Hello team,
I had started ride and end the trip on 26 Sept 2018 at 08:08 AM for which It cost me Rs. 3. Amount deducted from Paytm.
I did not raise any complaint regarding the same. But still on the next day when I try to start new trip it says 'Complaint open can not start new trip'. Please resolve this ASAP.

    Hi Team,

    I am unable to end my trip. I have tried to end the PEDL trip at many location at new town Kolkata but unable to end the trip.

    I have transferred all my paytm money to some other account and bring the cycle at my home..

    I am facing the similar issue each and every day. Please do the needful and help me to sort out this issue.

    Only RS 3 should be deducted from my account because I am trying to end the trip from 4:05 PM

    I used padl just 10 minute and lock cycle. Hardly 200 mtr I drive and lock cycle. But I m trying to end trip from last 15 hours and amount keep on deducting my paytm wallet contineously. There is no customer assistance. I m not able to find pedl station as well when try to search.

      Regarding the booking id JPS64P34Z the booking was for 10 september 2018 10PM TO 13 september 2018 2AM
      Now first of all i was provided the car in which there was problem of clutch slippage i had picked up the car on 10 september 10PM and after experiencing problem i had immediately contacted the zoomcar on 10:55PM same day and at that time i was connected in conference call with the zoomcar Ahmadabad team and the zoomcar executive and at that time i had explained it to them the problem which was occurring and i was told to take the car if problem is there next day do contact us back.

      And the next day still the problem was there in the of clutch slippage and again i had contacted the zoomcar for around 4 times regarding the problem and then i was called back by zoomcar team and i had explained to them the whole issue which i was facing and the executive told me that do check the car with the local service center so that the problem can be solved.I had in the evening checked to the service center i was told there is some problem with the clutch and it can be rectify only after it has been opened.Then again i called the zoomcar executive and when i was called back by the zoomcar i was told to repair that problem which is being faced with the clutch and to take photos of the spare parts which is to be repaired or replaced and do take the bill. I had taken the bill which i uploaded in the zoomcar application and on 19 september i got called back by zoomcar and had told me to send the photos of the damage part i instantly mailed them back with the photos.

      Now after that i called the zoomcar every day regarding the issue and for refund every day i used to get only one answer to wait for 24 hours.
      After 19 September when i had mailed them the photos i got call on 24 september from ZOOMCAR AHMEDABAD and he asked me what was problem with the clutch i had explained him that as per local service center person who told me that there was some problem in clutch because previously some customer of zoomcar might have driven the car with half clutch pressed so then only the problem comes in clutch plate and so with out any option and with the consent of zoomcar executive i had to do that.Then afterwards zoomcar Ahmadabad person asks me for job card i explained him that jobcard was taken back by local service center as after the repairing work is over i was provided with the bill and job card was taken back by them and also i was not told by any zoomcar executive to take photo of jobcard and i was only told to take photo of damage part and to take bill which i did so after 11 days and the trip getting over now why asking for jobcard if it was necessary then you should have told me the same day to take photo i was only told for bill and the damage part photo.

      So from my side i have given all my explanation further you can check the call records everyday i have to call regarding the refund issue it has been 11 days since the booking has been completed and i was promised that refund would be issued in 5 days i am not at all satisfied with your service further i request you to refund the maintance amount asap

      your team information is wrong.when i had complained regarding this your team had not informed me that the parts have to be submitted they only told me to take photo of damage part and to take the bill which i did.
      I have already submitted the things which i was told.Please check the call records and the call recording your team executive had also promised me that i will get refund in 5 working days from the booking end.

        I was using pedl number 102044 and now i am trying to end the trip but still unable to do so. It's very urgent, please help me end the trip and i have used for 1:30hrs so place charge me for that and refund the rest amount. It's very urgent.

        Also please mention some direct number or hotline as i see many of the users are facing the same issue as me.

          Hi,
          I booked a cycle 101533 from my residence and moved to najrul tirtha, newtown kolkata using around 5 mins only. I have tried ending the trip at the pedl station but its always says "sending request". After trying for 5 mins, i left the cycle in locked state at pedl station and came to office. Since then countdown is going on and after 3 hrs also, my trip hasn't ended. Till now i have been charged rs. 18 and countdown still continues.
          Kindly have a look on this issue and arrange to end the trip immediately and also help to get the reimbursement of extra amount deducted.

          The cycle no 3215331 which I hired today at 2.50pm via the paytm no [protected] was in a very pathetic condition as I was unable to ride it as its chain was not working so I had to end the trip there only. So I want compensation for this. I appreciate your company but if I face such situation then I have to discontinue from your app.

            Hi team,

            I booked a cycle 3201867 stationed at nbcc vibjyor towers (Kolkata) & used it for around 5 minutes, but was unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 2 hours ride as well. This had happened twice with me. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

              Dear,
              This is divyansh dalmia my booking id is:- jps640khp,
              Your company has raised a bill of 300/- for a tire puncture. During pickup the driver told me that the right side tire is puncture. I said him that it must be because there is low pressure in that particular tire, then i told him that we can go and have a check in the near by petrol pump so that we can put some air and check it but he said we will self inspect it and will raise the amount for the same. If a customer is saying that we can go just 200 mt. And have a check what was the issue i don't know. I had a talk to some supervisor but regret it because he was just repeating his words that the tire was punctured we inspected it and the issue is viable and i have to pay for it. If for instance i had said i have filled the diesel but i didn't showed the bill but i keep on saying yes it was this % filled and i have drived this much km will you guys accept the same. For a tire puncture 300/- is also a very high charge which can be done in a minimal way but you guys have your own policy which clearly states that we won't listen to the consumer even if he is ready to go for the inspection himself.
              300 rs. Is not a big thing to pay but without confirmation i won't be paying as your representative didnt went with me to check.

                Used cycle no. 3171232 from koregaon park pune
                Returned under 35 min, unable to end trip with error request timed-out
                It's been days past that, locked the cycle and went home, i can't stand beside the cycle and keep going to check anymore.
                I know the money is minuscule here, but it's the principle here of charging more that 400-500% of what he was promised before.
                And still cant end the trip and had to delete the app.
                No customer care number to call to. All numbers divert to the car app for zoomcar.
                My paytm balance completely wiped out.
                Extremely dissapointed.

                  Hello, this is extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in Aundh, Pune. My cycle number is 3187209. I unlocked the cycle and my trip started at 5:30 PM. I completed my trip in 6 mins and tried to end the trip by locking the cycle. The cycle got locked out now but i'm unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. Please end the trip and initiate refund for extra payment(still running). The most annoying fact there's is no help or instant helpline number service, in such discrepancies and emergency situations.

                  I request you to immediately end the trip and refund extra payment to my paytm number. I would highly appreciate your call my registered mobile number.

                  This really needs an urgent attention. 2nd in a row incident and trip is not getting ended. this is for cycle # 3198830. Trip started at 5:27 PM and ended at 5:40 pm. overall 13 min. but not getting ended. Please make sure I'm getting refund for (total amount - 3/-). Else I'm bound to lodge FIR for fraud and another complaint with consumer forum.

                  This is really disappointing to see that your application do not allow to end the trip instead asking to extend. This is just not done.

                  Please confirm action & refund at the earliest

                    I s. Shyam kumar tried to open the cycle in alaka pedal station in kolkata on 23.09.2018 at 6.58 a. M.
                    Cycle no – 3178368.
                    But without unlock the cycle the trip has started running and immediately i tried to put “end trip” which was not happening. The same thing has happened on 22nd september but after half an hour it has stopped and i have paid the full charges without riding (Rs.9.00).
                    But 23rd september i tried for more than an hour and could not stop the end trip.
                    After that i got two messages that please return the cycle to pedal station.
                    I have not at all used the cycle due to the unlock problem.
                    Again i got a message that we have found your cycle 3178368 locked at a pedal station and rs.15 has been debited from my account.
                    Without riding the cycle how you can debit the amount from my account.
                    This is ridiculous. Please arrange to credit rs. 15 to my account immediately.

                      I was trying to end my zoomcar pedl cycle trip and yet it is not ended, although i was at the authentic cycle station as suggested in their app... And charging meter is going on, just bcz i couldn't end my trip since last one hour of struggle... Pls refund whatever extra money is being charged.
                      This was quite irritating to actually waste an hour there standing at the right station wherein others also ended their trip but i couldn't. It was my first experience and i am sure i'm not going to use it ever again.

                        Being the first ride of mine. I was searching for the nearest peddle station after few minutes of ride, unfortunately i couldn't do it. I locked the cycle and try to unlock the same cycle. "can't unlock until the complaint get resolved", but the status was "unable to end trip". I would like to know when the complaint get resolved.

                          Only good thing about pedl is it's ecofriendly nature. Zoomcar is totally failed to managed it. I have 3 the complaint.
                          1. Cycle 3241212 - after unlocking this on 20 september i have found that chain is not setup so i ended the trip 2 mins. However 3 rupees deducted and no respond on my claim. Would you pls refund this.

                          After unlocking this on 22 september i have found that chain is not setup so i ended the trip 2 mins. However 3 rupees deducted and no respond on my claim. Would you pls refund this.

                          3. Cycle 3166527 - i have booked this cycle on 22 sep and try to end the trip within 26 mins at bj medical college ground pedl station but app does not allow me even though enough parking lot was available. Then i went to jj garden pedl station but still unable to end my trip as app does not allow me even though enough parking lot was available. Finally i am able to end my trip at arora tower pedl station but by that time zoomcar has intentionally deducted 3 more rupees from my paytm wallet. I would request you to please refund this 3 rupees.

                          Would appreciate if you can honestly refund my total 9 rupess as this has been charged without even using the services. Also please develop the user friendly response for pedl services.

                            I booked a cycle 3254120 stationed at agara lake park & used it for around 1hr 31 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 2nd 30 minutes ride as well. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

                              I have done the booking and submit the driving licence on 29th july. but team zoom car has declined the booking on account of driving licence issue. so i have not even touched the car.

                              Now keep on requesting for the refund but with no help from the zoom car team.

                              One of their team member (stephen) has sent email stated that the refund is initiated to the source account (my credit card) but nothing has happened till date

                                It's been five times that i scanned the code, the trip started but cycle didn' t unlock. Here i attach the report of cycles:-
                                First:- 5th sept - 100256
                                Second:- 13th sept - 3170271
                                Third:- 13th sept - 3170271 again
                                Fourth:- 20th sept - 3250499
                                Fifth:- 23rd sept - 3248816

                                I tried everything but it didn’t open and i got late for my office. This is so bad.

                                I proposed a complaint to you but you neglected that and even you don't pick up the calls.

                                Plz, resolve it as i have to go back today from my office from the cycle.

                                And as i got late for my office for these days and my pay got cut i want a compensation of some free rides from your side and the refund for these rides.

                                Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  Dear team,

                                  I took a pedl cycle from savitri bai phuke udhyan pune. When i was done with my trip i realised that the cycle lock lever was broken, hence i am unable to lock the cycle and end the trip. Now zoom car is adding on outstanding amount to my account inspite of me leaving the cycle at a pedl station. I tried locking the cycle but couldn't and it was a wastage of time also. There is no proper customer support to contact. Cycle no.

                                    I had taken the cycle from hsr and after unlocking the cycle i noticed that chain was rusted completely and it was off the sprockets. I immediately tried ending the trip. By this time it was 3 rupees. I tried multiple times. Most of the time it said request timed out and then sometimes says the parking is full. I have seen no one pick up cycle or drop off cycle when i was there. How can i not park a cycle at a place where i just yook it from. Moreover how am i supposed to move the cycle to another place if the chain is off. Pedl doesnt have a number to which i can call to. 3245675 is the cycle number. I am still being charged. Please end the trip and revert transaction. I did not even use the cycle. Please check the condition of the cycles which you offer for customers.

                                      3235925 cycle number.
                                      I have seen pedl has entered kharadi eon it park pune.
                                      I would like to suggest there are lack of cycles. Most of them have operating issues. Most of them do not have seats bcoz when we try to increase the seat hieght it does not come up and this in turn putting more pressure on seat and the seat comes off the cycle.
                                      It takes a lot of time to end the trip.
                                      Please work on the above 3 points if you want good business

                                        The app says cycles are available 24 hours. But, today 22nd sept 2018, morning at 0600 hrs, caratlane studio company near apollo hospital, chennai, had four cycles, but the gates were closed.

                                        Security said the cycles are only for office staff.

                                        The declaration on the app and the facts are not matching.

                                        I wasted about an hour to find a solution.

                                        Your customer care number is only automated. No human interaction could be made.

                                        Please look into this and revert with a reasonable explanation.
