I am a delivery partner in zomato.my id was deactivated because of BGV failed.please solve this problem as soon as possible.

Hello, i am Abhinav agrawal...i am a zomato rider. My FEID -- FE1591855. On 15 dec 2021 achieved earning more than 450 so i am eligible for target pay but my zomato delivery app is not show ing target pay...please solve my problem.

I'd login problems BGV failed

Showing BFV failed fron 17 dec 2021 the have given me task to complete 50 and i will get ₹250
In 100 order i will get ₹750
And in 150 orders i will get ₹1500 to complete in 10 days its a referal bonus but now i am not able to complete this because of this i am not able to clame this reward i will be in loss of ₹2500 it is huge amount for me. Sir please help and solve it as soon as posible tera are 10 days left to complete task at leat i acn complete 50 orders if it is solved

I worked since 3 days and after that my ID is blocked due to I'd bgv failed

I used an exclusive promo code which gave me a huge discount but the payment was incomplete and now when I reorder, I can't use the promo code.

either make my payment complete or let me use the promo code again

Kitne sharam ki baat hai Zomato se Order kiya hue chole fry se blade nikla hai

I ve given an order 14 sep 2021 at 11:32 from zomato to Ovenstory Pizza and amount was paid of Rs 399.25/-. From Ovenstory pizza kitchen team had called me and they informed it will not get dilvered by zomato. If you want than try with swiggy so i asked them to refund the amount so those people said we cancelled your order and zomato will refund ur amount because you place the order from zomato. So next morning when I checked zomato app it was showing order dilvered, I contacted there executive had a conversation he checked and gave assurance it will be refunded within 5-7 days. I waited after 2 weeks I again had a word with there executive again they said refund was initiated again 5-7days. After completing the tym period one more guy in 2-3 days. From 14 sep till 17 Dec 2021. Today again I talked to there executive they inform me to send mail to [protected]@zomato.com. If i ve to send a mail than they would have said it earlier Or what is the use of there support team which was connect through app. 94 days had completed till now I didn't received any refund. So kindly check on this case.
