I am not able to lock the cycle. The niddle which needs to lock the cycle is not there. I am unable to lock cycle. As, this is my first trip. I couldn't found that the lock is damaged. Could you please help me in this?

I picked it up from gilmore orchid society. I am now trying to end the trip it says lock the cycle. But i am unable to lock it as it's niddle was already damaged. When i started the trip i didnt knew that it is damaged. Tht's why i started it.

This was my first day with zoom cycle. And i had a very bad experience. I will think twice before taking your cycle

I have tried the pedal cycle facility of zoomcar but i found my cycle was damaged, so I tried to end trip till 10 min. Nothing happens and they deducted my money but i tried again, the app was not responding properly . And after deducting my excess money it accepts the end trip. So I want my refund immediately.

    Hey i brought a zoomcar pedl cycle with number 3228692 at 9:30 am on 16th september and locked the cycle at 10:00 am. By rule i tried ending the trip. But it says to park it in a pedl station but when i searched for it there was no results. I tried a lot to end the trip but all efforts were in vain. Left with no other option i left the cycle locked and now it's 12 hours later still i'm being charged. What is it loot common people with such useless and # app. Im announcing that i'm not going to pay a single penny more than what i have used ie 15 rupees. It's no more mine responsibility.

      We had rented a zoomcar on 15th september from 1pm to 9:30pm and got 135kms free.
      We had picked up the car at around 1:10pm at garuda swagath mall, jayanagar. The cars were located at the basement of the parking of the mall which was very poorly lit.
      Once we took the car out of the basement parking we found out that there was a small crack on the front windshield..
      This crack was not visible from outside and was instead clearly visible from the inside. We immediately felt it was required to take a video once we reached a well lit place outside the mall. The video was taken at 1:15pm.

      Now after the trip, when we came to return the car at the mall, it was around 8:30pm and well before time. The field executive was very rude and charged us a fine of rs. 5000 for damaging the windscreen for which we had not committed. He was not ready to speak with us and instead told us to call the customer service helpline number, who also was very impolite. It looked like they all were connected and were doing a scam.
      We had paid an amount of rs. 3000/- as a refundable deposit and they have taken this amount and told us to pay an outstanding due of rs. 2000/- extra.

      Please help us in getting back our deposit and removing the fine amount.

      Based on all the details shared we did recheck on the damage charges levied on the booking. As per our records maintained by our ground team, we understand that the damage was not present at the time of vehicle delivery. Also, we did check the video shared and we are unable to find any crack on the windshield.

      We regret we will not be able to reverse/reduce the damage charges added to the booking.

        I am from pune and my cycle no is 3221933.
        I used pedl only for 4-5 mins and locked it manually because app wasn't working properly and today i got a message saying that trip has been ended and i have charged a huge amount. Please do something.
        I didn't use bicycle more than 4-5mins then why so much bill and i am pretty sure that i locked the bicycle.

          I booked a car for a trip of 300km from kharghar and received my car at 8% fuel. The zoomcar assistant present there refused to fuel the tank and said i'll have to do it myself. So for the complete journey i filled the fuel worth rs2500. After uploading the bills zoomcar refunds only rs2148 i. E. Rs352 less. Policies state that all the bills uploaded will be refunded completely but here it fails. Also the coustomer care on call doesn't help in any manner. I talked to to an executive named preetam. Instead of offering any help he straight away said talk to other team within 24hrs. Very poor coustomer service. Please help me out with my money. Please contact me at [protected]@gmail.com

            Used cycle no.3215675 from uttara tritiya housing complex, rajarhat, kolkata
            Returned after 38 min, unable to end trip with error request timed-out
            It's been 30 hours past that, locked the cycle and went home, i can't stand beside this stupid cycle more,
            I know the money is minuscule here, but it's the principle here of charging more what he was promised before.
            And still can;t end the trip
            No customer care number to call to
            Wtf am i suppose to do just let you guys leach my paytm balance to eternity

              Unable to end my pedl trip and the meter is going on and it have reached 3 + hours now, i used for less than 1 hour.
              Also in the station there were 2 cycle already parked and while ending the trip, the app is not working wel and says station is full and finally i had leave the station after locking the cycle, since there were no other option.
              Kindly end this trip. Cycle number is 3185690.

                I tried ending the trip maximum 10 times and above on the parking station with high speed 4g data connection but i'm unable to end the trip within the time. It been 14 hrs 12 minit and all of my money total 87/- is deducted unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. Either... I shall be take action for the matter

                    Hello, this ia extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in Aundh, Pune. My cycle number is 3237202.. I unclocked the cycle and my trip started since morning 5.24 PM on 11th September. And the cycle wasnt unlocked. I tried ending the trip but im unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. It been 3 days and all of a sudden my money is deducted unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. And the most annoying fact is you dont have an instant helpline number service, in such discrepancies and emergency situations.
                    I request you to immeadiately end the trip and refund my money back.

                      I b. Venkatesh i have facing so many problems with zoom car customer care and they are not refunding my money and not at all answering properly.. I have taken car at 11-8-18. car was too worst and it was not in condition at all when i have taken the car also i have informed to zoom car person he told no cars was available at that time. Diesel was also not their and it remains only 10% oil i have uploaded 2 bills but they was not accepting that bills why because one bill i have went to loop line area so he was given gst bill with hand writing bill. And also the car was breakdown the same day at 7.30pm i have complained so many times to customer care but the technician was camed at next day mrng 8.o clock full nyt i and my family was a watch mans for that car.. Still now my bills amount was not refunded.. Plz respond as soon as possible sir..

                        Hello,

                        I have used the pedl cycle no 3242296 on monday 10th september from sadhu vasvani chowk to lohiya nagar and lock and paid the fare through paytm.

                        But today thursday 13th september receive a cal from pedl cycle employee asking me for the cycle. As they said the cycle is still missing as i told them the exact location where i have park the cycle.

                        And then after login to the zoom car app for cycle status found that the ride is still active on my account and showing charges of rs 384 which i have never use.

                        Please help me to end the ride and cancel the charges which i haven't use.

                          My brother is facing alot of issues with the pedl cycles. He is in 9th and uses it to school every morning and afternoon. The other day he tried to unlock 3 cycles, wherein 2 cycles had their chain broken already and he was charged 3 bucks anyway. Also once he tried to unlock one cycle and it did unlock but charged him for it. This happened for 2 cycles consecutively. Sometimes he found cycle stations where all cycles had their chains removed and had to walk some good distance till the next station. Also, he has faced the issue where was unable to end trip even after the cycle was parked in the station. As per your say it ends in 10 minutes but that did not happen and charged him 27 rupees. Then next day he was again charged 15 rupees. Please help us with a dedicated customer care number for situations like this or atleast an email or chat. It is important because small kids are using your services and also relying on it.

                            Yesterday evening i was trying to end the pedl trip. I tried for 1 hour continuously then i delinked my paytm wallet from the app. It was about to charge 3 rs for my 16 min journey but it put on hold my 12 rupees in paytm wallet and they got deductued and still now after 17 hours it is not cancelled yet and showing 102 rupees cost.
                            Now again not getting cancelled. I want this issue to be resolved asap. My cycle no. Is 3165608.
                            I wany my 9 rupees back and this 102 amount must get cleared from my account.

                              I have started ride with cycle no. 3247401 at 8:36pm and i wanted to keep the cycle aside. So i have locked it (Did not end trip). Immediately 6 rs has been deducted and within few minutes, as i have locked, once again 3 rs has got deducted. I tried to start trip with same cycle once again. Trip has started but was not getting unlocked. I have stopped trip after raising a complaint. 3rs has got deducted. I tried to unlock same one again. And it didnt unlock. But money has got deducted. So 3times unnecessarily money has got deducted complaint. After an hour, again money has been deducted from my paytm twice. I am afraid that it may get deducted continuously till my wallet get empty.

                              And i got a message that my complaint is resolved. I don't know what kind of resolution it is because that message didn't contain about the resolution.

                              All i am worried is that, though the cycle did not get unlocked, why am i responsible to get paid multiple times?

                              I have ended my pedal trip on 5th sep 2018 at 1.50 pm. Today is 7 th sep 2018, I am mot using the cycle still bill is increasing. I have tried several times to end the trip but cannot end my trip not even extend trip is working. Tried to contact your service several times but, no service or no assistance I am getting from pedal services.

                                Just booked my first trip with zoom car on 7th of sept 2018. Everything seemed fine until zoom car refused to pay back the fuel bill of inr 500. Since this was my first trip, i picked up the car and the person who handed over the keys to me asked me to fuel up the car and upload the bill in the app. I exactly followed the instructions but to my shock zoomcar refused to pay back the same mentioning some vague policy... This is cheating...

                                  I had booked zoom car on 26 aug 2018 for day (11:30 am to 8:30 pm) for 50 km. While pick up the car lh side rear view mirror was damaged and some crashes on front bumper. I had mentioned same in inspection sheet as there was no attendant to handover the car as its app based pick up. After completing ride i dropped the car as it condition without any damages. After 2 days i got the bill of 6700 approximately in which they had wrongly mentioned the extra kms coverage and damage charges which was already happened. After mail complaint to the zoom car they reduced the wrongly mentioned the extra kms charges but kept damage charges same. After series of mail i could not get any response from zoom car and still damage charge reflecting on my account. I feel they should stop this app based pick and drop, some attendant should be there for same.
                                  This is mentally harassing, please help me to resolve this issue.

                                  Thanks for reply.
                                  Before going to drive I had filled inspection report in that I had mentioned same. Again for outstanding amount zoom car had mentioned wrong amount from that only I can understand that how much accurate your billing pattern is. Zoom car co-ordinate also contacted me and I replied the same thing. Again You can check the service docs which was available inside the car showing damage was before my drive. Honestly speaking I am not lying.

                                    Booked a zoomcar for my journey to kerala on the 26th of aug. Since i am expected to pay a state permit tax during my entry to kerala i paid an amount of 8000 inr at the rto check post while entering kerala from kootukulam side, thats the entry from virajpet, in karnataka.

                                    Post return of the vehicle, i showed the state permit receipt to the executive present there, who verified the bill and was surprised at the amount being 8000. After which i took the picture of the same and uploaded it for refund on zoomcar tool.

                                    Now its been more than 2 weeks and the response i have been constantly receiving is that the picture is not clear and that they do not find the receipt that i have left behind.

                                    I am not sure how to get this resolved, do i have to file a case at the police station, or is there a place where i can call the concerned team at zoomcar to get this resolved.

                                      I have parked the cycle at the right parking spot and trying to end the trip but unable to do so. And i am being charged for it still. There is no customer care number to help also. I tried to force end the trip and unable to do that as well. Worst service ever without any customer support. How am I supposed to end trip? Pleas help. I am still being charged from my Paytm account. And also this is not the first time it has happened like this to me. Please check attached photos for this issue.

                                      Attaching more images to show that issue is still continuing and now the fare has gone up to ₹12. I have used the cycle for 1hour, so the fare should be ₹6. But because I’m unable to end the trip the fare keeps going up. And still no idea how to claim for a refund

                                      Finally the trip has ended and now the final fare is ₹18. It should have been ₹6. I don’t know how and when and if at all I will get my refund from zoom car. I have updated the images .

                                        Booked a car on 26th august. And within 60 km the car stopped moving. We complained they made us to wait in middle of forest for 5 hr at nyt 12. They promised to intimate refund within 5 days. Its been 15days for today daily i'm gona cal them they tell u will get call back within 24hrs and no 1 call me.. And nxt time when i call dey said we called u but u didn't rcve d call... From last 15 days its going.. Is it so worst or is it our problem that we choose zoom car.
