            Sir I did zamato account. After this I started seeing in the account pending. I waited for 3 days. Still it didn't happen right so it took about 15 days.

              Sr, i registered on zomato on january 9 th or 10 i have submitted all basic documents. But 1 day afyer i got message "your account has suspended due to bgv failure" plz help me if anyone git same expereince also am not able to see the option to submit vaccination proof it appeared once, but 2nd time or 3rd time while am tryimg to open app that vaccination submit option not seeing.

                      I submitted all my original proofs
                      I deposited money
                      Now my id is terminater/ suspended/
                      If i click on online
                      It shows *you have been blocked*
                      This is the 7th day, im not getting my id active
                      Plz anyone help me
                      Im suffering about my deposit money
                      If it refund
                      I can re apply
                      This is not fair
                      They are not giving money back
                      And they are not activating my account
                      Help me ...!

                            They tell me they hv refunded, but bank says no refund.
                            i hv all emails by them and the bank.

                            im struggling from past. 10 days to get my refund.
                            i ordered on 31 dec 2021, they say that it is refunded by their end, but its nit refunded.

                                The delivery executive spoke extremely rude and he delivered my food to someone else. He was not even ready to get any of my clear instructions to my home. My order stated my delivery to home and he got irritated when I mentioned that he should deliver to my home. He is stating that he delivered my food to someone near the place that is far away from me. None o[censored]s went even out from our place. I clearly need my refund as soon as possible.

                                    I raised many issues regarding this order no resolution I would like to talk with someone senior i need a serious refund this time previously I have bared your many faults I can contact concerned authorities regarding this fraud i am experiencing despite being purchased pro from 2 yrs am not ordering from since long i ordered today for my old parents and they recieved bread instead of fruit cake
