i purchaged a sony vaio laptop model no. SVE15113ENB, BLACK COLOUR on oct 20 2012 from JAI COMPUTER , jabalpur.

since very first day the touch pad and key board are not working. i complained it to sony customer care center on 1800-103-7799 and followed all the instructions .
