We ordered from zopnow online shopping groceries but amount debited from my account there is ni confirmation from the company products also not received...

Dear Sir,

I have ordered vegetables and grocery worth Rs. 646 on 1st Feb. 2021. and the amount got deducted at 4.37 pm from my Gpay but I didn't receive products nor mail nor message .Seems to be fraud company pls take action . Please see the below details of payment deducted.

My self payment done on 03 Feb for the amount of 600 rupees but till now nobody can response not refund the money or deliver the item...

I have ordered 13 items mostly vegetables online and paid Rs. 867/= on 5th Feb'2021 .Attaching the payment received confirmation screen shot here :

Hi I have ordered groceries from zopnow. Amount 1056.40 RS got debited from my account. But order still shows payment pending. I think this is a scam company. I Reached out customer care no response also I raised concern through mail-id [protected]@zopnow.in that's also not working....
