My money got deducted from my account with transaction ID: T2104280812126053036336 and Zopnow order number:[protected] but the status in the site says pending payment. Customer care doesn't work or help in this. Please help....

I had placed an order on Zopnow.in and paid 722 rupees online as there is no COD available even after 1 day neither I got my order nor even order confirmation from the website.

When I am trying to track my order by login on zopnow website there is no account or order showing there.

Request the concern team please look into the issue and help in resolving the same

I ordered Grocery for Rs.3265.2. Money was paid through Amazon Pay through ICICI portal.
I did not receive any confirmation from the company and no grocery received.
Payment confirmation and ID attached...

Please refund my payment because of order is cancelled but payment was done payment deducted my account...

I have bought the items of INR 401 and paid INR75 as shipping charges. Post deduction of payment i have not got my order confirmation but amount is deducted from my account....

The website was fraud and I had paid Rs 606/-
