Updated by Rafiqparveen Parveen Not refunding money and delivering products not yet showing paid .please refund my money twice it debited of Rs 788 once and rs 788 second time

    Dear Sir,

    I have ordered vegetables and grocery worth Rs. 646 on 1st Feb. 2021. and the amount got deducted at 4.37 pm from my Gpay but I didn't receive products nor mail nor message .Seems to be fraud company pls take action . Please see the below details of payment deducted.

        I have ordered 13 items mostly vegetables online and paid Rs. 867/= on 5th Feb'2021 .Attaching the payment received confirmation screen shot here :
        UPI-RAZORPAY SOFTWARE PR-BHARATPE.[protected]@indus-INDB[protected]-Payment from Phone .
        It was mentioned that it would be delivered the next day, But no online confirmation received towards the said order or any order id.

                                I have placed an order today and money got deducted but order hasn't got created. When I researched more, no contact address and fake account and registration process. When we raise a complaint through the contact option, it is also and doesn't register a complaint.
