Wrongly deducteded from a/c multiple times

My mobile no is [protected]. Aircel deducteded rs. 35 from my a/c by intensely. This is 4th time. Then i reported customer care but they tell me that it will not refundable. If it will not be refunded then i'll leave the network by the process of mnp. Aircel the worst company of india. Continue calling the customer care but they are busy anytime. Please get in touch....

Deduct money from balance

I recharged of rs.50/- and got 45/- something rupees after few calls i have remaining 40/- rupees but after few days i checked, my balance was nil. I tried to complaint in 198 number of aircel customer care they never gave me solution even didn't back my money. After long time, i recharged with rs.20/- or 10/- then that money was also charged and nil.
I am facing this issue from a very long time but i didn't complaint but now its overwhelming....

I was call aircel customer care many times but they replied that due to technical problem in our system we can resolve your problem.
This shows completely uncare or careless about customer problem....

Actual my plan for std is frst 120 seconds 2p/1sec after that it charged 1p/2seconds but here not deducted plan wise for 20 minutes it charged 10.44 rs how?
Actually its charge for frst 120 second 2.40 rs afterthat for 1078 sec 5.40 rs totally 7.60 rs but here 10.44 rs charged ur network.. When i call to customer care to enquire about this they are totally irregular on their duties...

I was told on 28.04.16 that the excess amount will be sent via a cheque on 28.04.16 and i'll be receiving it within 60 working days. It is more than 80 working days now, and i still haven't received the cheque. This is causing me a big trouble. My patience is becoming very thin, all i need is my refund.
