I had withdrawn rs15000 from my zebpay account on 2nd jan 2018 and then i got a message that the transaction failed.

This is message from zebpay - your withdrawal order request # w869715 of 15, 000.00 inr has been failed.

I had raised a ticket with their support team (Ticket# 731604) and they have been giving me run around since then. Now they have stopped responding to my email altogether. The customer care team seems to be of no use as they just give generic answers but not a solid resolution.

Please resolve the matter asap.
Zebpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have done express transfer of 2 lac on 16 Jan and now zebpay is telling that contact to razor pay and concerned kotak bank...this is really not good as alresdy 10 days gone away and today they are telling that zebpay is not responsible...pls help me somebody.

    Zebpay started trading in litecoin yesterday. Seeing that there was a good premium, i initiated a transfer of litecoin from another exchange into their wallet. The transfer was confirmed by the blockchain network within 20 minutes, but it started showing as pending on the zebpay app.

    I immediately submitted a support ticket, but have not received a proper response as to why the transfer is delayed. I tweeted out to the founder, but again no response from their side. I tried calling their toll free number, but it keeps getting disconnected.

    As of now, i don't know the fate of my currency.
    Zebpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    NithinJ, did you get your LTCs? I have the same issue. Transaction pending for 3 days now.

      I just want to tell you how deceived I am feeling with your company! Its been a week neither am I able to withdraw my money nor am I able to send it. I had raised the ticket (number 830225) long back but your support team isn't able to do anything either then what is the purpose of your support team? I made 17 calls still result is nothing.

      Moreover I have called your call center many times....

      I have deposited 8623rs through payment gateway on 17th Jan. There is no proper response. People are just saying wait. No proper information or update. As requested i have sent bank statement also on 18th Jan. Informed that amount will be reversed in 24 hours, till now nothing happened. Everyday i am calling helpline, but except "Wait" they have nothing else to tell me.

      Today i have Call center executive made me to wait 15 mins to understand the query, he is so lazy to check details on own. Then transferred the call to his superior and call was on hold for 13 mins and got disconnected.

        Selling price fraud done by zebpay. when I went to sell they showed the correct amount (79000-that too after loss)but when confirmed they gave only 1/4th (31000) of the amount in wallet. I had 1.34 lacs invested in zebpay after taking loans. Now nothing is with me as I am unable to withdraw.

          I have deposited 1.90k through express transfer, as i do deposit everytime,
          After raising a ticket they said i will get back refund in 7 days but over 14 days still didn't get back my refund and receiving only on message from zebpay that concern team working on it,

          I never face any problem with zebpay but this time suffering a lot.

            I had withdrawn my money(19, 653+50, 000) back from zebpay and they were supposed to get deposited into my ccount in one day as they guarantee but when i confirmed with my bank 5 days later the amount was still not deposited the customer care number refused to talk saying they have wrongly provided my number and they aren't escalating the transaction

                My registered mobile number is [[protected]], and i have initiated payment of rs-20000/= rs through imps to zebpay account. Kotak mahindra bank and after 12 days my payment no refund and i didn't get any refund. And when i call customer care any cc sey me your call sinior department i 50 min hold but no conacting they always tell that "we will look in to your issue and contact you through email" which they dont do. I am attaching all the details such as my bank account statement, imps beneficiary screen shot, and pdf imps status. So proceed my request as

                  I had withdrawn money and they had sent a mail that request is processed and deposited. But it is not deposited. I raised the ticket 829538. I called the customer care but it is says invalid number or it doesn't ring. What should i do now? Will the money be deposited in my account? I also shared bank account statement to Zebpay which I've attached here also.

                  My deposit request no 4444500 dated 19/1/2018 is shown failed. but money rs 10000 is debited from my bank, no help from customer care.what to do.

                  I was transferred 30000 on 18 jan Olin kotak bank RAZRZEB but amount is not credited in zebpay wallet and it is not credited back in my account.

                    I transferred money around 99999 rs, from my sbi bank to your kotak mahindra bank by net banking for adding up my amount to zebpay wallet, i directly transferred money into kotak mahindra as same done earlier also... (Without create the deposit order from zebpay) but this time it was not updated in the wallet. Same 99999 rs. Was debited from my account dated on 17th jan18. I was transferred the same amount to zebpay in normal transfer way. Earlier i transferred more amount through the sbi net banking to the same kotak mahindra account, but there was no problem in past and it was deposited in zebpay wallet successfully. I raised the ticket also but no response from your side... Please look into matter. I am in money trouble sir. My ticket no. Is 796786.

                    I already sent them my bank statement, beneficiary account ifsc code etc as per their requirement... But no response... Very pathetic service.

                        I have my account in zebpay and have rs 1000 invested in my account. I changed my mobile and installed the app in new mobile. I didnt have pin before so i requested for new pin. Pin sms came after 3 days. Clicked on link and then clicked on proceed but nothing happens after that. Tried this again and again for 2 weeks without any result. Raised so many tickets, but no response. And in the meantime bitcoin plunged.
                        Can't even access the app properly.

                          I have deposited money to my Zebpay provided bank account ( KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK Mumbai ) from my bank account ( registered with Zebpay ) through IMPS on 17 Jan 2018 but my deposit order was cancelled on 18 Jan 2018 saying that payment reference number which I have submitted is incorrect.
                          However, I have submitted many complaints to Zebpay through support ticket but did not get proper response. Please help to my problem

                              Hi Team,

                              I gave a request on[protected] to withdraw Rs. 5029 from Zebpay Mobile App (W873411). Its almost 15 days, still i didn't get my amount credited into account. I raised more than 5 ticket from my mobile app and nothing was responded properly. Every time they asked me to wait for 48 hours and gave me a false promise that my amount will credited by end of day. If i contact again, then they ask me to attach my latest bank statement. Even i did that many times but still no response.

                              Sometimes i got a response that "This will be sent to our accounts team for verification and they will revert back" but still no response.

                              I got a latest response that, we have proceed your amount please check your account. I check and its not credited. So i replied them back asking for the bank reference number, then no response.

                              When i try to contact them through phone, most of the time it will be busy or very few times it got connected and again the same false promise.

                              I have provided all my previous Zebpay ticket number below

                              I don't know where to escalate this and i am totally disappointed with such a unprofessional service.

                                Had deposited money in zebpay. Then made a withdraw in zebpay on 3 january 2018 but till date i'm following this zebpay it service pvt. Ltd for money but getting reply it will be done in 24 hrs in process. My amount of 17, 769 rs is still pending and i did not recieve yet. Have made almost 13-15 calls to zebpay everytime they say you will get wait. No process in the world takes 10 days to transfer amount to your account. This is absolutely fraud and lie.
                                Need my money back by any ways now. Have provided them with all bank statement cancelled cheque etc whatever they asked for. Have all proofs and every conversation with me. Hope this company makes my payment soon.
                                (Google zebpay for more info about company) acting absolutely fraud now do not put money in it.

                                Not getting any reply except will be done in 24 hrs and 48hours . For message at time of withdraw that withdrawal failed.Zebpay cancelled the withdrawal. So aksed for cancelled cheque again and told me to check bank details again.i checked and all was good.Uploaded new cancelled cheque again. Not they have everything so now again when I called they said your details are ok now, now the problem is due to heavy requests it is taking time.But how much time 10 days? I am thinking my amount is 17, 760 RS what about people with huge payments.

                                Today also I called and evrytime the customer care executives saying some different story.Why?
                                This is a lie and fraud going around.Need to support everyone's money here.
                                Have all records and documents about conversation and emails tickets etc.Voice.
                                Hope my wait will be over soon and my money would be in my bank till 15 January 2018 last.

                                  My rs deposit order d4033870 for ₹ 9000.00 created on 12/01/2018 is canceled. My imps transfer (Andhra bank) was successfull.
                                  Attaching a screenshot of that.

                                  I have raised two tickets to them but got no response. Their customer care number never connects, what should i do?

                                    756402 and 756388 is the ticket number i have raised for my issue. Also spoke your phone helpline and they suggested i speak to blockchain. Why should i speak to blockchain when the amount was being transferred to zebpay.

                                    Please could you check as my bitcoins worth more than rs1.5 lakhs are pending incoming receipt on zebpay from the past 36 hours!

                                      Raised issue to zebpay (Ticket no. 626213)

                                      I had transferred rs. 20, 000 to zebpay through express transfer, amount debited from my bank account but not credited to my zebpay account.
                                      I have already sent bank statement in pdf format and other required details which was asked to send. Still after 22 days amount (20, 000) not refund to my account.

                                      I have already called to zebpay customer care many time but they always reply that "i have forwarded case to backend team they are looking into this. Please wait for 24 to 48 hours."

                                      Please help me to get refund this amount

                                      They are not refunding the money. I think their intention is not to return my money.
