Just sucked for the first time on payment of grocery order but after getting paid from Paytm Money was deducted from my account but the order on my screen was not successful and not coming any massage from company side So please refund me my money as soon as possible And I am attaching the file of payment screen shot and transaction id to you

Rs. 2096/- paid through upi. Amount deducted. But no confirmation from zopnow's end. No order id. Blank 'Order Status', 'order history'. Invalid customer care number.
Its a fraud I guess.
What about my money?

Having some doubt about one of website and it's offers.Earlier we used to purchase from zopnow.com and it's not operational for past few years.Now some fake website is available and it's address is zopnow.in.Could you please take necessary action otherwise they will cheat many poor people.

I have made a payment of Rs. 731 to Zopnow today 26th April 2021 at 7.43pm through Gpay but I haven't received any confirmation message through email or sms. I didn't get any order id. I want zopnow to please refund my amount or product delivered. Tried reaching out to the Customer support given in the website [protected] but no response.
