Hi team,
I booked pedl cycle first time and i am not able to end my trip. I emailed your customer care as well as called them twice. They are not helping me. Its been whole night & i am getting charged. Please end trip asap. My cycle no. Is 3189756. I have parked it in koregaon park and i came home after waiting till 1 am. Please help me out, this is not a experience i should get as a first time customer.

    I have already ended the trip but still showing as the trip is active and now i am unable to end the trip. I am having an active internet connection.

    Requested you to please end the trip form your end. I have used only for an hour but still, the meter is going on

      While scanning bar code i am gettinh error "you have open compliant from last trip. Unfortunately you cannot start another trip until the complent gets resolved'
      I have never opened any complain regarding last trip. Still its showing open complaint. Please close this cimplaint so that i can use your peddle service.
      Please find attach screen shots for error which am getting while scanning bar code.
      Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      Hello team,
      I am unable to start a trip while scanning the barcode of a cycle. Getting error "you have an open complaint from your last trip. Unfortunately, you cannot start another trip until the complaint gets resolved."

      On 8th sept 2018 i had started trip with cycle no 3181854 at 11:55 am (Location in front of abhilasha porwal road lohegaon). I travelled for around 24 mins and locked cycle successfully at (In front of kailas dham gym).
      I have received the confirmation message for the same and rs 3.00 was debt from my paytm account. Attach is a copy of the message which i have received for the same.

      But now when i start another trip i get above mentioned error "you have an open complaint from your last trip. Unfortunately, you cannot start another trip until the complaint gets resolved" i have never log an complent regarding this still it shows open complent as "unable to end trip" in my trips and also does not show end trip location.
      Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. I will be not responsible for this if any thing goes wrong.
      Requesting you to resolve this issue asa soon as possible.

      Attaching copy of message received from zoomcar (Vk-zoomcr) for cycle 3181854 locked at a pedel station and ended the trip.

        I booked bicycle by zoom car app at 9.56 am today dated 08 sep 2018 in aundh pune. I used it for 15 min. Later i park bicycle into same pedl station. But when i clicked on end trip several times it doesn't respond it is zoom car app problem not mine. Still my bill is running pls stop billing unnecessary. Bicycle no. Is 101079. Pls refund my excess amount which is deducted.

          Respected sir/mam i have booked a car by zoomcar on 11 may to 15 may and my booking id is jps62t911, after completing the ride the amount of 5692 was my refundable amount which will be tranfer to me within 12 to 15 working days and it's been three months the money is not refunded to me, i have complained many times to zoomcar mailed them but they didn't take any action on it, so it is requested to you please resolve this matter.

            Hello, this ia extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in aundh, pune. My cycle number is 101626.. I unclocked the cycle and my trip started since 02 september 10.02 pm. And the cycle wasnt unlocked. I tried ending the trip but im unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. It been 102 hours unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. And the most annoying fact is you dont have an instant helpline number service, in such discrepancies and emergency situations.
            I request you to immeadiately end the trip and refund my money back.
            Amount 594 has been debited from my account.
            Please refund my money and end my trip.

              Hi team,

              This is the 4th time i got a mail like this.

              This e-mail is with reference to the booking made by you with zoomcar through company's webpage/mobile app with the following details -

              S. No booking id car provided start time end time pickup point drop off point initial rental security deposit outstanding
              1 jps62elup ka02ag3685 27/04/2018 10:00 27/04/2018 14:25 work work 520 0 5096

              It has come to our attention that the car has been used in excess of the paid rental amount and in accordance of the agreement duly verified and acknowledged by you, you are liable to make payment of ₹5096 to the company. Please note that failure to make payment of the due amount will render you liable to civil proceedings and the company would be entitled to recover the due amount by attachment of your property (Movable/immovable) or otherwise. Further, willfully declining or making delay to pay the above said outstanding amount could also subject you to criminal proceedings.

              We therefore request you to make payment of the aforementioned outstanding amount of ₹5096 within 5 days of this mail, failing which we shall be constrained to initiate against you civil and criminal legal proceedings as are warranted by law for recovery of the due amount. Please note that in accordance with the member agreement displayed here, duly verified and acknowledged by you, the company is entitled to recover all costs incurred in initiation of legal proceedings.

              Hi,

              As i said several times i didn't do any damage to the car, other co travelers also agreed with the same. The owner of the has been fooling you and trying to fix his own damage with my money and which can't be acceptable. First of all if you did any investigation then why didn't you involve me in that, and most importantly i was told the rear view mirror has been damaged, how can a person damaged a rear view mirror without touching it i have no idea.

              Anyway again i am asking you for a copy of your investigation which i asked several times, if i find anything that proves i did anything i would be happiest person to give your money back. Or else as i am living in a civil society i would rather choose a harassment proceedings against you.

              Guys this is the forth time i have been getting this mail, please either share some investigation detail, (As i told several times before that we didn't do anything to the car. Or else please stop sending these and please talk to me directly. It is my kind request. Most importantly i am not that rich guys, i can't pay what i didn't do. So please take necessary action and stop doing harassment.

                I had rented a car out in Bangalore on September 2nd 2018. It met with a minor collision against another car. The damage is costing the third party around Rs 7600/-
                When I contacted Zoom Car customer care they denied the insurance coverage.
                Please look into the matter as I am not in a position to pay that much to the other party in addition to the Rs.6000/- charged by Zoom car.

                  I booked first time a car from Zoomcar.I collected the car from the pick-up location and found the fuel was almost EMPTY and the the AMBER light was blinking on the fuel indicator meter. I pump fuel worth Rs 1000 (13.88 ltrs)in night 3.58Am when i was already running late to airport to drop someone. The fuel station did not give me any sale receipt but i took the purchase receipt from the swipe machine and also a picture of the petrol bunk meter when i filled diesel in the car. When i completed the trip, i dropped the car and uploaded the Fuel bill purchase receipt.
                  To my surprise they say they will not give me my money back as i did not had the sale receipt of the fuel i put in the car. After i dropped them an email describing what i have described above, i still hear nothing from them and when i called their customer care, they told no, it will not be refunded
                  I also told the fools to take a look at the odometer readings where you can also see the fuel indicator. It is easily visible that when i picked up the car it was close to EMPTY and when I dropped the car it was at HALF filled mark.
                  I am seriously appalled and surprised by the response that they are not ready to give my money back. ALSO, When i book the package with fuel, they should have given me enough fuel to run for 135 Kms (my booking distance with fuel package). I request through this portal to refund the fuel amount of Rs 1000 i paid from my pocket ASAP.

                    I had booked ford figo for pick up in pune at 9 pm on 24th aug 2018 and returned on monday night 27th aug. There was a damage fees billed to me is incorrect and here are some facts:

                    1. I had booked the above mentioned zoomcar ford figo (Booking id jps64w8mz) on rent starting from 9pm on friday 24th aug. However the car was handed over to me only at 10 pm. The car was not ready when i arrived and the fleet executive present at site was very impolite and reluctant to handover the car to me. While completing the checklist i could not find few documents like road tax and rent a cab scheme also the toolkit in the boot of the car, when i raised this issue to the fleet executive he was reluctant to cooperate and was extremely rude in his responses towards me.
                    2. The car pickup point is a very shady and dark place and it was all muddy to even walk around that place, but still i could manage to take a video of the car from outside, it was not possible to make a thorough check of the car before handover, moreover it was rainy and the car was handed over to me one hour late. I checked that the spare wheel was available in the dikki so i marked the checklist as complete.
                    3. On saturday morning 25th aug around 8:30am, i was driving from pune towards mahabaleshwar on highway and in the middle of the road suddenly i felt the car steering was harder to move so i stopped on the road side to check and i saw that the front right tyre was less inflated than the rest of the tyres.
                    4. As the highway was very busy it was not safe to change the spare wheel on the highway and i asked a villager for the nearby tyre repair shop. There was one luckily close by around 100mtrs from where i had stopped the car so i drove till there.
                    5. The tyre repair shop guy inspected the front tyre and said it can not be repaired and suggested to use the sparewheel instead. Then he took out the spare wheel from dikki and showed me that the metal rim of the sparewheel was not in perfect condition. He suggested that it will not be safe to drive on the sparewheel as there are some bends on it and suggested me that instead of placing the sparewheel as is, he would rather swap the tyre from sparewheel to the front wheel and the tyre from front wheel to the sparewheel in dikki.
                    6. I called customer care immediately and informed the same on phone on saturday morning 25th aug about 9:00am while i was at the tyre repair shop. I was advised to use the spare tyre and not the spare wheel.
                    7. As per the instructions the tyre repair shop guy swapped the tyres and not the complete wheel from the sparewheel. So in effect the metal part of the sparewheel was never used in my entire journey.
                    8. The metal part of the sparewheel was already having some bends and those are not caused by me. The only damage caused during journey was the front tyre which was swapped with the spare wheel.
                    9. I've already shared the photos of the wheel yo prove my point but they would not listen and send one offer other reminder mails and collection notices to harass me.

                    If refund is not provided i intend to go to consumer court and claim for mental harassment i was subjected to.

                    At the time of returning the car the same fleet executive at the site (Same guy) was again very rude and was not ready to listen and adamant that i have to pay the damage for the sparewheel even though it was not caused by me. He is very unethical unprofessional and impolite. I request you to please take necessary disciplinary actions against him and refund the damage fees billed to me in error. I have a long standing relationship with zoomcar as you can see from my records, i've been a loyal and a good customer, there have never been any such incidents in past in any of my trips, but this, one fleet executive will ruin the relationship built over many years.
                    Requesting you to refund the damage fees billed to me. The zoomcar guys are coming after me literally extortionate me threaten me to take legal actions and charge 18% interest and all. Very unethical and rude people. Customers matter nothing to them. Zoomcar should be banned.

                      Hello team,

                      If you people do not response to the email what is the use of resolving issues by just giving a mere email id.
                      I have mailed you, attached screenshots but yet not received any response nor my money.

                      I used to be the biggest fan of pedl zoomcar when it was first launched. But after my last trip i not only feel disgusted but was literally harassed in the whole scenario. I do not recommend it to anyone again.

                      I have a paralyzed patient at home and it was an urgency. Hence, i booked a cycle 3172286 from my office in kolkata, infospace gate 1 and took a ride till narkelbagan that is a 3-4 minutes ride in total.

                      But after i got down and locked the cycle, i was unable to end the trip. I stood there for next 30 minutes trying hard to end the trip but it did not happen. After that again 3 rupees was charged for the next 30 minutes.

                      I took a ride for 3 minutes and stood by a cycle like a fool for next 1 hour to just end a trip. May i know whether you people are aware about the time=money concept? I could have easily walked for 8 minutes, but it was urgent for me to reach home, and that is the sole reason for me taking a cycle.

                      I lost an hour, missed all the buses and finally not only reached late at home but also lost 6 rupees. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving it on priority.

                          This complaint is regarding my booking jps64wus8 for which i have been charged damage charges whereas i have provided the customer support with both pickup and delivery videos where the condition of the car is exactly same at both the times. Additionally, i have been asking them the proof of damage which zoom car has been unable to provide till now even in last 7 days. They are simply sending emails, messages which i believe is a harassment.

                          You can go ahead and check in my history that there has been no delay in payments with any of the bookings but this time due to pathetic customer support and no response i am unable to do so till now.

                          We did have a check on the damage charges and have validated the same. We find that the damage charges are valid. We are sorry, we will be unable to reverse the damage charges levied on the booking. Hoping for your kind understanding in this regard.

                          Hi Zoomcar,

                          I think you haven't read my complaint correctly. 1st of all who is asking you to reverse the damage charges, I am just asking you to provide me the proof supporting the damage has been done by me or during my booking. I have provided your support team 2 videos, 1 which was taken at the time of pickup and another at the time of delivery. Both videos show the car in exactly same condition with no added damage.
                          I am giving your team 24 hrs to provide the required response with necessary supporting details otherwise I am going to file case in consumer court against you. Additionally, for your reference there are complaint ids where you can track my email responses and which shows that you are not providing me the proof of damage to support the charges.

                            Hi this is koushik from bangalore, i took zoom car on 4th aug to 5th aug and booking id is jps64moqg.
                            After the ride i was waiting for the bill breakup to complete the payment. Later i got the call from zoom car support asking for the payment of balance amount and they gave a link to make the payment with 10% off.
                            I paid the balance amount through the link (Citrus pay).

                            But still i'm getting mails from zoom car recovery desk to pay the balance amount.

                            Please help to come out of this.

                              I have booked a cylce (no. 3204666) from Zoomcar Pedl, a place which is away from the station. In other words it was kept away from the station and I tried to unlocked it. But at the time of ending my trip, it didn't worked and the fare is increasing rapidly every hour. I tried to contact the company but they ingnored as I have dropped several emails. The fare have crossed 470 INR and is rolling on still. Please help me to end my trip because they are not helping me to do so. Really horrible experience with zoomcar as they are not even reply me to help.

                                I am subhajit from pune. I had booked a pedl cycle at 2.23 pm from the parking lot in front of cosmos bank.
                                The cycle number is 3220915.
                                Although the space was available at the parking i couldn't end the trip. This went for the next two and half hours and i couldn't do it. The app kept crashing and kept providing flimsy reasons for the same. I tried at two different parking lots yet the result was the same.
                                I had suffered the same fate even yesterday as well.
                                Please, take a look into the same.
                                Urgently.
                                And i need an assurance that the same will not be repeated again. I need a refund of the amount deducted.
                                Rupees 15 for today.

                                  I used the pedl service for the first time today i. E. 04/09/2018 with the cycle number 102555 in hsr layout, bengaluru and parked the pedl at a nearby station as per the markers (Which showed 5+ meaning more than 5 cycles are parked there) showed by the app. I was able to see only 3 other cycles parked over there. So i locked my cycle and tried to end the trip. And repeatedly i have been getting the error that the parking is full at that station and i must choose another station to park.
                                  Now the point is that the station where i wanted to park is nearest to my office. Why will i go and park at some other station which is 500 mtrs away from my location. Then what is the use of taking a cycle. All the nearby stations says that they have more than 5 cycles at the moment. So if say 5 stations in a radius of 1 km has parking full then should the user go beyond that radius to park and then come back by what?
                                  My trip is still not ended. They are still charging me for being not able to make a space for the parking.
                                  And they don't have a customer care number either on which i can talk. Have sent 2 emails via the zoom car app only to wait.

                                    I take 3251239 ride last night at high street, balewadi, pune, maharashtra, for 15 min round about 9 pm for just enjoying my child, i locked cycle physical but in app i am not able to locked the cycle, i. Try many time but no work still asking for extend the trip tell me what to do? Now the cycle is locked and able to un lock,
                                    Now 11 am it's showing rs 78/- charges,

                                      There is no pedl stand in rupena agrahara bust stop, bangalore. Daily i have to commute 1 km from there to my office and find at least 2 pedl cycles lying there. However, these cycles don't have their trips ended yet and so can't be unlocked. Also i can't use pedl to reach back to the bus stop.

                                      The fact that people are using pedl to reach the bus stop in spite of there being no stop there shows the need of people to have a pedl stand in the bust stop. I can even vouch for a couple of my friends and myself who would use pedl on a daily basis from and to the bus stop.

                                      If zoomcar opens new pedl stands at the highly required areas, then pedl's popularity will increase. There is an urgent need for a pedl stand in rupena agrahara bus stop, failing to implement which, we would be forced to find and settle down with alternative plans.

                                      Kindly take required actions to help resolve our problem and create a win-win situation for all.

                                      I have Scanned a Code of cycle No. 3231462 at HSR sector 1, and then I left that place without using cycle.

                                      Since then I'm trying to end my ride but it's not happening, and They keep on charging me.

                                      As its raining heavily outside, I can't reach near cycle.

                                      please try to figure this out.

                                        I have received a final statement with the message cut and pasted below.
                                        Payment received 23, 939 my zoom car total charges was 22, 360.
                                        However instead of getting 1579 rupees as refund i got 0 rupees refund.

                                        Please give me a refund of 1579 rupees back to my credit card.

                                        I tried to end the trip after 25mins or so.
                                        It said No space left. I went to 3 other stations to park still it was not ending the trip.!! Even if there were less than 10 cycles in the station.
