Today I ordered Coffee and roll from Chai point, however the coffee was made with bad milk. Upon reaching out to the support and explain along with photographic evidence that I have received bad milk coffee, I was told by Gurpreet kaur Ghai that she cant reach Chai point and asked me to repeat everything I said and explained directly to Chai Point. This is the kind of service Zomato has started giving. It is a very unpleasant experience, since I have to repeat the same thing to the outlet, whereas being a delivery partner they should have atleast had the basic decency to refund the amount for a wasted order instead putting the customer through so much harassment. Needless to say Gurpreet Kaur Ghai was not even interested in the trouble the customer was facing. If zomato doesnt really want to help a customer, you guys should have an automatic chat bot instead of wasting money on hiring staff that are least interested in anything called "Customer Service"
