I ordered groceries worth 659 on zopnow website but after ordering no confirmation mail or message came neither the amount is refunded....

I made a payment of INR 1054 through UPI reference[protected] against order placed by me today (21/04/2021), a short while ago. However I have not received any confirmation on my phone [protected] or email khera.[protected]@gmail.com.
Also while checking my account I find no order is booked.
Please either confirm the order or return my amount....

I have placed an order in zopnow. Money has been deducted but order is not confirmed. Now the order showing cancelled. I want Money refunded....

I made an order on zopnow.com and made a payment of rs 651 but my payment got deducted but order didnt got confirmed....

I have visited zopnow site and made a purchase of 485 rupees, money got deducted from my account and still order is not confirmed or no acknowledgement is received. I'm unable to login also it is stating as invalid user name.
I have made my payment using phonepe below is the reference details.

Please sir after watching ad on YouTube I ordered groceries from this site they only accept upi payment they debited 1650 from my bank account. I didn't receive any mail or massege about my order pls refund my money in this covid lockdown it is a fraud company....

I paid Rs. 653 by BHIM UPI for some items (order no.[protected]. Amount was debited and confirmation was received. Now there is no message from ZopNow. Even I am unable to access account. Message is that 'e-mail is not valid'. This appears to be multi-layered cyber fraud. I am going to lodge a complaint with IT Cell to haul them and teach them a lesson of life....

I tried to palace order money double-time deducted in my account but ordered not placed.

This website or app is completely fraud. They are just looting in the name of Covid that they do not provide COD option due to Home ministry guidelines.
While there is no such thing in case of other online shopping options like Amazon etc.
Please do not check out through any option other than COD if available....

But I don't see the order on zopnow. in website. There in no response when called on which is mentioned on their website. Please help to get my money back....

I placed an order for amount Rs.609/- to zopnow an online grocery shopping site. I chose the delivery slot of wednesday evening 6pm to 9pm. I paid through googlepay, the payment is successful but when i rechecked i came to know that there was no history of my order. Kindly help me out....

I think this is a fake manipulating fraud site giving ad. on you tube, once the order is booking you get a QR code for UPI payment, once you make a payment the order is not confirmed or or message, the site disappears and your money is taken away, no body responses to the complain nor the money is refubded. IT IS A VERY BIG FRAUD....

I placed order twice and money got deducted twice.
Money from my and my wife google pay deducted. But no order received..

1st order with phonepe [protected] of Rs.645.00. I didn't get the order number.
2nd order with phonepe [protected] of Rs. 600 and order no.is 24361.....
