I ordered for MS Food through zomato. It priced Rs. 179.00 (with Coupon Applied) . I submitted the debitcard payment details and clicked for place order. I selected the otp option. Otp was sent to my mobile. I enterrd the otp and payment done. I received Debit
After five days. again cash of Rs. 348.75 was debited from my account. If you could please look into this. Thank you.

Every time when I ordered food from zomato the delivery partner serve the order from bicycle that is very disappointed because the food I ordered was fully cold and not in eating condition we are paying delivery charges extra charges not for useless food if you are not resolve your delivery service I will delete your app not order again from zomato and tell everyone not to buy anything from zomato

I ordered ultimate savings bucket from KFC which includes 3 different types of chicken, Pepsi and some useless dips. But only 1/3 of the chicken was delivered. I contacted Zomato customer care right away and asked for refund for the missing items. The customer care guy confirmed that the items were missing by calling the restaurant. But even after confirming the problem, he did not agree to refund me the correct amount. The only thing he offered me was a useless promo code, that too for 1/2 of the price of the missing items.
This is not a one-off case either. I regularly recieve less items in my order and whenever I ask for refund for the missing items, i always recieve some stupid promo code and patronizing replies from their customer care. In this case it feels like they are blatantly cheating me off my money even after accepting the issue with my order. I'm also attaching the screenshots of my chat with the customer care guy.

I Ordered pizza on 31st dec I payed 1221 rs online and I did not get pizza, and after few hours I get call from mojo pizza that my order is cancelled and just after that its been marked delivered and I reached customer support they said I will get coupon and I will getting email in next 48 hrs, I waited and next day same issue and the agent told me wait 24 hrs and then the next day I not able to connect to the chat team, I just break my head with chatbot and [##12004669##] Refund Query OrderId:[protected] is the ticket raised but no response from zomato contact me [protected]

Its been 2 weels since ive paid 1200 to zomato for getting a delivery boy job. But after loging in the app say my id is suspended due to bgv failed. I have ordered full chicken tandoori from a restaurant through zomato, but I have received only quater portion of chicken tandoori. I have reached customer care but they didn't helped anything and saying it will not happen next time.they mentioned restaurant not picking up the phone so we can't help on this I lost my money and time.

Don't order food from zomato, very very very worst service provide them. You will not get what we ordered and if reach customer care, they will say order next it will not happen and thats the solution provided for your problem
