I have ordered on Zopnow today of Rs. 1045. However, no confirmation of the same is received, This amount is debited from my account. Either refund my money or deliver the ordered items. Please do the needful....

This website is taken our money and not sent any other information....

I placed order with this ecommerce site on 28th April, 2021. However, just after the payment of Rs. 1540.80 my cart was showing empty. Signup was also not required.
They are hugely advertising in social media. How come authorities are not taking any action against such fraud companies. So many people have been duped.
I am attaching my payment details for your reference.
Kindly help me to get back my hard earned money...

I made payment of Rs.1143.8 on 27 April 21 but it landed on manual payment confirmation page. It said they will confirm in 30 minutes. But it’s been more than 24 hours but no response. I emailed on [protected]@zopnow.in but they did not acknowledge the receipt and nor refunded me the money back....

I have made purchase of plus rs 600/- on 26th April 2021 and I was supposed to recieve product today but nothing reached yet. Money been deducted from my UPI a/c. but neither my order is in cart nor in track my order file.

Please advise?

I placed my order on 26 Apr 2021 Rs.617 for groceries and the amount got debited thru UPI ID[protected] . I did not received any order and now when I call IVR ask to enter access code. I also contact thru email but nothing any response....

On 28-apr-2021, at 10:41 my payment debit against my order but the order is not successful. Please return my money. As soon as possible my account no is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com...

I have placed an order on ZOPNOW online on 26th Apr 2021 for with of 615. Money deducted but order not confirmed.

Can you please us to get the money refunded......

I made payment using PhonePay and order number did not get generated

I had made a purchase on 28/4/2021 and paid an amount of 1135.25. However I am unable to see the order details as well as not received any details about the order. My bank account has been debited. Please provide me with the order details or refund my money....

First time i have used this website due to lockdown in bangalore . I have placed order and paid ..payment status is showing as pending. Can you check payment received or not for the order #[protected]. Now i if i try to login, it is showing user not found. Amount debited is 1063.05. Either delever the items or refund the amount....
