I used an exclusive promo code which gave me a huge discount but the payment was incomplete and now when I reorder, I can't use the promo code.

either make my payment complete or let me use the promo code again

I ve given an order 14 sep 2021 at 11:32 from zomato to Ovenstory Pizza and amount was paid of Rs 399.25/-. From Ovenstory pizza kitchen team had called me and they informed it will not get dilvered by zomato. If you want than try with swiggy so i asked them to refund the amount so those people said we cancelled your order and zomato will refund ur amount because you place the order from zomato. So next morning when I checked zomato app it was showing order dilvered, I contacted there executive had a conversation he checked and gave assurance it will be refunded within 5-7 days. I waited after 2 weeks I again had a word with there executive again they said refund was initiated again 5-7days. After completing the tym period one more guy in 2-3 days. From 14 sep till 17 Dec 2021. Today again I talked to there executive they inform me to send mail to [protected]@zomato.com. If i ve to send a mail than they would have said it earlier Or what is the use of there support team which was connect through app. 94 days had completed till now I didn't received any refund. So kindly check on this case.

My zomato account suspended due to bgv failed. My I'd FE1588213 I registered a week ago now they suspended my account. I don't know how to reactive my account. Because no one of them came for a background check. I have raised a pack of tickets. But no use for that. I called them but they aren't solving the issue. Kindly help me

My rate card is so bad plz change my rate card

A zomato delivery guy was really rude to me when he asked me for directions and asked me to come out of my house to a location he said to take the food I ordered and accused me of giving the wrong location.
I have been using zomato for over a year and no other delivery has ever been an issue and the location was specified right.
