I have purchased groceries for your website zopnow.in. I have made the successful payment Via Gpay after scanning it from my desktop.
It showed me that the payment is successfully done and deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting the same in your website.

This was the first time I have purchased from your website and found out that its utterly slow and not responsive.

On 24/4 I paid a sum of Rs.679 via their app, through Google pay for Eggs and goat meat. While the money was deducted no confirmation could be recorder on their app.

Money is deducted from my account but order is not placed . Paid through Gpay.

I got the below message from Bank as well.

"INR 1240.7 debited from A/c no. XX1985 on[protected]:17:18 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/Cashfree/ICICI Ban/. Avl Bal- INR 4372.25. Call [protected] if not done by you."
