I have done shopping on zopnow also paid through UPI of Rs. 919/ but I have not revived purchased item nor I have got any confirmation via email / sms. Is this is a fraud.

Transaction ID T2104242135150052159760 Which has been successfully Deducted from my account but on your website my order is not placed till now. I didn't get any response from your customers care team no any one has call and ask about this. My contact number is [protected]

                          I recently this morning 24th April, visited your zopnow wesite which was advertised on YouTube, I was very much happy to see the offers and decided to create a login with e-mal, [protected]@gmail.com.

                          I selected the required product of daily need and made the payment through Gpay UPI, but still now I did not get any receipt or confirmation sms or email of my order, so can you please check and help here.

                          I'm attaching here with the screen shot of my Gpay payment done to your site this morning.

                                Hi Zopnow,

                                Made the purchase, payment was made for the order ( UPI ) .

                                No order received and no confirmation msg or mail.

                                Request ZopNow to refund the amount .

                                They don't have a customer care number to contact for without the order number .

                                No Email response as well.

                                very bad experience :(
