I have placed an order sum of 614rs on 26th April 2021, here iam attaching my payment receipt. Order not confirmed but amount was deducted. Plase revert back my amount....

I have purchased groceries for your website zopnow.in. I have made the successful payment Via Gpay after scanning it from my desktop.
It showed me that the payment is successfully done and deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting the same in your website.

This was the first time I have purchased from your website and found out that its utterly slow and not responsive.

Today morning we ordered some products and the bill was 719 rupees .we paid through Gpay at time 8.25am but we didn't get any conformation about that order .we deducted the amount.please return my amount and I send mail but no response or send order products.my number is [protected].please sir.

On 24/4 I paid a sum of Rs.679 via their app, through Google pay for Eggs and goat meat. While the money was deducted no confirmation could be recorder on their app.

I got the below message from Bank as well.
