Your customer service is so pathetic i cant tellhttp://www.aircel.com/hone is not activated with any VAS and confirmed by SMS STOP on 155223.and even after that amount is getting deducted daily by MSG NDAIRPI2 service Auto Renewal .If you Cheat like this your license must be terminated.Till yet approx 200 has already deducted.Kindly resolve the issue.

How dare you guys just deducting my balance without informing me. I tried to contact you guys several times but it a wastage of time. I need a refund of my balance, i am frustrated from all this from now on wards i will never suggest anyone to use aircel. I just need refund of my balance...

I am having a aircel number above 5 years. I have already activated DND service. 13th August 2016 without my knowledge the company activated fun tv. Since I never like these things and the aircel pupil have taken money from my account. Immediately deactivate fun tv subscription and return the money to my account. My cell number is [protected]. These messges of different subscription come everyday... Most of the time i dont have balance in my mobile... But this time i had... Now this cost me... I can do nothing... These messeges come and i cant even keep balance as i may get subsrcibed...

I am from West Bengal. My Mob. no is [protected][Prepaid] Last month I received offer for recharging Rs7/-.& benefit call rate will be 10 p/min A-A in all local A-A calls-I received this offer 3 times in 12 days never got the facility. Lastly yesterday I received offer 0f Rs.13.00 and all the call rate will be 1.2p/2sec validity 30 days but after recharging when I tried to call I found that for 12 sec. they charged 50 paisa. What is this....

Aircel charged extra amount Rs. 1321/- stating that i used data in roaming and it was latched with idea network.
When i asked my Aircel number latched with idea & other network while roaming - Then GPRS should not work with the same Aircel Access Point Name (aircelgprs).
Aircel team are unable to justify my concern, they are not giving refund....

I bought aircel data card for 3 GB @399 Rs. when I try to connect internet in my home(pincode 602025) it is showing as 2G and speed is very less. Iam sorry to say from April 2016, Iam facing the problem with Aircel.

They are charging extra amount without usage. Also they have still not updated my new address even after submitting the same in Aircel showroom.

When asked for clarification they told me that by mistake it was charged.

Now again in July 2016 month, amount was charged...

I hve been charged Rs.75 for glamour zone renewal today, There was no intimation about activation and why such service gets activated without the subscriber approval, i am well educated to understand whether I have clicked for activation or not. This is just fooling and earing money, This is not the first time I am goint thru this issue, and no answer from aricel team....
