I have placed order with Rs.850. But i received completely different item which is worth Rs.200. In the spot i informed this matter to Zomato delivery man. He was also confirmed that, you received completely different item but i cant help on this at this moment, you may reach to zomato support team like that he confirmed. So i reached customer support and informed this matter. They replied that you will get solution within 24 to 48 hrs. But after some time i got reply from zomato, saying that sorry for this inconvenience and we can not refund any amount to you. So here i want to complaint zomato. They have to provide refund amount.
