I have deposited rs 9000 on 28th sep 2017 from my registered bank account of central bank in zebpay to zebpay's central bank account but the transaction cancelled and did not get the refund.

The customer care guys are amazing they dont know whats going on. They just say what they have been taught repeatedly. Its awful. They cant handle customer queries properly.
I transferred money of RS 5000
On account of zebpay it didn't transfer in my zebpay account
Same situation with me...i deposited ₹20000 into the zebpay account today...the amount got deducted from my bank account..but never got credited in the zebpay wallet...its already been over 8 hours..

I have also been in same situation. Money is deducted from bank but not deposited in Zebpay.

Same situation and same amount was with me. I had created multiple tickets at their site but didnt get any help. Then I decided to give them a low user rating on Google Play Store. I gave them 1 star with describing my situation and next day I got reply from a developer on Google Play Store. He asked the ticket number for this issue which I had created on ticket.zebpay.com and I gave him the ticket number. The next day(today) they solved my problem and I have got the amount in my Zebpay Wallet.

I have got the money in my Zebpay wallet...
Hello I got the same problem please help me I deposit 10, 000 thousand 10 hours ago and they till now didn’t get money in my zebpay wallet
I initiated the transaction before 4 days but still money is not deposited into my Zebpay wallet. I cancelled my previous transaction and initiated new transaction yesterday using Express transfer but still the money is not deposited into my Zebpay wallet (Only able to see the status as PENDING ). The process is taking too long to get money deposited into my Zebpay wallet. Worst experience with Zebpay :(

    I deposited 2.5 lakh in zebpay. I had registered with my icici account. When i tried to withdraw it says failed transaction, incorrect account details. Details are absolutely correct.
    Message from zebpay: your withdrawal request w254958 amt of rs. 49990 is not processed due to incorrect bank details. Please submit correct bank account details from application.
    These frauds will scam your money. Dont deposit funds in zebpay and uninstall the app

        On 13th of august i deposited rs 10000 through bhim app with a successful transaction but zebpay didnt show any balance and failed the transaction
        They told me that they will refund the amount but no resolutions
        I have raised several ticket but still no resolution
        Ticket no. 258292, 245565, 261066, 245565, 272005, 272060
        Please look into this matter
        And now they are not responding to my mails
        This is not a good service

        And transaction failed with successful deduction of amount..
        I have mailed pdf files several times
        Please refund rs 10000 asap
        zeb pay is good in some cases but fails in other, they transfer money from customer account to their own account with in the same working day but when we withdraw amount from their account to our account ., they make false excuses and said we have transfered, or say pls ist generate ticket or say will be transferred in 48 hours etc . in this way they passes time and the customer got panic .. similar in my case i am waiting for money 15989 rs from past 3 days. but the reply is same my m. no [protected]

              Please look into my problem, I have raised several tickets but still I have not got my money back, I got a mail saying the order number you menioned processed succesfully.
              Please look into it asap.
              Issue Details- Order Number# 171864
              I have done NEFT to zebpay hdfc bank account of Rs 15000 from my HDFC Bank Savings Account No.: [protected], JAYANAGAR 4TH BLOCK Bangalore.
              As I was unaware that I cannot deposit money from my non-verfifed account to my zebpay account using NEFT.

              Details of the transaction along with date mentioned below-
              08 Jun 2017 [protected] -TPT-First Tranasaction [protected]A1 08 Jun 2017 15, 000.00

              Due to which Order Number# 171864 done on[protected] got failed, and no credit happened to my zebpay account. also I have got no refund of that money back into my HDFC Bank
              Account. Please take up my request and process the refund.

              After that I did another transaction using netbanking from my icici bank account of 15000 rs which happened successfully details mentioned below, which got reflected into my account
              and I was able to buy bit coins successfully.

              Hello,

              This is a real urgent request and I would appreciate if my issue is taken on high priority basis. I have made a payment of inr 9500 deposit in my zebpay wallet on 30th november 2017, the amount got debited from my registered bank account but it didnt reflect on my zebpay wallet. I kept following up on zebpay call center helpline number for a couple of days but I didnt get a clear picture. After a few days of follow up, I was told that the transaction has been canceled from zebpay side, and I shall get my refund as soon as possible. I never got any refund till date, I have been constantly following up on the helpline but my issue is not been taken up seriously. The last time I spoke to mr.Bharat bisht on help line was 07th november (thursday) and he had mentioned that he will look into this matter on urgent and high priority basis, and shall get back to me within 24 hours. He has still not gotten back to me neither I have got any notification or any intimation from zebpay. I spoke to my bank and asked them to check the status, in response to which they have emailed me saying that the transaction was successfully processed and has been credited to the merchant. I am really losing my patience now because it has been the 12th day today and there is no resolution to my complain. Today again I made a payment to zebpay of inr 5000 but this one also got canceled. Finally I am writing here as the payment gateway used was payu. Please help me with a solution at the earliest.

              I am attaching the screenshots of my statement on the zebpay app, and I have bank proof also.

                I transfered rs:50000, on 19th may 2017, my ticket no: 172581, till today money not reflected in my zebpay wallet neither received back to my account. As per their requierment i uploaded all the requiered documents. I called up call center 20-25 times, every time new person pick up the phone, i had to tell whole histry to everyone, they answers we will resolve soon. But no actions are happen. I am fed up of all this non-cense.
                I am planning to take this issue to media, so other innocent peoples money can be saved. I have all the conversation recording which are happen with their call center people, any one want to join me please contact me with documents.

                  I checked email but there was no mail form zebpay then i check zebpay app it was showing my transaction was failed. I raised ticket regarding this issue but not any reply so far.

                  Hey problem solved...!
                  The thing is that as i transferred money form ICICI to ICICI it get transferred directly that is why the reference no you get after transaction is of no use . You have to go into detail bank statement and have to find no. next to bal ( See image LIKE: bal/[protected]/...) type that no. to order and you good to go.
                  If you order got canceled in zebpay app just go to Account and try to deposit amount that you are trying to deposit and this time type reference no. you got through statement
                  If you have posted complaints this site or any other site be ready to get spam call . They ask me my debit card no. for no reason and even ask me about internet banking username. Dont share any sensitive data on call
                  like no. behind debit card or any password.
                  I am using zeb pay App i linked my account to zeb pay app
                  now every one please be careful to linked account to zebpay

                  not responding via customer care. and also created many tickets .. but zeb pay team not responding

                    My zebpay wallet is blocked for unknown reason. Customer support is pathetic. They have to send me a 4 digit pin on my registered number which i never received. Tried a lot of times but the result is same. Customer care just don't care. Any legal action???

                          Hi Team, I transferred 2 payments worth 100000 and 140000 respectively, from my registered axis bank account#[protected] to Zebpay axis bank account#[protected] and the payment reference number for both payments was INB/IFT/Zebpay/TPARTY TRANSFER. I had received 140000 in my zebpay account on 16th May but I still have not received 100000 in my zebpay account. And I have been following up from zebpay support team from the past 15 days, but have not received any resolution. I have called them number of times and all they said that your payment reference is incorrect or zebpay bank statement does not show your 100000 amount. I confirmed from my bank as well, they sent me the clear statement of 100000 being debited. I m fed up of calling zebpay, they have stopped answering my calls. Please help in recovering my money.                             I have transferred some money for buying bitcoins in my account of zebpay app. The account got lock down on 04 may 2017. Since then i have made numerous complaints to solve my problem but the customer care number of zebpay[protected] &[protected] are not functional. I have also written couple of mails but no satisfactory response has been received. Now my money is blocked, neither i am able to do trading nor i am getting my amount back.                               I have made transfer of amount Rs 6000 to zebpay icici bank account as shared to me in iPhone zebpay app.

                              After successful transfer the app shows me error message "Invalid Reference number"

                              Later on i got a message that my amount deposit request is failed.Than i again try using ticket.zebpay.com. Unfortunately, No response from zebpay team. Even i tried calling customer care 5 times. No one is receiving my call.

                              I checked with icici bank also, they told me that transfer is successful and also i shared the reference number with zebpay that i got from icici bank, still no response.

                              Please help somebody . What to do in this type of scenario.

                                After this i call costumer care but costumer care very badly behave with me and cut my call

                                    I got the same complaint as Gaurav above. I used the Zebpay service 2 times before with no issues even though it was a bit too slow, but this time it is ridiculous as they have not processed my deposit even after 8 hours and now their customer care department is closed, so I'll have to wait till tomorrow and hope I get my Bitcoins.
                                    I don't know why it's taking so long even though I transferred money using the same bank as they have, so they received the money almost immediately.
                                    So now they have my Rs.10, 000 and I don't have my bitcoins and the price of the Bitcoin is rising so they might give me less Bitcoins if they finally process my deposit.
                                    If my issue is not resolved in the morning I'll be taking them to consumer court as Bitcoin trading is a time sensitive thing and the delay caused by Zebpay is causing me losses.
                                    I've emailed their support and got a reply that they are too busy with new a'c verifications so everything is slower than usual.
                                    I've also message them on FB and they just said they're looking iinto it and after that there's no response.
                                    Let's see what happens in the morning.

                                    I had made payment on zebpay of 5000 but still not showing on my zebpay wallet after 4 days continue followup the support department not short out this.
                                    they are just Making foolish us

                                    Had deposited money in zebpay. Then made a withdraw in zebpay on 3 January 2018 but till date I'm following this zebpay IT Service Pvt.Ltd for money but getting reply it will be done in 24 hrs in process .my amount of 17, 769 RS is still pending and I did not recieve yet. Have made almost 13-15 calls to zebpay everytime they say you will get wait.No process in the world takes 10 days to transfer amount to your account.This is absolutely fraud and lie .
                                    Need my money back by any ways now. Have provided them with all bank statement cancelled cheque etc whatever they asked for. Have all proofs and every conversation with me. Hope this company makes my payment soon.

[protected] ifsc code UTIB0000297 ...they said they will send money to my zebpay account ..but its been over 3 days ..i havent recieved anything i mailed them didnt got any reply. my phone no is [protected]. email id [protected]@gmail.com ..my order no. is #D51220... they never reply..neither there official phn no works...pls help me...

                                        Dear Team,

                                        On 8-9 September my zebpay amount has been reduced by 220 amount.As mentioned in Service request "So due to this reason, you should have received 5428 bits but received 5428 more bits (total 10857) in your account with the transaction made on 06/09/2016 6:08 AM."
                                        As checked on blockchain the transaction 5428 has been reflected. The same on zebpay too. However 220/- has been deducted without any reason.

                                        Constantly follow-up with Support team but no reply or acknowledgement received.
