I booked a car _ for 5 hours for personal work. And i dropped car before time ends and used less kms, when i went to drop of car the zoom executive checked everything and he only completed trip and said everything is fine, u can go, after few hours i got notification from zoom app that showing outstanding amound 1000 for rule voilation. I called costumer care and asked why is that fine? He said u smoked in car. Basically i dont have a habbit of smoking, and i asked no may be u got some confusion please check it properly. He told, no we have some proofs that u smoked. Than i asked pls share a proofs, i[censored] prove that i smoked in ur car i'll buy a new car for u. But please dont cheat customers.
Basically zoom executives are thinking they are dons and customers are fools. Please friends join with us to stop this zoom corruption in india, becoz they are doing corruption legally and scaring customers. Friends unity in strength sooo pls we should show the power of costumers to them. Without costumer no one can grow... So pls say no to zoom. And try drivezy, my choice and self roadies etc... And pls stop the zoom...

THIS IS SECOND TIME AM FACING THIS TYPE OF ISSUES, SOO I WANT CORRECT PROOFS FOR WHAT HAPPENED, BECOZ WHEN I ASKED THE PICS OF SMOKEN ASHES HE SAID HE WILL MAIL IT WITH IN 24 HOURS, TO SHARE BY EMAIL WHY 24 HOURS NEEDED??? SO I CAN UNDERSTAND THIS ALL WELL PLAN OF ZOOM TEAM.
Cycle parked next to other Pedl stations only, and I moved out of the city but still money deducting.
No helpline nothing nothing ...
Even after a day no help, simply money deducting ...
