I booked a cycle 3175844 stationed at my office location & used it for around 15 - 20 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 2nd 30 minutes ride as well. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

    Hi,
    This is to inform you that i have been charged extra km an hours for my trip with zoomcar.

    Trip date: 19 august
    Pickup time: 08:30 am - drop off time: 2:00 pm

    I had returned the car well within the drop off time and and km.
    But in the app i see that the trip has been closed much later and i have been charged extra rs981 by zoomcar.

    I have already registered multiple complaints regarding this but no action has been taken.

      Dear sir,

      I ended my zap subscription for ford figo ka 03 af 1135 on may 15th 2018. Till now they did not do the final settlement and no one is responding to my emails.

      Also they did not send the invoice for the month of may 18 and this will attract more tax. From the toll free number also they removed the option to talk to support representative. So i cannot escalate this issue to higher level also.

      Kindly do the needful.

      This complaint is because there is not response from your support team(zap.[protected]@zoomcar.com). Now you are asking me to contact the same team. What kind of joke is this.

      My subscription ended in the middle of May month, I need to get half of my May month subscript fees back which would be around 11, 000(22, 000 divided by 2).

        Yesterday i will take ride mahiendra eto plus i booking 1oclock but ur people driving licences approve given by 1 hour late then i will take car after car will be problem i call customer care but she told after 15 minits i call u back the 30 minits later ur people call’d me then talking how to i came for proper time so i book the complaint yesterday how can i pay extra 499 rupees ur giving bad services,...?

          Hi team,
          I've used cycle no. 3232739 at sector-2, salt lake city, kolkata. After 20 minutes i locked it and tried to end the trip but it couldn't.

          Now, it has been more than 24 hours and it still charging me. I had already sent a mail to zoomcar but stil no action is taken yet. I also didn't found any contact support.

          So, i want you to be so kind for ending my trip and resolve the issue.

            I tried to end the trip after 25mins or so.

            It said No space left. I went to 3 other stations to park still it was not ending the trip.!! Even if there were less than 10 cycles in the station.

            Cycle No: 3254743

            This is not good from PEDL.

            It is difficult to start the trip and end the trip, which makes us hesitate to take up the next ride.

            Please resolve this ASAP

              Hi,
              I have booked the car in Zoom Cars on[protected] from 21:30 to 01:30 of[protected]. My booking id was JPS64GSB5 and the car was Tata Tiago (TS07UF6770). This was my first booking with Zoomcars with the worse experience. I wanted someones help to access it. I found one person who was appointed there to look after this issue. He was in the drunken stage and was not in the condition to assist me. Any how I have taken the car but I got call from home to cancel the trip due to some reason. Hence I had to park the car at the same place within an hour. At that time I was not getting any clue how to stop the trip through app. Later I have called the Customer Care Executive to help me but after many trials I got his call connected. He has taken my driving license number and booking id and auto locked the car from his location and asked us to leave the place. Hence we have done the same. Even though I have paid Rs.540 for the trip, I have not used it Completely.
              The other day I was shocked to see the message that I have to pay more Rs. 2610 because I have used the car for more extra 6 hours. Since then I am getting the messages and mails continuously. Please see into this issue and do needfull. Thank you!

                Our booking reference number jps64q73k made on 25th july 2018 through zoom car app with a payment of rs 28630/- (Including refundable deposit of rs 5000/-) from our card.

                The booking was made with your famous car rental service for our supposed leisure holiday with my wife and two small children for the period between 0300hrs on 30th july 2018 till 1600hrs 11th august 2018 that instead turned out to be a nightmare and harrowing experience due to the unprofessional, arrogant, threatening, non cooperative, imposing, harsh, adamant and rude attitude, behaviour, tone and words of your customer care executives that seriously impacted and stressed our physical and mental health to the effect of even endangering our lives and caused serious consequences and strains on our financial and time resources.

                Despite having been last assured at 1017hrs on 13th august 2018 by a customer service executive ms. Afreen on zoom car direct mobile number [protected] and earlier call on customer care number to different executive, our grievances have not been addressed and no customer service executive or supervisor has even bothered to call back or respond.

                Please be re-informed of the following course of events and initiate the necessary action:
                1. On arriving at bagdogra airport at 1430hrs on indigo flight number 6e 2367 and on taking a taxi to original pick-up point at 9 sevoke road, siliguri and than to relocated pick-up point at dagapur bandri jote, near viramma resort silliguri, we called customer support helpline of zoom car to help us navigate and sign the tata tiago car no. Wb 04 h 5270. But we were adamantly and wrongly told by your executive that we had filled in a checklist and were in the possession of the car since 0742hrs (While at that time we were still in delhi). After many calls and requests a supervisor by the name of aditya spoke to us and admitted that it was not so. On reaching the locked car parked on a roadside adjacent to a tee stall the same aditya pacified our apprehensions on the trip with zoom car, assuring and promising that no such incident will be repeated again.
                2. We reluctantly continued with the trip and the car ran normally. On 11th august 2018 as we were driving towards the designated drop off point in the car, we got repeated calls from your executives asking us to drop off the car in time or they would immobilize the car. Though we were driving well in time to drop off the car but it was in bad weather and in hilly and isolated forest conditions. We tried to tell the calling executives of the same, but they kept calling again and again and continued to threaten of immobilizing the car. Finally being aware of the grave consequences if they immobilize the vehicle at speed on a sharp hilly curve/bend with a ravine below or while overtaking another vehicle or at an isolated spot with my wife and two small children, i felt threatened and in danger and during my live conversation with them informed them and took a u-turn back, which they could see on their gps system used to track the car.
                3. I did not hear from them again till at 1241hrs on 12th august 2018, when i paid rs 95591/- as advised by the executive to mobilize the immobilized vehicle and continue my 3 hour drive to the drop off point of the car and then take our return flight no 6e 2894 to delhi for which the boarding time ended at 1740hrs on 12th august 2018.
                4. Even on having received the payment the customer care executive were initially not acknowledging the payment and were asking for extended period of time to mobilize the same vehicle on repeated urgent telephonic conversations they then started sighting glitches in their computer systems as excuses as i was trying to make them aware of the grave situation.
                5. The complete log of calls that i made to and fro in this situation only got standard trade mark replies that were harsh, rude, incompetent, uncoordinated and non sympathetic. Then we were asked to try and push start the car (By customer care executives) but doing so in heavy rain with help from my wife and kids, the car never got mobilized again.
                6. Finally we got a call from an executive named sujata who advised us to offload our luggage and leave the car and keys in the dashboard and told us that she will lock the car through the system and that they would take care of the rest, as we were on the verge of missing out flight considering the three hour drive to the airport. The same sujata also sent a sms at 1506hrs giving the direct number [protected] where we were to call when we wanted her to lock the car and thus hand it over to them.
                The same was done by us on a live telephonic call with sujata. Than with great difficulty we found a taxi in that isolated place that drove at high speed and in bad turbulent rainy weather and almost miss our flight but the crew of airline were helpful despite us being late, understanding the gravity of our situation let us board.
                7. The same sujata was helpful and assuring in our fears that we had been duped off rs 9591/- on pretext of mobilizing the car that never got mobilized. She assured that her team would get back to us after working on the care and they will try to help us with the refund. We requested for a call back from a supervisor but to no avail.
                8. On 13th august 2018 at 1017hrs, i last spoke to a zoom car executive called afreen who told us that her team and sujata had discussed with her in great detail the happening with us and that she, her team and supervisor were working on it and they would get back to us soon. She assured that a refund of rs 9591/- would be looked into but surely rs 5000/- advance would be refunded.
                To my utter dismay till date no action has been taken to process the refund nor have i heard from any of your people. I am hoping that my letter/email to you will help me resolve the issue at the earliest without further delay so that we are not forced to contemplate any further social and legal action

                I used cycle no 102732. I tried to locked it after using for 10 min. I was unable to end the trip. Now it is showing I need to pay 153 RS. I mean this is totally unfair. Zoomcar just see my complaint. And please do something.

                My cycle (101825) was unlocked by me, but the lever never opened. It still isn't. Then I tried to end the trip, but it never does. It just shows the loading bar. I have not used that cycle, you would be able to see that as the cycle was 'unlocked' but it never moved from there. Please end the trip and provide a refund.

                  I used cycle number 101361 for 7 minutes in pune university. Then i tried to end trip but it wouldnt. I had parked in a place with cycle signage.

                  I locked the cycle and went for my work. Checked after 30 minutes. I was still being charged.

                  Came all the way back from my work unlocked the cycle and took it to a place with another cycle sign in the university. Since the app said i am not parking in a proper location. Locked it and tried to close trip but it would not allow.

                  Now it has been 21 hours and it is still charging me. There is no way to contact anyone on phone or seek help. I called zoomcar and the ivr keeps taking me in loops. If you have developed a fantastic app and system is it not intelligent enough to know that no one can be cycling for 21 hours with a stationary cycle.

                    I have parked cycle 101917 at active pedl station by 28minutes of trip started but i am not able to end the trip.in app if i get in to help it is saying because of low connectivity it may take 2minutes to end the trip. But i have been waited at pedl station for more than 20minutes but still i couldn’t end the trip. Finally i left from there and trying to contact customer care but i did found any contact support

                      I stay at street no. 165, bc 93, sampurna apartment, newtown kolkata 700156the area attached to my apartment is suddenly being used as a pedl stand by the users which is not only blocking the road but also the main entrance of my building. It is not even a designated pedl stand. Your irresponsible users just started parking the cycles there.
                      Parking it properly could still be considered is kept away.. But they are the throwing the cycles infront of the main gate and going away. Residents have to pick up those cycles put them aside to bring thier cars. And to add to the injury i guess you hav forgotten that there should be executives who should take the cycles and park it to there designated area. So that local people are not harrased.
                      I hope you remove these cycles at the earliest from this place before we take any legal action with nkda against you trying to make money at the cost of the peace of mind of residents of sampurna apartment

                      Yesterday I took pedl cycle for half an hour but I am not able to lock cycle manually so not able to end tour. Because of this money is getting deducted from Paytm account.                         I booked a cycle 3191151 stationed biswa bangla convention centre, newtown, kolkata and used for 16 mins, but unable to end trip, i tried to other stations but same issue is there. I i am being charged for 3rd 30 minutes ride as well, could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have a look on the issue and help resolving on priority

                          Good day,

                          Following issue faced.

                          Was not informed that if i extend booking then home pick up will not be provided and i will have to drop car at zoomcar site. Driver to be assigned one hour before but assigned 30mins before and he demanded drop car at zoomcar site even though i had to catch a flight. Customer care was of no use except threatening with charge and providing no solution (Cannot belived you expect customers to come back with this kind of customer care). Recorded call wth both driver and customer care. Also attaching screenshot where app said navigate for home pick up no mention of drop at zoom car site, or sms recieved regarding the same.

                          We understand your disappointment, you should get a pop-up while modifying the booking stating that the HD shall be cancelled. We shall surely have this checked by our technical team. Also, with regard to the communication about our location, we will have this checked too, as you should be receiving an SMS sharing the drop off location. Once again sorry for all the inconvenience you had to go through.

                            After multiple reminders to zoom car customer service they delayed in picking up the car from given location and now there are charging the delay charges to my account when i tried calling them i got to know that they have blocked my number.

                            I kindly request you to take this issue to next management level as i'm a regular customer of zoom car.

                              Actually i m unable to end my pedal trip... I know hoelw to end it but still unable... My charges is increasing i kept that cycle at pedal station... I am out of station now but still cycle is there... What to do if anything bad happens to cycle... Please help i dont know what should i do now... I am going to catch my train so i had to left the station... Please help

                                They will change car on time no credit given. No matter which car u book they can allocate any car. Cars will breakdown on roads, mine broke down twice. They do not have speed device set up in cars and they will charge you heavily if you go above certain speed. They can charge you any amount when you return and do not specify what those charges are there. I would say do no fall in trap. They offer low prize but you do not know how you will be paying when return. I would urge indian govt to shut this company.

                                  Hi,

                                  This has been terrible experience with zoomcar. I had booked my ride on 23rd august 2018 for a day trip outskirts of bengaluru. It happened that car was not very well maintained however it was ok for me as it was a short trip of 250kms including return. I was excited so as my family to spend a day off from busy life.

                                  But the experience went horrible as the car broke down with gear issue in the middle of the road in quite a remote place at 2:15 pm. I was totally clueless and called customer care for help. I have been told that there will be a callback in 15 mins and an assistance provided in an hour. Since i was first time dealing with zoomcar i kept on waiting. This started getting too much of a delay while i kept on calling them number of times. And another problem is they have multiple partners to deal this issue and i went nuts speaking to everyone and explaining my situation. Finally the toeing person reached at 7:30pm with more than 5 hours of delay.

                                  On the other side my family including grandma kept waiting without food for such a long time in the middle of the remote road. I managed to accept their apologies for the same and reached back home around 10pm after ruining my complete day.

                                  But this isn't over after a day i got a bill of 10k on my booking for not my mistake. This problem is to do with the car as it wasn't in the condition and now i have been asked to pay for the same. I totally condemn this and strongly urge zoomcar not to treat customers in this way.

                                  Hoping for the justice in this matter.

                                  Thank you for sharing your booking details. We did have a check and see that the charges were invalid. Hence, we have reversed the charges.

                                  We see that the refund has been released through IMPS and we have sent an email with a link to your registered email ID. Request you to login to your Zoomcar account and then click on the link. Enter your bank details and the amount will be instantly transferred to your respective account or you can initiate the refund by selecting the option " Get refund" in the application under the respective booking ID.

                                    Few days back i park pedl cycle at led station but my trip was not ending so as usually happens that if we park our cycle at pedl station trip automatically ends after few minutes. I fought same will happen then i receive messages about outstanding mount and now today i try to ride pedl it's showing me outstanding amount t of 399 pending to pay please remove this amount as soon as possible so that i can rude again

                                      Since trying more than hour i could not do end trip,

                                      I locked cycle
                                      Available parking

                                      The message says due low connectivity unable to end trip will take 2 minutes to do end trip

                                      It is too bad showing 12 rupees but i was trying to end trip when it was charged 3 rupees, i have no idea what happen in pedl

                                        Hello, this ia extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in vimannagar, pune. My cycle number is 103240.. I unclocked the cycle and my trip started since morning 7:20 am. I used it and tried ending the trip but im unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. It been 1 hrs since i am unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. The fact is you dont have an instant helpline number.
                                        I request you to immeadiately end the trip and refund my money back.
