Very worst customer service by IFB in Chennai. They even turn back.

We are using IFB washing machine and the machine is in Extended waranty we paid 1500 Rs for that.

15 days before we face an Issue. The water was not drained out. We contact custom no 18604255678...

My washing machine is not in working condition since 14th august. 1st we were told the motor needs to be replaced which took more than a week. then again it stopped working and till date it has not been repaired. pathetic service from IFB....

IFB service in bangalore is quite pathetic and even senior mmanagement is not listening.

I logged original call on 18 march (1635661) and paid close to 4000 rupees for service rendered. The service engineer did not have patience to test his work and left the place after collecting...

The unserviceble washing machine has not been repaired since 22 Jan 2008, (complaint no 1496621).
The call to Mr Dutta , their manager at Pune has also not evoked any respose. We are forced to wash clothes by hand in this winter season since last 3 weeks.
Pl help....

please be kind enough to note that we have been using the ifb washing machine since last many years and even taken amc contract with the company.

please note we have been contacting compnay's customer service since last 15 days and they have been telling us every day that...

The IFB Washing machine complaint being registered to them still no response from them . Very bad service though taken AMC cost for 1 year but in return nil response

The IFB Care unit can be termed as one of the most unorganized and pathetic care unit. I think it is sourced out and its right hand doesn’t know what left hand is up to. Very soon you will get upset with the response and synergy they show towards there service effecting the customer.
