        A zomato delivery guy was really rude to me when he asked me for directions and asked me to come out of my house to a location he said to take the food I ordered and accused me of giving the wrong location.
        I have been using zomato for over a year and no other delivery has ever been an issue and the location was specified right.

                        My zomato account suspended due to bgv failed. My login I'd FE1101685 I just joined the two days ago now they suspended my account. I don't know how to reactive my account. Because no one of them came for a background check. I have raised a pack of tickets. But no use for that. I tried to call my city team leader. He is not picking up the call. I deposited 1280 for the job.

                                Sar meri id terminated block hogai he galat location me ordar drop karne ke karan . sar mujhe koi warning diye bina hi meri id block kardi gai he .sar me castamar ke location me jata hu lekin customer mujhe kahi or deliver ke liye aneko bolta he or mujhe pata nahi tha ke company ko bina inform kiye kahi or ordar ko drop karne par id terminated block ho jaigi plz sar meri id Active kar dijiye .

                                    On Sunday at 10:30 pm, I have registered for Zomato DP (Delivery partner) [Zomato ID FE1593014] in the hope of earning some income. I am Prathamesh Kulkarni 19 yrs old, College student, I have completed all the application processes, submitted all the documents, even paid 1200 onboarding fees. Even completed their in-app training. Still my Id is not activated yet and showing Backgroud Verification failed and your ID is blocked and there is no option for raising any tickets or to talk with customer support.

                                        Payment failed, but no refund received

                                        I ordered cake from zomato 7 days back for ₹623.50 and during transaction, my payment got failed but money was deducted from my bank account. I approached the complaint service, and received a mail saying that refund will be provided soon, but even after 7 days, I still haven't received any refund. Please look into this matter and help me get my refund. Thank you.
