I have ordered groceries worth Rs. 608 from 'zopnow.in' on 14th April 2021 and payment was done via UPI. The delivery was expected the next day but products were not delivered

On the website, the order details have vanished and I am unable to track the order. Tried dropping mails to the mail id - [protected]@zopnow.in
as mentioned on the website but did not receive any response.

Please help me get a refund for this amount and cancel my order.

On 13th April I have purchased grocery from ZOPNOW.In for Rs 1696.95 two orders, but came to know this is fraud. Please close the website ZOPNOW.IN immediately otherwise innocent people will get cheated.

I ordered groceries on 10th Apr 2021 and paid the amount. But I had not received the items

I placed an order on Zopnow first time. i filled out all the delivery details and they asked for payment. I payed 1083, thru google pay which is deducted. but then the screen still asked for payment. did not refresh nor did it generat the order and now its showing order has been marked for manual payment verification Their customer care number is automated and ask for some 6 digit code. I have Ordered meat products and vegetables from zopnow.in on 4-4-2021, payment done via UPI, they said the next day delivery.but product not received yet, i have requested for a refund through email mentioned on their website.but they did not respond.please help.

I purchased groceries on sale from Zopnow.in website on 4th April 2021.
I placed 3 different orders (order numbers 19386, 19390 and 19392) amounting to Rs. 2, 495.95 in total (Rs 603, Rs 1273.95, Rs 619).
I paid using BHIM app (Transactions #[protected],[protected] and[protected].
I registered on the zopnow.in website with my mobile and email. After the sale time expired, my registration was deleted.
I called the company phone number, but the company phone number given on the website does not pick up. The email sent to the company has not been responded to till date.
My orders have not been delivered till today (10th April 2021) although they were promised to be delivered by 6th April 2021.
I later read reviews on internet and there are a lot of negative reviews alleging fraud, about zopnow.in
This website is still operating with impunity and defrauding innocent consumers (as checked on 10th Aril 2021).

I want a complete refund of my payments.

We placed order on the app on 8th april 2021 and payment was also done through UPi (gpay). We were been told that delivery will be done by 9th april. We did direct transaction without registration and also we didnt receive any confirmation for order. We need our money back. I have attached gpay payment screenshot for reference.

I have placed some grocery from Zopnow.in App on 07.04.2021 At 9.30Am . Payment for rs 1722.05 has been done in this regard through the Gpay . At the time of placing the order, I had not created an ID on your website. But still not received any mail or confirmation message regarding this.
i want my money back.
