My trip got started at 9:19 am today (23 aug 2018). I reached my destination after around 22 mins. When i try to end trip it keeps on coming 'timed out, please try again'. I tried several times but same error. Meanwhile 'this station is full' error also came sometimes. It's been 1hr 36 mins and still trip has not been ended. It already cost me 12rs. Please do the needful. I used cycle for 22mins. I already paid 9rs extra.

My trip(cycle no-100631, location- bangalore) got started at 9:19 am today (23 aug 2018). I reached my destination after around 22 mins.     Hello pedl,
    I booked a cycle (No. 3239140) from the zoom car pedl app at around 9:10pm (22nd aug18) and i tried to end the trip from the app at around 9:30 pm after locking the cycle.
    But i am not able to end the trip even though the cycle is locked.
    Can you please check and fix this issue?
    I expect that i will be not be charged for the period outside my trip.

    Hi,
    I'm unable to end the trip of cycle number: 3245298.
    There is no response even after emailing. My Paytm is getting deducted. This is such a bad experience. Waste of money and time.

    Now the trip got ended but an extra amount of Rs 12 deducted from Paytm.

      unable to remove my driving licence

      Hi,

      This is to bring into your notice that one of my friend is using my driving license in his zoomcar account. I request you to kindly remove my driving license from his account or delete his account. I called on your customer service number several times but they haven't removed it neither deleted his account. If something went wrong in future i will not be responsible. Zoomcar will be responsible as they didn't called me...

      I rented a verna in zoom car for 7 hours on 8th of august my booking id is jps648l2i, were i went to airport and came back, then i left the car around 6:10 while checking out i was reaptedly getting the error stating the car is not in the hub then i checked with one of the person in the hub he suggested me to park the car in other spot were we did and try to check out same error occured then i showed the error to that person he called someone and told us to leave the car stating he will lock the car we left the car and came back but later i was penalised for 490 due to late checking out, i was like that was not my mistake and tried contacting the customer care but the ivr was wrost it didn't took the car number and the next day got a call from the hub stating that i have penalised for 10k because of radiator damage, then we rushed to the hub the person connected me to the customer support when checked with them they were stating that underneath the engine is damage we didn't convienced at that time and even he took a complain stating we will check with the damage but you have to pay late penality we explained him everything then later he arranged call back then later i got a call from the zoom car stating the penality is valid and we have to pay then i requested what is the reason then she is stating due to engine bedding sound and i was like everyone are givening a different reasons and requested her to share the service report as everyone are giving a different reasons but i didn't get any valid acknowledgment till now,

      Dono what to do i was penalised 10490 i'm following up with zoom car for valid evidence they are just stating according to the terms and condition nothing apart from this,

      Why customers are penalised without any evidence and why zoom car not sharing any service reports or the job works, why there is no proper evidence filed before the penalisation??

      Similar thing happened with us, car was over 1 lakh km run and was in poor condition. While delivering the vehicle everything happened smoothly and suddenly we got a call that windscreen is broken and we need to pay INR 7000 for it. The windscreen comes for 5000 for that vehicle but they are charging 7000 for the same.

      The person who took delivery checked and didn't point out any issues and when we handed over the car, then the actual shrewd games begun. I am going to take them to court. This issue happened on 31st August'18. Let us join hands and show this scamster company called zoomcar their place. You can contact me on [protected]

        Booked a cycle 3174529 stationed at my office location & used it for around 15 - 20 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 3 days ride as well. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

          I have never zoom car but from jul 18, i was getting emails that i am booking zoom car. Then i found out that someone used my email address from banglore and booking cars. When i called and email customer care they said it can't happen. Then i changed the phone no in the zoom car as i got email from zoom car. Now again i was getting messages in my phone that i am booking cars again and it did not stopped. Now the fraud who was booking zoom car stopped booking and his outstanding came to me that i have to pay for it. I told that i am not the one and the driving license is not in my name. But zoom car customer service is not even listening. They are saying to me to pay. Which i have never took.

          Also point to be noted. The name of the person is tameem,
          This licence i am attaching and his phone no also in the screen shot.

          I called the real culprit and he is rejecting the calls.

            Hi,

            Today i took pedl cycle for half an hour but i am not able to lock cycle manually so not able to end tour. Because of this money is getting deducted from paytm account. Kindly do needful. And i am not able to lock it so can not keep it anywhere else on road in fear of getting stollen by anyone.

              Dear sir,
              My friends were wrongly using my driving license without my intimation from a fake mail i'd [protected]@icloud.com to book zoomcar although my dl was already uploaded in my id [protected]@gmail.com standing verified... I had repeatedly complained regarding this issue but zoomcar has always been replying that they need a mail from [protected]@icloud.com to block the account.. But the users of my driving license are denying to that inspite of my request.. Yesterday night that is 17th august 2018, i had uploaded my driving license and aadhaar again and my live photo, then i got it as approved from zoomcar, still when i'm forwarded to booking page zoomcar shows me that i'm blacklisted.. Hence i want a solution for the above problem as soon as possible..

You will receive an email within 24 hours with a link, request you to login to your Zoomcar account and then click on the link. Enter your bank details and the amount will be instantly transferred to your respective account or you can initiate the refund by selecting the option " Get refund" in the application under the respective booking ID.

                Hello,

                I had booked a tuv 300 for 3 august 2018 to 4 august 2018, my booking id is jps64rvvd. After booking, an executive called me and she said that tuv is not available so we are providing you mahindra scorpio, i agreed but i told them that the car should be serviced. On 4th of august we guys left for mahabaleshwar for our trip but after crossing 20km from pune a burning smell started from the engine with a sound.
                So we thought to stop the car and call the zoomcar customer support. We called them around 6a. M. But your team sent help to us at 12 p. M. They said that they will provide a cab for us in which 50km are free but after that the taxi charged us at double rate. We had already faced so much difficulty because of the horrible condition of your vehicle. We had to wait on the highway for 6 hours.

                Even then we paid the taxi bill, our trip was ruined totally and when i contacted customer support they said they would refund the money within 3 to 5 days. After 5 days i tried many times to contact customer support but no one picked up the call. Is this how customers are supposed to be treated. I am utterly disappointed by your company.

                On top of that, around 10 days later an executive called me and said that the engine was seized and we have to pay 10000. Firstly, if your vehicle was damaged, how can you levy that on a customer. We are not responsible for this damage and we refuse to pay any costs. Instead of refunding our amount, you are charging us falsely. I thought that this company was trusted, but now i won't be suggesting anyone to further use your services. I hope i get a reply on this mail, and get my money back or i will have to resort to the consumer forum and social media to unveil your horrible services.

                You people are pasting the same robotic comment on every mail and complaint i have been raising. Are you people even listening to what i am saying? You have just sent me an email regarding the recovery charges and not one of your agent properly discussed or followed up on the issue. It is just your side of the story. Did you prove that we have done the rash driving that resulted in damage of the vehicle and not because of your own faulty vehicle. It wasn't even cleaned properly and i am sure that it wasn't serviced either. If we had done the rash driving or crossed your speed limit, did you send us any email to notify that or were there any dent on the vehicle that prove we did some damage. Your vehicle was faulty beforehand. And your customer service was poor. I want a proper follow up on this matter. I ll not pay unless you send me a proper notification proving that we did the damage. And please dont reply with the same robotic message. Ask someone real person to talk to me this time.

                  Kindly share some direct contact details and your address. When we hired your services it done by mutual working. How can you just keep blaming for what we have not done. And charging money without assigning any person to communicate. Even you keep texting and mailing for money.. whats wromg with you guys. Is this your customer satisfying services??
                  The time you take car from us your executive assure us that you will refund our money back.. first just because of you we have to pay twice as expected for trip now this 10k.
                  Now this is humiliating.
                  Kindly share some direct contact details. So that we cant just go through blink conclusion.

                  Now we are trying to contact you regarding this issue but.. but your customer care no just asking for money.. whats wrong with you guys. Is this is your business ethics??? Is this the proper way to do business. I questioned whats wrong just talk with us. Share your real direct contact details.

                    Recently i made a booking on zoomcar. But here we are facing flooding issues near the pickup point and all other transportation we're stopped that time. Because of that i cancelled that booking. While cancellation time it was showing it will be renfunded but now customer care telling not able to refund. Their policy page was showing i am able to get a refund. Attached screen shot

                      zoom car - wrong charges - jps64ul4t

                      Hi team,

                      I'm fed-up with zoom car service now a days.

                      I have been charged 1000 rs as a cleaning charge for my booking id - jps64ul4t but when i took the car itself it was not clean and this was intimated in zoom app with inspect and proceed but still i was charged.

                      When i called zoom car customer care it was so difficult to reach the customer support executive and he was so irresponsible, asking...

                      Your pedl service is getting worst day by day. Yesterday i finished my trip by 12 mins but it was not getting ended.
                      Page was going round and timed out. It did not end trip instantly.
                      Instead of rs 3 for 30 mins, rs 6 was deducted after 40 mins which is a shame for pedl service. I will escalate the matter because it is happening almost everyday with everyone availing your service.
                      People are being harassed because of your crap app service. People can not end the trip because of the latency issue with your app and their money gets deducted from paytm.

                      I am being appalled with your nasty service.

                        I am nutan, i am using zoomcar pedl service. I always unable to end-trip and end up paying more money (They charge more).

                        I use the pedl cycle no 3220302 up to 30 minutes and end trip at 3.05 pm by paying 6 rs later i saw the the application does not allow to end-trip and trip is live and on 10.15 pm i got sms of 48 rs hence end up paying more money to the zoomcar company.

                        There is no facility to reach out customer care number. Please help me solve the problem...

                        money was deducted from my paytm. And.now I got sms that Your PEDL trip has ended. We have debited Rs.12.0 from your PayTM account.Please clear the outstanding of Rs.141.0
                        But. I am already frustrated and harassed by this service then why I pay more charges. Zoomcar already took extra money from my paytm account.

                          I have booked the zoom car(ID: JPS64UCJU) on 14th Aug at 4 pm. But I was not getting a zoom car my expected time. It will reach around 6'o clock. I was getting a lot of frustrated at that moment. Whenever I called zoom car customer service, they said within 5 mins it will reach your place. 4.15pm to 5.40pm I did get same 5 mins answer from your services. The same 14th morning I did a mistake in booking(ID: JPS64U7GZ) instead of 14th I did book 21st. So I cancelled that trip and zoom services deducted 200 rs immediately. Zoom Service What do you have the plan for your mistakes?

                            I am Anjaneya, I am using Zoomcar PEDL service. I always unable to End-Trip and end up paying more money(They charge more).

                            I Generally use the PEDL app up to 30 - 50 minutes but the application does not allow to end-trip hence end up paying more money to the ZOOMCAR company.

                            There is no facility to reach out customer care number. Please help me solve the problem.

                            I have booked the Bicycle at 09:06 pm 16-Aug-18, I finished my trip at 9.56 P.m. and I parked it at the PEDL station, Koramangala 6th block near Devi eye clinic. But I am still unable to end the trip and I am being charged continuously. I supposed to pay only Rs.6/-.

                              Dear Zoomcar (Never Stop "Harrassing"),

                              I booked XUV 500 on 13th August @ 2PM till 5PM for 3 hours. When i reached to pick the car it took me 1:30 hours to search the car with the help of your customer service. The car was parked at least 500 mtr away from the actual location shared with me. The Customer care and your ZAP associate were blaming each other for the wrong location instead of helping me out to search for car. I had to struggle and walk a lot through each lane on location address to search for the car and it was parked in dump yard. It was an endless harassment.

                              Your absolute poor service continued. Thereafter, when I decided to drop the car without using it as I had already lost almost 2 hours searching and unlocking the car. I was left with 1 hour of booking and had missed my plans for the day as well.

                              The app didn't let me complete the check out for 30 min adding to more waiting time. When i reach customer care he told me there was some problem during check in process and hence it was not allowing me to check out. He helped after taking around 15 min to lock drop off car the car.

                              To my Surprise, you delivered me a additional charges for a cleaning fees. when the car was absolute mess already from exterior and interiors. moreover, i did drive the car for even 1 km and paid for utmost harassment for Zoomcar for complete duration of my booking.

                              Lastly, I do not give any damn to Zoomcar (Tit for tat) and its Fraudulent practice of charging customers with unreasonable extra charges even after poorest service & not paying for the charges. You are more than welcome to block me out of your pathetic app and service.

                              Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. This is definitely not the experience we aim to provide to our customers.

                              We see that the vehicle is allocated for your booking. As it is a KLE( keyless entry) booking, you will receive an SMS with the exact pickup location 2 hours before the booking start time. Please note, we have launched our keyless entry initiative with the intention to make the pick-up and drop-off completely independent for our users, as there will be no executive available at the location, you will have to just check the condition of the car and submit the checklist as a proof of acceptance and start your trip. Also, you can use the navigation option to reach the vehicle location. If you face any issues, you can reach out to our customer care at [protected].

                              In regard to charges levied to the booking, upon rechecking we found that the vehicle was dirty on the inside, hence, the nominal cleaning charges have been levied.

                                The lock of the cycle was already broken when i had unlocked it. I came to know when i was about to lock the cycle. So i am unable to end the trip. The trip is being extended and the money from my paytm wallet is being deducted. Also there is no customer support on phone. Your customer care is totally #. After dropping a mail, you say you will reach me within 24 hours. And what do i do till then? Pay you ₹3 per minute? I need my money back and an answer from the company.

                                  I booked zoomcar id - jps64hgld from 12pm on 12th aug 2018 to 2.30am 13th aug.
                                  When we went to return the car no zoomcar person was there. The car was delivered in exactly same and good clean condition at 9pm. After we left i got 1000 rupees cleaning bill which is total fake and fraud as the car was provided in clean good condition. Upon calling zoomcar customer care they provided no help and asked to pay such charges. I am a regular zoomcar customer and this kind of fraud charges are intolerable.
                                  Kindly remove these charges as this is simply black money collected by the zoomcar person

                                    I took a car from zoom car from dwarka and when i took it there was a dent on the bumper and scratches all over the, the car was dirty from outside as well as from inside, its tyre was punctured as well. I changed the tyre after it was fully deflated on the main road and took the car along with me, however i choosed the car with empty fuel as well and then i refuled it. I returned it before time and now i have been charged 10000 for the dent and scratches which was made before i picked it up. I want to use this app but i why have they charged me for the thing whih i have not done. Someone please take this up as i am a regular customer of zoom app. Someone is trying to play here with me.

                                    Booking ID - JPS64HE26 The charges which were put on me are invalid as you people said that on first go, i am attaching an image here along with this . I took car on 13th and returned on 13th . The charges 9k were applies on 14th and on complaining you guys said that those charges are Invalid and reversed those charges . After 3 days suddenly you guys applied charges again and this time it was 10 k . I have already mentioned on twitter that the damage was already there before I picked up the car . However I accept my mistake that the excess km charges were genuine for which I paid to you . But I am a middle class person, and I am unable to pay these charges . Please remove these charges asap.

                                    Today 9 August 2018, I tried to unlock the pedl cycle but it was not unlocked and amount debited from paytm account. Kindly reimburse the amount ₹ 15.00 ASAP.
