      Sir i am Naveen Kumar N i worked with Zomato for 1 Years, last 1.5 years back my ID was Terminated due 3 cancelations, but that cancelations was done by 2 Customer and 1 Merchant problems, I searches the all offices in Bangalore and also contact with Zomato office people but not useful,
      So please request you to check and analyze than activate my ID as soon as possible

          Unable to login in to account

          I am not able to apply any promo code from my account because it says promo codes have been disabled permanently due to suspicious activity... I am not able to understand what it is about...

          Please look into this issue as soon as possible and try to resolve it..

          Ordered dinner.
          No delivery/feedback in 40 min.
          When contacted, at 10:30 p.m, delivery man replied delivery cancelled.
          Wonder who cancelled as WE DEFINITELY DID NOT.
          The supplier was ready, waiting with the order to be picked up.
          On request, he agreed to arrange delevry at extra charge.
          This in addition to the fare paid to Zomato.

          Please sort things at your end.

                                      I order 2 plate rajma rice
                                      1 half dal makhani
                                      1 chur chur naan

                                      And i didn't receive the 1 plate of rajma rice.
                                      And delivery boy also told me that he didn't checked the order while reciving the order.

                                      So I go to the chat box and write on over there they told me that right compalint on there mail ID.

                                      After writing over there I got the reply it told me they can't refund amount but you have to write on restaurant wall review so that that will not happen again. The simpler denied to provide the refund for that order.

                                      Is not happening first time also this is already happened before with me and it already happened with so many cost Maro Zomato and there just take the money and left the chat.

                                      Kindly help to to stop this crime
