I b. Venkatesh i have facing so many problems with zoom car customer care and they are not refunding my money and not at all answering properly.. I have taken car at 11-8-18. car was too worst and it was not in condition at all when i have taken the car also i have informed to zoom car person he told no cars was available at that time. Diesel was also not their and it remains only 10% oil i have uploaded 2 bills...

I have ended the cycle but still showing active in my app

I have used the pedl cycle no 3242296 on monday 10th september from sadhu vasvani chowk to lohiya nagar and lock and paid the fare through paytm.

But today thursday 13th september receive a cal from pedl cycle employee asking me for the cycle. As they said the cycle is still missing as i told them the exact location where i have park the cycle.

And then after login to the zoom car app...

My brother is facing alot of issues with the pedl cycles. He is in 9th and uses it to school every morning and afternoon. The other day he tried to unlock 3 cycles, wherein 2 cycles had their chain broken already and he was charged 3 bucks anyway. Also once he tried to unlock one cycle and it did unlock but charged him for it. This happened for 2 cycles consecutively. Sometimes he found cycle stations where all cycles had their chains removed...

unable to end pedl trip, for at least 1 hour i tried to end trip but

Yesterday evening i was trying to end the pedl trip. I tried for 1 hour continuously then i delinked my paytm wallet from the app. It was about to charge 3 rs for my 16 min journey but it put on hold my 12 rupees in paytm wallet and they got deductued and still now after 17 hours it is not cancelled yet and showing 102 rupees cost.

I have started ride with cycle no. 3247401 at 8:36pm and i wanted to keep the cycle aside. So i have locked it (Did not end trip). Immediately 6 rs has been deducted and within few minutes, as i have locked, once again 3 rs has got deducted. I tried to start trip with same cycle once again. Trip has started but was not getting unlocked. I have stopped trip after raising a complaint. 3rs has got deducted. I tried to unlock same one again....

Just booked my first trip with zoom car on 7th of sept 2018. Everything seemed fine until zoom car refused to pay back the fuel bill of inr 500. Since this was my first trip, i picked up the car and the person who handed over the keys to me asked me to fuel up the car and upload the bill in the app. I exactly followed the instructions but to my shock zoomcar refused to pay back the same mentioning some vague policy... This is cheating......

unable to end trip on pedl for at least half hour

pedl broken and not ending trip.

I booked a cycle 3219309 but i was unaware that it was broken i left the cycle exactly at the station where i unlocked it but it says lock the cycle with in a near by pedl station. Since the cycle is broken i am not able to ride it nor could i find any near by pedl stations in that area. Now there is excess of deduction in my zoomcar app and i did not even ride the cycle. I tried calling customer service but there was no response....

But i am unable to end my trip at that day & i tried a lot to end my trip everyday but it do not happened anyway..

I also sent a lot of mails to zoom car for help but they don't reply to me.. Who is liable for this irresponsibilites of zoomcar....

The zoomcar we took was already in a bad shape when we took it and there was no provision for us to report the damages as you guys didn't have the option of rear view mirror damage and we mentioned the extra damage in the rear doors. We have photos in order to prove it. We are being wrongly charged the extra amount. The cleaning charge of 1000 is too high and also it wasn't mentioned anywhere. I booked a pedl on the 8/28/2018.in this pedl i could not end my trip although i was on a working pedl station. I notified about the issue to the team and the assured me that i'll get the refund of rs. 3 which had been accured extra. Again i booked a pedl on 8/30/2018 and tried ending on the same station, i stood an hour just to end my trip but failed to do so. I had read that if the cycle is locked at a working station for 10 mnts inactively...

charging for extra kms

I have booked zoom car for one day on[protected] to[protected] whose booking id is jps643dku. I have done 315 kms and extra 100kms for which i have paid money. I have also done 2 times refueling which i have uploaded the bills. Other than that i got 8000 rs outstanding balance to pay. I had not crossed any speed limits neither i had done physical damage to vehicle. Please look into this matter....

.. Some one told lock it if it is idle for 10 minutes it will automatically endstrip.. I locked near agara lake entence and went off.. My ride cost is only rs12 but rs27 is deducted from paytm... Please look into this and revert excess amount deducted from...
