I deposited trx (tron) in my zebpay wallet from binance, its showing complete transaction at binance and more thank 100 confirmation on etherscan.io
but amount is not credited in my zebpay wallet yet.

help me how i can get my trx into my wallet.
I make a withdraw on 4-may-2018 till now it was not credited in my bank. I call in cutomer care number they say that we doesn’t know any information about your withdrawal. Please wait for some more days. Customer service was bery bad.

    I regularly send trx, btc, bch, xrp, ltc etc from my other exchange wallet to zebpay and zebpay to other exchange to sell and purchase cryptocurrency, but for past 2 days when i withdraw trx 30412 from my zebpay wallet to binance wallet, in eitherscan. Io the transaction was failed and at the time of complaining it has registered 1245 confirmations but they did not credit my trx in binance and in the block chain its showing failed. Its showing failed after 1hr from which i have sent. Theny know its showing failed still they want me to wait for 24hrs to 48hrs. So i talked over the phone to customer care they told that they cannot do anything it all depends upon technical team but we are not authorized to connect customer to the technical team all you can do is to email them and resolve your issue. I have raise ticket and send screenshot that required for their technical team. I sent many mails they did not reply, one reply came saying that "we would like to inform you that our concerned team is looking into your request."
    Our concerned team working on your issue you will get credited in 24 hours. Now 48 hours have past since then 6 mails have been sent by me but no reply. They have become deaf and customer care says do what you like to do. Now credit is a matter of only 10-20 minutes but they are not crediting my wallet and scamming people's money and taking advantage of no regulation of crypto assets in india. Please help me get back my money. This is the last capital i have with me cheated by zebpay.

    Not verifiying my adhaar card . i uploaded my adhaar card detials but not verifying still pending.i was uploaded my adhaar before 5 days still it is peding
    I deposited KNC coin in zebpay, i got more than 950 confirmation but still amount is not credited, its not first time happening with me . i am getting in loss due to zebpay fault. Please credit KNC in my wallet now...if amount will not credit in my account today i will file FIR against zebpay... previous time also i looses 20K INR due to it.

Then they asked me to provide the screen shots of the transactions, i immediately sent them all the screen shots then they told that we are working on your issue you will get credited in 24 hours. Now 48 hours have past since then 10 mails have been sent by me but no reply. They have become deaf and customer care says do what you like to do. Now credit is a matter of only 10 minutes but they are not crediting my wallet and scamming people's money and taking advantage of no regulation of crypto assets in india.       Just now some Nehal Barot contacted me over the phone and accepted the fault from there side and requested me to wait till evening to get the issue resolved. lets see what happens next... i will update the status.

        I am not able to ligin my account from last 70 days i have raised 50/60 tickets to them evn 100+ phone call but till now my account is not resolved i am not able to trade no withdraw no deposit nothing and they are not helping me in this issue. My account is blocked and they are just saying it us the technical issue we will resolve it. I am ready to verify my account again but they dont help me in this issue. Even now then dont even response to my mails amd phon calls.

            I am unable to withdraw my money, after multiple attempts i called customer service the advisor (Nisha) just kept me on hold for 10 mins and later said to raise a ticket and wait for 48 hours, when i asked for a manager she was reluctant to transfer the call and hung up. There is no customer support when it comes to withdrawal. This is really not a good experience. I would strongly recommend not to uae their services.

              Hello,
              I deposited rs 100000 on 6th april 2018 at 09:56 am via payment gateway using bandhan bank netbanking from my registered bank to zebpay. After putting the otp my money with payment gateway transaction charges (Rs 101770) deducted from my bank but suddenly showed me payment failed. Then i created a ticket (Ticket no[protected] and explained the whole thing and also called on their customer care number many times but still now my money didn't credited to my zebpay wallet. They're saying me the same thing that can't find my transaction. They asked me for my bank statement and i gave them also but still now they didn't take any satisfactory action on this issue. I don't know who's fault is this, maybe the fault of payment gateway or zebpay i just want my money.

                Hey sir my self sourav i had added 10000 rupee in my zabpay wallet form my UCO BANK account on date 9 march 2018 and i haven’t iknw how to do IMPS so i hadn’t take screenshot of transaction reference number and some how i put wrong transaction reference number and after some hrs i got the massge form zabpay that you have put wrong reference number and and now day its been 1 month almost but evey time i mail or call them they make me fool all the time sir do this then your money will b sended to your account back ypu do this then will transferd you money

                  I have withdrawn 20000 from zebpay account on 2nd january 2018 but did not received money in my bank account till now.
                  My zebpay request id is 726684.

                  I have already submitted all required information and documents several times, still not received money in my bank account.

                  I have called zebpay helpdesk many times, they only ask to wait as their account is looking in the issue. But it is not more then three months i have not received my money back

                      I had purchased bitcoin in december but since last few weeks it shows that i don't have any bitcoin. I raised 3/4 tickets for this issue but they are not resolving issue and there is no update of it also. I am not able to see my open/closed tickets. They are not replying in mail also.
                      When i first raised ticket they told me some process to follow but nothing worked and they stopped replying my email.

                          I transfered 2500 rs from my hdfc bank through imps and amount is debited from my bank account.in zebpay order summary is is showing in pending status. I contacted multiple times with support guys from zebpay but they are not enough educated to resolve my issue.

                          Now i completely disappointed with them and it's like mental harassment by zebpay.

                          Can you please immediately re-transfer my amount to my hdfc bank account otherwise i need to take legal/mental harassment action against zebpay.

                          As requested by zebpay to comply consent form. We have given all details immediately including Aadhar details. But since last 5 days zebpay not approved. Because of which our trading is stopped.

                              I requested for money withdrawal from my zebpay wallet to my bank account on 2nd of January 2018 and its been more than 2 months but still i haven't received my money even after repeated complaints and providing the supporting documents. Spent more than 500 rupees just calling their support number for which i don't get any support. All the support tickets raised are getting closed automatically without any resolution. They don't have a toll free number and no good support system as well. I have never came across such a money fraudulent company in my entire life.

                              The support system is very slow. Happened to call their support number multiple times and finally resolved my issue after 90 days. Worst support system ever came across. They don't have a toll free number and each call charges 2rs/min.

                                Over 200+ confirmation on blockchain, still zebpay is not crediting my bch to account.

                                I have transferred 1 bch to my zebpay account from simplex.com and blockchain having enough confirmation for the transaction, i have rised ticket for the same but zebpay people are not responding with proper manner and the process is not transparent.

                                I will see 1 more day for resolution other wise i am going to take legal action on them and will send notices to their ahmadabad and bangalore office locations

                                  I sent ethereum from another wallet more than 12 days back. Although the blockchain network clearly shows that the transaction is a success, zebpay team has been playing hide and seek with no proper reply on when i will get my ethereum back. Their reply is pretty much standard with phrases like "our concerned team is looking into it" and "you may get your ethereum back in 10 days" and so on. Support team is apathetic to many real queries and most of the times, they comfortably choose to ignore my questions. They are not able to explain why this is taking so much time and what exactly is going on. They are not able to provide any txhash number for the reversal and now saying they need to override security (?!!) and recover the amount. I need this to be resolved asap. Apparently a lot o[censored]sers are facing this issue with no proper resolution in place. Please avoid using zebpay.

                                    I transferred some ripples from koinex to zebpay account but because o[censored]sing wrong tag no. Used, ripples didn't get credited in my account.

                                    I checked with koinex and they confirmed that ripples have been credited to zebpay's wallet so please check with zebpay.

                                    When i checked with zebpay, they refused in first place but when insisted they admitted over call and asked me to raise a ticket. I raised a ticket but it has been 25 days they are not providing me any solution.

                                    They mark the ticket as closed saying they are working at this point.

                                    I have attached the ticket as pdf here, please see how long it has been and no still no update.

                                      This is to inform you that i have made a imps transfer of 110000 in zebpay (Bandhan bank account) - [protected] on 25 th of feb but zebpay has not credited that amount in my wallet account and gave them proof of bank statement, reference number, imps number, etc. Even i confirmed with my bank and they are saying that amount has been credited to zebpay account and they got that confirmation response from zebpay bank account.

                                      Zebpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Gajula, Please Cross check your reference number and also did you attached screenshot of your IMPS transaction while putting reference number.

                                      Try to place a new order again and follow the same process again.

                                      In normal transfer way I send 5000 rs in zeb pay account but limit is 10, 000 therefore my 5000 rs couldn't added to my zeb pay wallet, pls refund my 5000 rs as fast possible
