In my youtube there was it's advertisement so I Googled it and orderd veggies and fruit
I made an order of 662 but no confirmation is provided on customer service they are asking for order no but I didn't received it

Hi I made a payment of Rs, 1, 114.35 on 24th April'21 at 4:19 pm to Zopnow.in, against the order No #[protected]. Money got deducted from my UPI account and it said that havent received the payment and the order got canceled.

Kindly refund the money in my account.

I placed an order with Zopnow this morning, 24th April 2021, and also paid through UPI for the amount of RS 1231. The amount got debited from my account (ref:[protected] but there was no confirmation on my order. When checked, it doesn't show any order history or registration of my email account.
I emailed their customer care about my money that got debited without having my order confirmed, but, there is no response from them. I also have placed a complaint on their website, but, till now there is no acknowledgement for the same.
I need to have a refund of my money, if not the products.
I am attaching screenshot of the pay confirmation from Paytm.

I place n order for groceries item n paid amount through gpay but till now I didn't get any confirmation according order

I have made payment of 601 on 24 April 2021 by upi but no confirmation received and no product has been delivered. Please help in resolving this issue and help in getting refund.

So i ordered my order of fruits and vegetables on 24 april 2021 .I made my payment through paytm and my money got deducted but it said your order has been manually...
my order is not even placed and my money has been deducted from my account

Hi,

I have ordered vegetables from zopnow.in and money was deducted from my account. However, no order was delivered to me. Their customer care number does not work. Even they donot reply on emails as well.

This is fraud company which is charging money however not delivering good.

Kindly assist me by refunding my money.

There ads are still visible on YouTube again trying to rob people..

I have placed an order form zopnow site. Money is deducted from my account but the order is not placed yet. There is no confirmation or response from the company. I have attached the transaction screenshot.

I placed this order today, 24 April at 11:54 AM. The amount was 604.00. The transaction details are as follows:

I need a refund of my order as my order was never placed. When I tried to view my order from my orders section, I got logged out and I am unable to login now. It says "Invalid username or email".

I also tried contacting the customer support but the IVR asks me to press the conference code. The entire company is a hoax. Requesting you to kindly help refund the amount.
