cheating people
I was approached by few persons from country vacations india . They said its very good club and they said they r giving me offer discount in their membership fees. So i thought its good in the begining but later i found this club to only act as bogus . They cheat people like anything . People please reject such offer from country vacations or country club....

Even I have paid 75000/-. Some one please let me know how to get this money back.. I thought atleast there would be some property for my kids and paid. Later got know what a big mistake it is...

one thig i wood like to sare with all that if any body offer u which is good for u and your faimly then why not to take .The thing is if u r on top every body will be jelous with u.pay full ammount and have pasance till your card come.i had my vacation with country vacation as a member they charge less ammount to the member thing is they offer u off seson.we should know that in peck seson 5 star properties charge 8000rs for a day.country vacations offer u 14 day in a year means14multiple by 8000means112000.and they are giving their membership on 95000 for 70 days means 560000.and club faclities for life time. yaa they charge but they are giving you that royal filling of life.i dont thing its bad atall.its our indias compony go for other u will came to know

Hey ...I have received a call from CV (in response to my visit & submission of a luck draw to Big Bazar, Pune )..to have a presentation and receive the free kitchen gift and coupon of staying free in 5 star hotel for holiday to either goa/kerala or shrilanka or indonesia...
Has anyone gone to such free holiday ? |

Yes u r 100% right..
Similar way few people approached me and offered. They tried to blackmail me emotionally..to commit for the offer on the same day. They did not succeed.
I got the gift and returned without accepting the offer.
I searched net next day and found it fraud..
Some strong lesson should be taught for comapnies like this..

| Last year, me and my family got a call from country vacations for 2 prizes. they gave me one pudding bowl set as cooking utensil and also offer their holiday package of 6 nights & 7 days in their resort at Goa or Kovalam. We went to their resort at Goa in Anjuna Beach - which to my version is very good. Their behaviour was also outstanding. We enjoyed their hospitality very much and also agreed to their Spa Membership which will be utilised within 2010. |
| We were recently approached by country vacation with the same pretext that I have won a free vacation to an exotic place. After we signed the papers and paid the cheque that we realized that we have been duped. Thanks to the comments by various victims, we immediately requested our bank to stop payment. The next day I went to their office and asked them to cancel our membership. Hopefully, I have escaped a great fraud. Thanks to all who have taken time to caution others. |

By dialing on the toll free 1800 425 6644 mentioned in Holiday Gift Voucher & other no of Hydrabad office 040-66139376, 77, 78 i was getting the reply that no number is working from this no. If you have any experience on seven days accomodation offered by them by paying Rs. 3, 000/-, wether they offering the free holidays or cheating there also |

Hi, I have been cheated by the Country Vacation.
The promises made during the time of registration and taking money is totally different from the one it appears now.
I completely confirm that Country Vacation / Club uses Fraudulent method of making members.
I recieved a call from person called Lokesh from Country Vacations. They said you have won a gift prize worth Rs.35000/- and could be collected from Koramangala, Bangalore Office. As he said the offer was valid for couple only, I along with my wife went to the office - Opposite Forum (Building - Anoos)
There they made gave us a presentation on the features of country vacation. I paid Rs35000/- via credit card.
The Promises that were made was - (By Sunil Prabhu Kumar - Take over Manager - 09663672710)
1. Free country club membership (any one country club in bangalore).
2. Six months free in TAASHA and some discounts in some restaurants...and the list followed.
3. Claimed that this Rs.35000/- will entitle us to take vacation anywhere in the world.
4. In case we did not like the deal, the entire pakage could be sold out and 35000/- could be retrieved and country vacation would help us in doing so.
They said if extra 25000/- was paid, we will be alloted land in either Indupur, Kodaikanal or Andhra Pradesh.
While signing the contract, another fellow came and read out the contract to us but we never realized that he had read what they promised us but same was not excatly written in the deed. They only read about the company and skipped the real tricky ones.
Now they have completely different things to say. Now as per them the membership is only for Country Vacation and not Country Club.
Deal cannot be sold, money will not be reimbursed, if so only 20% can be reimbursed and country vacation cannot help in re-selling.
Now they are asking us to pay 25000/- more and they promise us to provide Country Club Membership (Lifetime) alongwith the land, which again I know is fake.
I admit that mistake is on our part, not checking the contract for those hidden lines before signing it. But my question is "Is it fair by a company to cheat innocent people this way"
First they call and fool you by saying that you have won gift coupons...when people arrive they try showing their schemes and create such false environment around you that you cant help getting trapped.
And finally when you are trapped...there is no way out.
I request all reading this...Please suggest a way through which I could get my money back. Request anyone who could help me or show me some way.
And I request all to please be very careful before getting into such transactions.
