked to 3 executives on different levels and they all told me a different story.
                                      Zebpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I had withdrawn rs15000 from my zebpay account on 2nd jan 2018 and then i got a message that the transaction failed.

                                        This is message from zebpay - your withdrawal order request # w869715 of 15, 000.00 inr has been failed.

                                        I had raised a ticket with their support team (Ticket# 731604) and they have been giving me run around since then. Now they have stopped responding to my email altogether. The customer care team seems to be of no use as they just give generic answers but not a solid resolution.

                                        Please resolve the matter asap.

                                        I have done express transfer of 2 lac on 16 Jan and now zebpay is telling that contact to razor pay and concerned kotak bank...this is really not good as alresdy 10 days gone away and today they are telling that zebpay is not responsible...pls help me somebody.
