I booked a car _ for 5 hours for personal work. And i dropped car before time ends and used less kms, when i went to drop of car the zoom executive checked everything and he only completed trip and said everything is fine, u can go, after few hours i got notification from zoom app that showing outstanding amound 1000 for rule voilation. I called costumer care and asked why is that fine? He said u smoked in car. Basically i dont have a habbit of smoking, and i asked no may be u got some confusion please check it properly. He told, no we have some proofs that u smoked. Than i asked pls share a proofs, i[censored] prove that i smoked in ur car i'll buy a new car for u. But please dont cheat customers.
Basically zoom executives are thinking they are dons and customers are fools. Please friends join with us to stop this zoom corruption in india, becoz they are doing corruption legally and scaring customers. Friends unity in strength sooo pls we should show the power of costumers to them. Without costumer no one can grow... So pls say no to zoom. And try drivezy, my choice and self roadies etc... And pls stop the zoom...

THIS IS SECOND TIME AM FACING THIS TYPE OF ISSUES, SOO I WANT CORRECT PROOFS FOR WHAT HAPPENED, BECOZ WHEN I ASKED THE PICS OF SMOKEN ASHES HE SAID HE WILL MAIL IT WITH IN 24 HOURS, TO SHARE BY EMAIL WHY 24 HOURS NEEDED??? SO I CAN UNDERSTAND THIS ALL WELL PLAN OF ZOOM TEAM.

    Hi boarded pedl cycle today. My trip no 3191178. First of all i was unable to unlock my cycle from the app despite repeated attempts. Then when i tried to end trip for the same it was asking me to find nearby pedl stations. Altough i was standing at pedl station. Utilmately neither i was able i was able to unlock my cycle nor could end the trip.

      Today i booked cycle from reliance mart kharadi... After completing trip when i return to pedl station of wtc tower 2.. After locking the cycle its not getting end... I tried so many times in interval of half hour... Raised help and support query 6 times... No response yet... When i reached the station the fare to be charged is 3... Now currently the trip is on and they keep on increasing my amount... I tried to unlock the cycle then its not getting unlocked as well... Zoom car is messaging for overdue on time but not for support... Why i am facing un necessary charges and failure in ending trip.. I have all the screenshot and picture of cycle ater parking at pedl station... I am seriously not going to pay anything more than 12.. They already deducted 12 rs and its keep on increasing...

        I have used the pedle cycle for some time and then when i tried to end the trip, it did not end. Despite being at an active station, the trip did not end. I am still being charged as of the moment as i type this complaint. The bill is piling and there is no recourse left with me.

        Please help me end the trip and refund me the surcharge amount deducted.

        Cycle parked next to other Pedl stations only, and I moved out of the city but still money deducting.
        No helpline nothing nothing ...
        Even after a day no help, simply money deducting ...

          I am using cycle number 3236269 from aundh pune in front of cotton world shop and i am unable to end the trip because the app is not working even if i have proper connection. Can you please end the trip and refund me i am trying this now from more than one hour. They are charging me and it's not ending the trip please end the trip as soon as possible.

            I have booked a pedl of no 102024
            When i try to unlock cycle it's not get unlock, but on app it's showing that it is unlocked. So i just tried to end my trip. Now it's not ending my trip and asking me to park in pedl station (Cycle is already in pedl station) they takeout 63rupees. What should i do now. Also it's gps is broken and asking me to lock it which is already locked

            ' have rent a cycle (cycle no-102024), When I unlock this cycle from my app, app showing that the cycle is unlock, but in actual cycle was having lock problem, it wasn get unlocked, So now my trip is extended for 19hours now, I have tried each customer no which was available, but I haven get any help. So please help me .even the cycle is on the station, cycled is lock by physically and I have locked it by app, still it is not ending my trip, if further charges will get apply I will not be responsible for paying this. nReply me as early as possible -zoomcar pedlnnnot ending my trip becouse of its own lock defaultnn'
            First I had problem in ending the trip... after trying a lot it got ended but the cycle did not get locked.

            I live in kharadi. Here is children without unlocked cycle carry in home and broked cycle and remove cycle part like sit panel ect .if you always come and check it here.

              Hello pedl team, this is extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in wadgaon sheri, pune. My cycle number is 101971.. I unlocked the cycle and my trip started for 8 min but i am unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. Please end the trip and refund my money back. And the most annoying fact is you dont have an instant helpline number service, in such discrepancies and emergency situations.
              I request you to immediately end the trip and refund my money back

                I booked zoomcar for 17 September, 2018 on occasion of ganpati visargen. The car was parked in a residential building and no ground executive was there. I paid INR 572 for the booking, however from next day onwards I was asked by zoomcar for new outstanding entry of INR 1000 against car cleaning.

                I didn't do any kind of smoking, eating etc inside the car for which they are charging. It was ganpati visargen and people were using gulal. Since the car was all wet already before pick up, some gulal was stuck to it's rear side and some on body. Now, they are showing me pics of some old spots which I didn't notice as it was night time, and asking me to pay cleaning charges.

                This is completely wrong from zoomcar side. I would have clean that gulal by myself if that is such a problem but I am not willing to pay this wrongful charge.

                It is not mention anywhere in the policy that I cannot take vehicle in the areas where exterior gets dirty.

                Now through this forum I want to register compalint against the company for the harresment and wastage of time.

                  Unable to lock the lever. I have attached the video for reference, in that you can clearly see that it is impossible to lock the lever of the cycle.

                      Hello pedl team, this is extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in kouthrud, Pune. My cycle number is 3243378 .. I unlocked the cycle and my trip started since on 17 sep 2018 evening 6.09 pm. I tried ending the trip 17 sep 2018, 06:33 mp but i am unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. It been 29 hrs unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. And the most annoying fact is you dont have an instant helpline number service, in such discrepancies and emergency situations.
                      I request you to immediately end the trip and refund my money back.

                      4 times i contact to customer support team by mail, but no body can help me...

                      My cycle no is 3168847. I am trying to end the trip since one hour but it is not happening also unable to contact concerned person regarding the same.

                      I went for a ride on 13 September 2018. After around a little more than half an hour, I completed the trip but the ride isn't still ending. And money is getting deducted. Please look into as a priority.

                        Used cycle no. 103128 from NIFT COLLEGE TO AGARA LAKE
                        and park after after 15 min, after another location but unable to end trip with error request timed-out
                        It's been 3 hours past that, locked the cycle and went home, i can't stand beside this stupid cycle anymore,
                        I know the money is minuscule here, but it's the principle here of charging more what he was promised before.
                        And still can't end the trip, I have already charge 15 INR, However its charge only 3 INR for 15 min, I want my amount back to my Paytm account end my current trip.

                          I had rented the pedl cycle yesterday and it was damaged which i didn't notice while scanning and when i scanned the code my pedl trip started on the app but the cycle didn't unlock.
                          Now my balance is getting deducted and when i try to end the trip it says lock the cycle at pedl station even when i am at the pedl station and the cycle is already locked.

                            I had a "without fuel" zoomcar booking in which while i started, the agent at the parking had put my fuel tank reading as 60% but in reality, it was less than 50%. And while the drop, he entered the fuel reading as 20% while the actual status was more than 40%. Hardly a difference of 5% from the initial starting. When i said the same thing to him, he said, we are told to right deviated figures than the normal. You can complain if you want. I was charged 1455/- for extra fuel while i actually deserve not more than 200. Please rework on my billing. I have pictures of both pickup and drop point fuel reading attached.

                              It was very unfortunate to be hiring a car from zoom car. While on ride wanted to check the kms reading of the car henece called customer care, mr sujoy shiva was so unprofessional while on call, later he remote contolled our car and the car continously honk it self without us doing anything for half an hour. I hope he was taking out frustration. Kindly justify for the embaresment and the bad service faced.

                              I booked a cycle (No. 3168847) from the zoom car pedl app and i tried to end the trip from the app after locking the cycle& keeping it at pedl station only.
                              But i am not able to end the trip even though the cycle is locked.

                                Used cycle no.3188564 from collage more saltlake sector 5, kolkata.
                                And park after after 15 min, after another location but unable to end trip with error request timed-out
                                It's been 3 hours past that, locked the cycle and went home, i can't stand beside this stupid cycle anymore,
                                I know the money is minuscule here, but it's the principle here of charging more what he was promised before.
                                And still can't end the trip, i have already charge 15 inr, however its charge only 3 inr for 15 min, i want my amount back to my paytm account end my current trip.

                                Couldn't unlock a cycle physically or through app. Neither could end trip, however the trip had already started.
                                I was charged Rs. 57 and still waiting for refund. Already raised multiple complaints through their support system.

                                Even multiple tweets to their official Twitter handle didn't help the cause.

                                Need urgent resolution on this.

                                    Hi,

                                    Today i took pedl cycle for half an hour but i am not able to lock cycle manually so not able to end tour. Because of this money is getting deducted from paytm account. Kindly do needful. I have used cycle for just half an hour but paying for almost more than 4 hours. And i am not able to lock it so can not keep it anywhere else on road in fear of getting stollen by anyone.
                                    Even I dropped a mail to zoomcar with all the cycle details, then also no response I am getting from mail also. Also any helpline number is not there.

                                      Hi Shwetansh Priyadarshi! We found your cycle 3167139 locked at a PEDL station and have ended the trip for you. Rs.6.0 has been debited from your PayTM account connected with [protected]. This is the message I received after parking the cycle in my apartment premises. That was evening so only I parked in my apartment premises but on next day when I was trying to unlock the same cycle for New trip it was not giving access to me. And even I got a pop up that a complaint is open for my account. I need this issue to be solved immediately

                                        Hey i brought a zoomcar pedl cycle with number 3172245 at 12:12 pm on 16th september and locked the cycle at 12:41 pm. By rule i tried ending the trip. But it says to park it in a pedl station but when i searched for it there was no results. I tried a lot to end the trip but all efforts were in vain. Left with no other option i left the cycle locked and now it's 24 hours later still i'm being charged. What is it loot common people with such useless and # app. Im announcing that i'm not going to pay a single penny more than what i have used ie 3 rupees. It's no more mine responsibility.

                                        Note: some more users are facing this type of issue.
