I have done shopping on zopnow also paid through UPI of Rs. 919/ but I have not revived purchased item nor I have got any confirmation via email / sms. Is this is a fraud....

On 24th April I transferred 627/- Via G-pay for an order but zopnow never sent or replied any SMS or Email.
My invoice no[protected]...

Ordered today 25th April'21 morning,
fund payment was made via Amazon UPI, email id [protected]@gmail.com,
[protected] but did not receive any confirmation on delivery nor refund update....

I have ordered items, amount deducted from account but order camcelled...i did not get refund...my oder number[protected]...
if don't get responce or refund i will post in all social media as i did not get any responce in concerned email...

Yesterday i have done a transaction of about rs 1996 from my phonpe account reference no UTR .[protected] . Transaction ID T2104242135150052159760 Which has been successfully Deducted from my account but on your website my order is not placed till now. I didn't get any response from your customers care team no any one has call and ask about this. My contact number is [protected]...

I have placed an order by paying through UPI method and payment got successful but order not placed.

I had order from zopnow money also deducted but not got confirmation.
So please refund my money ....

Money deducted and no response.. Pls do revert back....

I recently this morning 24th April, visited your zopnow wesite which was advertised on YouTube, I was very much happy to see the offers and decided to create a login with e-mal, [protected]@gmail.com.

I selected the required product of daily need and made the payment through Gpay UPI, but still now I did not get any receipt or confirmation sms or email of my order, so can you please check and...

I have seen add at YouTube and ordered products at total amount of 602
After online payment i have got nothing order confirmation or any sms or any mail
Please be aware if these fake websites and help people...

My money has Deducted from my googlepay wallet reference no.36306.
Amount rs 605. My payment has Deducted but order has not palced. I have also e-mail to customer care but no response and phone number is also fake...

Hi Zopnow,

Made the purchase, payment was made for the order ( UPI ) .

No order received and no confirmation msg or mail.

Request ZopNow to refund the amount .

They don't have a customer care number to contact for without the order number .

No Email response as well.

I shop on zopnow.in and make a payment online via Google pay and number given by the app Does not exist I apy 612 rs ONLINE. No order confirmation and not yet refund also....

Ayment made through Amazon pay of amount Rs.1784.70, but my order no #[protected] was not confirmed.
then filed complaint FIR on cybercrime Hyderabad...

I have just ordered grocery for delivery on 26 Apr but no confirmation received. I have paid through upi and UPI Ref no[protected]....
