Today of 27 April 2021 I have ordered some vegetables, etc and I even paid 947 rupees but I didn't get any information about my order whether it is confirmed or not but my payment was successfully done....

I order around 512 worth of goods I paid the amount but I haven't got any mail or sms of my order placement I need eather the goods or refund my money....

Just sucked for the first time on payment of grocery order but after getting paid from Paytm Money was deducted from my account but the order on my screen was not successful and not coming any massage from company side So please refund me my money as soon as possible And I am attaching the file of payment screen shot and transaction id to you...

Rs. 2096/- paid through upi. Amount deducted. But no confirmation from zopnow's end. No order id. Blank 'Order Status', 'order history'. Invalid customer care number.
Its a fraud I guess.
What about my money?...

Having some doubt about one of website and it's offers.Earlier we used to purchase from zopnow.com and it's not operational for past few years.Now some fake website is available and it's address is zopnow.in.Could you please take necessary action otherwise they will cheat many poor people....

632rs got deducted through UPI payment but there's no order confirmation...

Placed an order worth 684 and paid successfully favouring ZOPNOW via google pay. The order was not confirmed even after successful payment in 25th April around 1.30 pm. Want my payment to be refunded positively...

I have made a payment of Rs. 731 to Zopnow today 26th April 2021 at 7.43pm through Gpay but I haven't received any confirmation message through email or sms. I didn't get any order id. I want zopnow to please refund my amount or product delivered. Tried reaching out to the Customer support given in the website [protected] but no response....

My order is done but no conformation message from the company and payment is also done from me...

534/- amount was deducted from my bank account and your company said delivery is not possible on your location... if not possible then refund my amount... their is no contact details of your company... if your company is such a big then their no contact details of your company... plz refund my money as early as possible otherwise i have the proofs I’ll directly go to consumer court for this type of fraud... so plz refund my amount as early...

I made payment of Rs.628 on 24April21. but it landed on manual payment confirmation page. It said they will confirm in 30 minutes. But it’s been more than 48 hours but no response. I emailed on [protected]@zopnow.in but they did not acknowledge the receipt....
