I'm a new user in zopnow. But I feel regret now why I shop in it. I login through my email id and select the product and check out it. Once I enter the address it took me to the payment page and asked to me to pay through upi. I entered my husband phonepe no. It ask me to pay by scanning the qr code, I payed by scanning the qr code through my husband mobile number and the transaction is also successful. But when I saw the order status it shows pending.so I try to raise the ticket but I couldn't.. I tried to contact customer care but I've asked me to enter access code. Now the biggest problem is I want to know the order no so when I check by clicking order history it ask me to login.. I enter my credentials it shows user cannot found... I didn't expect this... I'm enclosing the screen shot of the payment transaction... Kindly check and proceeds my order otherwise refund my amount Asap...

      I have order placed in my UPI account 611 rupees my payment deducted in my account but not any confirmation this side is fraud plzz aware this side and send msg to many people and awareness for this site send messages to many people for this site plzz return my payment

        I hav placed order and money was deducted as per attached confirmation acknowledgement from G Pay. However order is not visible. Pl do needful to deliver the items or refund the money ie Rs 1035/

              I made a payment of INR 1047.85 through UPI reference[protected] against order placed by me today (21/04/2021), a short while ago. However I have not received any confirmation on my phone [protected] or email khera.[protected]@gmail.com.
              Also while checking my account I find no order is booked.
              Please either confirm the order or return my amount.

                    I kept order twice amount is deducted through gpay but order was not placed and more over when I opened order history it is not showing any orders in my account. Amount is deducted twice bot there in no confirmation from zopnow and I tried to contact customercare there is no response.i think is is a fraud company so I m complaining here. Kindly solve this issue refund the amount of 1560 and 1590 asal

                      I kept two orders today. When I tried to open the account it is showing that I have to register again and my email is not yet registered. When I registered again with same email my account seems new and I'd does not contain any orders . But I kept two orders and paid Rs 1560 and Rs 1590 through gpay. I mailed to customer care but no response . So I m complaining here. Kindly refund my amount asap

                                I am, Nagaraj from Bangalore. Due to corona restrictions for next 15 days. Ordered vegies online through zopnow.in on 22/4/2021 around 9am, after paying 1073.50 through UPI id[protected] order not confirmed, tried to reach out care team through mail no response, no contact no available to raise issue.
                                After checking online reviews came to know many customers facing the similar issues.

                                Need help in getting Refund or Ordered items.

                                        I placed an order on Zopnow's online portal for an amount of Rs 622 on 20th April and the same was deducted from my account. But,
                                        just like me not many were aware of the fact at the time of placing the order that Zopnow has closed its operations in 2019. This is a massive scale online scam for duping consumers accross the country. How is this company allowed to even advertise in 2021, this is being done deliberately by the senior management in the company and calls for a several legal action. It is not about money it is more about such offenders should not go scot-free.
