      I have placed some grocery from Zopnow.in App on 07.04.2021 At 9.30Am . Payment for rs 1272.05 has been done in this regard through the Gpay . At the time of placing the order, I had not created an ID on your website. But still not received any mail or confirmation message regarding this.
      i want my money back.

            My order number is 19926. I paid through upi. Also after payment there was showing the payment status pending. But money has deducted from my account.
            And when I checked my order status it's showing that order had canceled. I'm a new customer and my first order experience is not good with 'zopnow'.
            So give my refund or continue the order otherwise I have to take another step.
            I'm also attaching the payment receipt and order status screenshot.
            Please resolve it as soon as possible.

            I had placed an order on zopnow.in via their website. Company is giving promo offers to make purchases through them. But after placing order, same got fraudulently cancelled at the date of delivery by them.& they are not even refunding the money for no reason. I am following up from very long with them over phone, mail & social media for refunding my money. It seems to be a fraud company. They are not at all responding. I saw many other users on twitter cheated by them. Kindly help to resolve this issue.

              Placed first order on site https://zopnow.in/ having order no.[protected]. Made payment using UPI. Payment confirmation attached. The order status is showing 'Payment pending'.

              Tried to open a ticket online but on submission, it shows the compaint registered for an unknown email ID. No response received in my registered email ID.

                    Hi,

                    I have placed an order with order id 19624 and paid the amount of Rs.1073 successfully via UPI transaction. But I am not able to find the order in my account and my account itself is removed. Please refer to the attached screenshot for the payment details.

                    I strongly believe that they are trying to cheat many people like this. Please take action on this fraud company and help me in getting my money back.

                            I want to bring to the notice that I had placed an order for few grocery items from Zopnow for which I also made the payment through Google Pay amounting to Rs.635/- on 12.02.21 and items were supposed to be delivered on 14.02.21. I am really annoyed to see that such a big company has started duping the valued customers off their hard earned money. This would lead for disaster of the company their promoters as well as their related concerns and if all the customers collectively approach all the cheaters will go behind the bars. I request that money of all the people should be returned and further fraud deals should be stopped with immediate effect.

                              I tried to place order today morning and gave my mail id. I was able to select the items, add to card, give shipping address and make payment vide googlepay. But no confirmation about the order was received. Now I am now able to trace the order also as it says invalid mail id or user name.

                                    I order some grocery but it never asked me to register. Directly to payment page and I paid Rs 600 plus amount online using UPI.
                                    But now it says you're cart is empty. And no orders history. I feel cheated..
