Trying to connect Airtel 3G in Delhi using dongle Huawei E303C. It tries to connect for a long time, then gives the message "A connection to the remote computer could not be established.". Validity will expire on 25th november, and ~2/3 of the data plan (~650 mb) is still unused. I'm tired of getting ripped off by Airtel....

I dont understand if Airtel sales guy are well aware of their connection guidelines or procedures..

I stay in a multifloor building where we dont have airtel broadband coverage...but the adjacent apartment is having the coverage..

so when i contacted this sales guy Joy ([protected]), he asked me to get the permission from apartment association manager so that he can give the connection..

This complain is regarding reference no:11594414, registered on 12/11/2013 at 08:44pm. I made a call to the Airtel money customer care for availing the offer of Right choice magazine. As my Airtel money Super account is not eligible to make Online shopping, i asked him that can i take this offer after not eligible to make Online shopping. The extra clip charges are being charged i.e. rs. 25 every month from past 7 years ( december 2006).
