        I ordered Pongal poori and a mini breakfast. Pongal is very much watery poori is so much salty potato gravy is also watery. I chat with the ZOMATO costumer support they r sayg we r responsible for the food taste and can’t do anything.we are ordering food only becoz ZOMATO will give us quality food.I asked them to serve a good food r refund our money.I like to inform u that if I didn’t get a proper food r refund I will go for further action thank u

            My zomato id is Inactive for 30+days... i am not in town for some times so i am unable to login...
            I am submit 2 3 tickets in zomato supprt team.. But they don't gime me ami kind of replies...

                  My zomato account got suspended due to bgv failure. My Login I FE1499902 I just joined a week ago now they have suspended my account. I don't know how to activate my account. I have realized my mistake. I have uploaded 4 wheeler license in profile by mistake please re-upload option in profile. I also have a two wheeler license.
                  None of them came for the background check. I have picked up a pack of tickets. But it's no use for him. I tried calling the team leader of my city. He is not picking up the call. I deposited 700 for the job.

                                I ordered zomato on bhaidooj 6th Nov 2021 got my order late and when arrived the zomato bag was not there it was in a plastic bag zomato seal broken & the drink seal also was broken and there was only one sip drink left.I spoke to Vishal from zomato he was like no big deal & said will partially refund my amount and to top the things worse he told next time it won’t happen??? What do u mean by that you guys waiting for next time ?? Where are the safety measures??? In times of covid & the delivery boy was adamant when I asked why in a plastic bag not in a zomato seal bag he was not ready to take a picture (as that’s the procedure of no contact delivery) as it was a no contact delivery ( which he couldn’t understand & wanted to handover the parcel in my hand) I want an answer from zomato is this their safety. Procedure in such crucial times of covid & do they have such insensitive executives??? Highly disappointing & totally unacceptable behaviour.. zomato is putting their customers life at high risk with such doing 😡

                                        I am a pure Vegetarian person and ordered a veg lunch from Zomato, to my surprise I received a non-vegetarian item against my veg item. Following the procedure, I raised a complaint about it and they offered me a cost replacement for that issue (dealing with foods brings you an extra responsibility of handlining emotions and perceptions).

                                        So, before answering their proposal of cost replacement I tried calling the outlet (from where I ordered), they answered me with a punchline of " it happens sir, please talk to Zomato I can't help you". That's it?

                                        Though I received half of the refund but is this the way to deal with your error and your consumer.

                                        I don't think this is a good way to build relationships with your customer.
